The quality of the car washes is always excellent. However, today at least half of the workers either weren’t wearing masks or had them only on their mouths, with their noses exposed. True, they’re working outdoors, but they are working within six feet of each other (so when they’re not masked, they’re violating the state mask mandate) and they’re breathing in my face and into my car. There was also one customer indoors without a mask and I didn’t see anyone ask him to mask up.

On arrival you join a line in front of the vacuuming area and a staff member asks which cleaning option you would like. When youve driven your car in for a vac out, you hand the keys over and go to the office to pay. Whilst you wait for your vehicle to be cleaned there are outdoor chairs and tables. The office also sells drinks and snacks. Meanwhile, your car will be taken through a car wash and then hand finished inside and out. The whole process takes about 30 minutes. Whilst not every interior stain or speck of dirt is removed it certainly is value for money.

Have been hoing here for years. Unfortunately, their machines that wash the floor mats has been broke for a long time. I was told they are no longer able to clean the floor mats because they will not be fixing the machine. Also, my interior was still dirty after they were finished. Needed to be vacuumed and not dusted in back seat doors. Were filthy. So disappointed. I use to love this place!

To be honest Ive been going to this car wash for the last 8 years is this car wash for the last 8 years 8 and a 1/2 actually. And through the last 8 years the prices have gone up a few times not a few times most recently most recently I have noticed though oh that Im having to finish up a lot of the work myself out of the work myself finishing drying it off doing Im it off doing the back window in the back seat Drying off the mirrors. My point is the quality of the work that Im paying for before over the last dozen or so times Ive been through there had been through there has not been even close to as good as it was even close to as good as it was in the beginning of in the beginning of my time here in Beaverton. Ownership is great I just believe the Workers ethics and effort I have went South. I always tip always a $5 bill on top of the wash color bill on top of the wash but thats definitely gonna stop. Which is unfortunate.

The Interior work looked pretty good, and smelled good too. The exterior; They forgot to wipe down the wheels which were still dirty and they forgot to Armor All The the tires. Dirty water streaks on the back window and dirt sill on the bottom of the doors. I think Ill do my own car washing from now on.My truck: 2007 Dodge Dakota

I paid the ultimate package, and it didnt worth it. Even the easiest part; front window is not properly cleaned and I could see the dirt of the wiper marks.Inside vacuum is also poor, they just pulled out the carpet once and put it again maybe. Dusts all around underneath the carpet. I have no idea what they have cleaned.Never gonna use it again.

I came at 5:40 pm. Before I come, I called first and the guy said they accept car until 5:4/. They closed at 6. After me, there is another car. I was so mad because we the cleaned very fast and still wet everywhere in my car. I know they will closed, but I paid $30.95 and I have to recipe my car. It still very wet didnt even dry the footstep and some place in the car body and didnt even spray then scents I request.. I feel very bad and unsatisfied.

We took a vehicle that the previous owner had left under a tree with the windows open to be detailed. They were able to get all of the moss and mold off of the exterior and the interior. The interior looked brand new when they were done. The exterior looked at close to new as a vehicle with 200k miles can look. This is the second vehicle we have brought to them and have been beyond pleased each time. We will be taking all of our vehicles to be detailed!

2019 Chevy Tahoe and had their 2nd best service done. Interior of car was not bad to start but they hardly did anything. Dusty and beach sand still present at easily accessible areas. Exterior looked horrible with water spots and streaks, no wax? Complete waste of $28.00. Nearby gas station laughed when I told em how much I spent.

This car wash refuses to control the traffic they create. Today one of their customers gunned their car at me after I asked him to move forward so I could use the sidewalk w/o walking onto Hall Blvd. He refused to move forward, although there was a good 8-10 feet of space. When I finally tried to walk in front of his car he gassed it until he was 2 feet from he car in front of him, nearly hitting me.This car wash and its customers are a menace.

First time I came by made an appt at 130 for a hand wash. Come for my appt and they wrote it down as 1 so I was too late due to their error so rescheduled. Person looked at my car that day and said it would be 45. Come back and afterwards they say the price is now 50 and the excuse is it hasnt been 45 for a while. The exact same person had told me 45 a few days before. They dont even do a good job. Dont think Ill be coming back to such a shady disorganized place.

Great job!!! aside from the windshield spots. The interior was vacuumed out very well the exterior was wiped down clean and even did the rims and wheels. Will definitely be back and will be happy to refer people to you.

The job was clearly rushed. I bought the highest level wash and the exterior corners of my window look like they werent even touched.The back of my side mirrors look the same. It was a pretty busy day so like I said maybe it was rushed. I dont know if I would go back.

Did a great job on the outside and the inside not so great. There were things that did not get wiped down well or not at all. I gave the guy a $10 tip but I should have checked the inside first.

I was yelled at by an employee for a car that wasn’t mine. In fact the employee yelling at me was in my CAR vacuuming it out. When I finally received my car, I noticed my car hood had car wash brush scratches all over it and some were deep grooves. I will have to take my car somewhere else to get these scratches removed. I don’t recommend these folks for obvious reasons...I should’ve just gone to my usual place...it would’ve cost more but at least my car hood wouldn’t look so messed up. I’m NEVER going back to this place unless they want to pay to remove the scratches from my hood that they created.

You are better off an running your car through your local gas station carwash! Exterior gets semi clean interior is done horribly! Ive visited this place 5 times already Hoping one day theyll get it right. And this will be my last time. 😡

After moving across country with two dogs, the car was a wreck inside. They cleaned it up in great time and it was immaculate. I highly recommend their services.

I took my Rogue on a Tuesday they didnt vacuum the inside good enough..the cup holders were not cleaned and the glass had streak marks from dirty rag .. second day I took my other car they did a much better job..

My back wiper came off my jeep during wash. Thankful David kept it, and offered to pay for it to work again. So thats this week. Im sure his word is good. Though 2 years ago I missed a floor mat.

Not so good. The way they treat people or carwash is little bit based on ethnicity. Its even better if we go for a car wash and get free vacuum for less bucks. They literally not cleaned my tires and charged for that. Am totally disappointed for the service.

About 2 weeks ago I lost my wedding ring. A young man detailing my car, found it and walked it over to me. Our family has been coming here for the last 7 years, they have had our loyalty and will continue to have it for many years to come. They always provide excellent service, they are professional and friendly, they are very quick for the volume of cars they push through, they are very thorough and treat the cars like they are their own, and over the years their prices have been very reasonable considering all the of the services they include. But above all, they are honest, a quality that is worthy of your business.

Great job on the detail service, but I was sad to see they CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD and would not own up to it. I paid $225 for a full detail, waited patiently for several hours. I even was ready to pay a decent tip if they did a thorough job. I was really excited to see how shiny my car looked, until I noticed a 12crack up the glass on the front. The guy lied and said it was there before. NOPE, that was definitely not there before. You could tell that whatever hit it, it was under the wiper blade and fracture up. Its a shame that I paid all that money, and then be lied to. If you choose this business, I recommend to take pictures of everything (especially windows!) before you leave your car in their hands. I feel this a company not very loyal to their customers.

I am beyond shocked at how my car was cleaned or should I say not cleaned. So annoyed after I paid $40, which included a $10 tip. I now have to go behind and clean what I paid them to clean. I have to clean the inside and outside of my windshield, the front side windows, the carpet, and the interior between the seats. Think Ill be taking my car elsewhere since I drove from McMinnville for this.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Yet again I was charged for the most expensive package(which I didn’t ask for) and they did not do all that it suppose to include. There were 5 different guys working on my car and didn’t even clean it well.Still dusty, mud, no wax on my tires, dirty mats, scratches.If you dare to go make sure that you STARE at the guy cleaning- to make sure they actually do the job. Whether you get a veteran or a younger guy they just want to get it over with and get a tip...Very disappointing I will not be coming back.

I had taken the car today for car wash and had paid 28$ for them super deluxe package. Car wash was very poor. I could see the stains all over my car. It is jus mud stains.

Im a pizza delivery driver so my car was smelling pretty bad and kind of dirty so I, tired of the smell, decided to get it detailed here. They were very nice and professional here. I was a little nervous, but the questionable stains in my passenger seat that were there when it got to me were finally gone and it smells like Lysol! The doors squeak, theyre so clean! There are a couple streaks on my windshields but its not really visible. Very well done, I love it! Thanks for the service. Will be back again when I need it.

Just not as good as it used to be. Windows are always smeared, they dont get all the dirt off of the exterior and you have to ask for it to be completed properly.

I been here 2 times and have gotten the expensive service. They keep making the same mistakes. They dont clean well my SUV. I decided just to clean it for myself and save me a lot money. I believe they should work on their skills since they take less than 15 minutes. Minimum wage now is $13.25. We all work hard for our money and except a well done job at paying for an expensive service that does not take an hour to be done.

My car was very dirty, so they got a start on cleaning it. It still has the sap that I had to get off, which Im not very surprised about. What really irritated me was that my front bumper and headlights werent washed at all, and my interior had a funny odor after being washed. There was still hair in my back seat, a lot of missed spots with dust on the dashboard, and smears on the window.

They did more than I expected, and great customer service. Pricing was TOOO GOOOD to be true. I was happily impressed by the work done on the car. Exceeded my expectations. I will be doing business with them from here on out.

As far as I know, this is the only full service car wash in the Portland area. They are extremely thoroughly on vacuuming your care and will had wash it with an appointment. One feature I loved growing up was being able to watch your car go through the soap tunnel thing while you wait. They recycle the water for environmental reasons.

Got my car back looking beautiful and at a very fair price. Detailing is by appointment only and my sedan took roughly 4 hours for a full interior detail. Under 200$ and I would be more than happy to return. Great work.

I have taken the same vehicle two times over 6 year period for an interior detail. They are extremely detail oriented and thorough. I could not do a better job nor imagine anyone else doing so. It looks like a new car again, and it was pretty bad going in. And the price is fair. Thank you

I am very disappointed with the way my car looks inside and out. There are many dirt spots on the outside of my Jeep still, and it wasn’t even that dirty in the first place. They didn’t vacuum out the cup holders or anything else around that area. Plus they didn’t wipe down my center console or the inside of the doors. Truly not worth the $$$

For $20 they do a dam good job! From clean windows to floor mats to even my trunk. They clean my car spotless. What a phenomenal job! These guys are super friendly and quick. It’s been 3 weeks since I got it and it still looks brand new. Great job guys! I will always come back!

Beaverton Car Wash is my favorite to freshen upMy whole car. They do inside and out. I go about 4 times a year and use a cheaper one in between. It keeps my car very nice.

They do a great job with floor mats and interior cleaning. Windows were spotless, carpets and floor mats were clean, and the exterior of the car was shiny and sparkling clean. Check these guys out if you havent yet. They work hard and are well worth the money.

My car went through the wash. You pay extra to wash your cars undercarriage. That part made no sense to me but it was 3.00 extra.

They didnt even use any soap/ detergent .. watched the car run thru and just saw water spraying on it thats it for 28.99 for super carwash you would think you see at Least soap suds.. car wash man is cheaper and use car wash detergent!!! Wont go there again!!!!

The quality at this car wash has gone down hill. For as much as they charge customers. There were hand prints on my dash that werent there before I took it in. There isnt anymore good car washes that do a good job. My cup holders,floor mats and my truck was still wet when they said they were all done. It never goes anywhere when you complain to management its obvious they dont care. I will not be returning. I didnt want to give any stars but unfortunately the review doesnt allow you too.

$29 for a supreme service was a joke. Totally missed my interior rear windows, exterior was missed I. Several areas. The guy who was what appeared to be quality control was indignant at best. Last time I go there.
