He arrived early the first morning and immediately got to work. We had an unforeseen issue come up that put a delay on things and Jake was more than accommodating! He even came on the weekend to help us get the project finished on-time. All along, he was so upfront and honest about the work. So honest that he even recommended against doing some work that turned out to be totally unnecessary - work that he could have easily told us we needed done and charged us for. That honesty, hard work and amazing customer service goes a long way. Well definitely use ServiceMaster All Phase Restoration again!

I am thoroughly impressed with the restoration services I received from Jake Elliston at All Phase Restoration in Beaverton, OR! We are at a disadvantage, since we live out of state, and the Portland property needing service is a currently inhabited rental property.From the beginning, he was considerate of the tenants, making sure not to alarm or disturb them. His bid was comprehensive, including plans of the affected areas and photos, so that my husband, who is an Architect (and appreciates this level of detail), and I could understand the scope completely.
