The website says they take care of properties in Clark County, Washington. However, I was told over the phone that they dont because theyre located in Beaverton. The guy was nice, but either the website or employee should have correct information. I have water in my home which needs to get taken care of as soon as possible. I did not need my time to be wasted.

Pacific NW Restoration was great! They worked on two of my homes. There was water damage from a flooded toilet and they did a great job repairing the affected areas and made it look even better! I would highly recommend this company. They are timely, reasonable, professional, and produce good quality work.

I called Pacific NW Restoration right after I had discovered a pipe burst in my wall and was leaking water in my crawl space which resulted in water damage throughout my kitchen and other living areas. From the very beginning Robert and his team was very reassuring that they would take care of everything. They did! They immediately started the drying and water damage remediation process. His employees were very informative and respectful. They also handled the entirety of my insurance claim from start to finish which was very very nice. We ended up having to replace hardwood and carpet flooring, cabinets, drywall and paint. Robert acted as our contractor and managed the project from the beginning to the end. All the subcontractors that worked on our job were great. Robert really goes out of his way to use the best sub-contractors he can. Also, if there were any problems, Robert was quick to respond and was very flexible with solutions.The main thing I want to highlight about Pacific NW Restoration, it was clear from the beginning that Robert and his team’s main goal were to make us happy. They really did have our best interest at heart, and that was comforting when our entire kitchen, dining room and living room was completely torn apart.When the job was done, Robert was very fair with the bill and again, he just wanted to make sure we were happy. I would recommend Pacific NW Restoration to anyone.

After a drenching January Oregon rain we awoke to find the brand new remodeled basement of our house flooded with water. The PNW team led by Chris Taylor arrived ASAP. From the moment they diagnosed the plan to restore the damage, throughout the process and to completion they were absolutely professional, communicative, and responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a water damage issue.

I just purchased my first home and all I wanted to do is replace the flooring. Unfortunately that ended up being a larger project than expected. There was a lot of dry-rot and mold. Robert and his team provided an excellent service. If you need their service dont look elsewhere they didnt just help me restore my home but also my peace of mind.

After owning our house for a mere two months, we had an unexpected flood in our fully finished and furnished basement. Robert and his team prioritized our situation and immediately began the necessary tear down and drying. Their team worked throughout the entire day to get our basement to a place where it could dry out, which was well over 12 hours of work. They checked in daily to make sure everything was drying quickly enough. Ultimately, they did really great work getting our basement ready for rebuild.More importantly though, Robert and Adam were incredibly kind with our challenging situation. They were flexible and patient with our various questions, going above and beyond to give us honest recommendations and guidance. Robert was there within an hour of calling & got the equipment to start drying process immediately. After the drying, he took care of aligning schedules with the drywall repair work.
