I have a Rigid Sewage Pump that failed, and was directed to Karn for repairs. What a lucky find for me. The knowledgable technician said they did not repair these pumps, but since mine had a lifetime warranty they would contact Rigid for me. They did so right away, and Rigid agreed to send out a replacement pump free of charge.Rigid was out of stock on these pumps for about 5 weeks. When they finally sent my pump to Karn, Karn called me the day it arrived at their shop. When I went in to pick it up I offered them some money for their troubles, but they refused, saying they were just happy to help. What a first class operation! I would recommend these people to anyone, they provide superior service with a human touch!!Thank You, Karn!!
