This is a day that even just three weeks ago, I didnt really think it would ever happen. I was doubtful if I would ever have my own business website, especially one that had everything, adds, reviews, appointment desk, products available, owner biography, pictures, etc, that is, until Sarah and advantage media partners reached out to me and shared all that they could do for a price that was so reasonable that I immediately recognized how much I could benefit because I had everything to gain by trying. Then my team introduced themselves to me, Nicholas and Jeremy and Christopher who developed the website with an incredible and dynamic style with fabulous colors everywhere and art, with an incredible add campaign built around Search Engine Optimization (SEO) which was a term I had very little understanding of but now I am just in awe of the science and success behind it. I have been impressed with each interaction I have had with his company. If there are problems with my website - they fix them quickly. Also, I have been working with the same people several years now. Impressive.

I was legitimately interested after they cold called me, but the sales rep was very pushy and when I said that today would not be a good time to do this based on my circumstances he basically hung up on me. I was interested in potentially using AMPs services in the next six months but there is zero chance that will happen now.

I originally was just going to cancel the service, but then the sales rep was pretty rude in me doing so, therefore I figured Id write this review. I believe the general idea of the program would work if the sales rep, up front, better explained exactly how it worked and didnt try to sell me ALL their products at once. I had an original start date they blew, had someone else from the company reached out thereafter the fact and didnt explain much about the service, was told how many organic hits we got (despite no leads) than got a rather rude follow up email in ALL CAPS from the sales rep insulting my intelligence/closing ratios (apparently they have a CRM they didnt show me how to use).Again, not a knock on the company Im sure it was just the lazy rep I was working with. I despise posting these, but its needed for the company to get better on the onboarding.

I havent set up professional services with this company but their marketing campaign is incredibly aggressive. I have received a few cold calls with sales reps promising top page Google listings among other keywords, and all for a monthly fee of $300, and maybe a start up fee for $200 or so (one offer tried to waive that).This is all great sounding, but I have trouble trusting a sales tactic that doesnt include a detailed writeup and proposal via email. Everytime I express concerns about committing to the service over a phone call, I am met by either disbelief or outright rude marketers. One guy felt the need to tell me that $300 / is super cheap and others in my industry would make triple that or more in my industry. Thanks guy but I am well aware of what I make and telling me how I should be able to afford something will not suddenly make something affordable.They make the excuse that they can only offer this to one person per region and if I dont immediately send over payment information, I am either hung up on, or dragged along on a long conversation about why I should change my mind.The fact that the company refuses to communicate via email, or provide any written or visual documentation of their services outside of a webpage makes me suspicious of the services they offer. My generation was taught at a young age to never give credit card information over a call, and especially when no proof of service is offered. This is most likely a scam company.Or maybe it is a scam ring that is taking advantage of a pre-existing company? Either way in a world where anyone can put up a nice looking website, create accounts for reviews, and cold call anyones cell phone, this seems to me too much like a scam. And if this isnt a scam, and Advantage Media Partners LLC is a real business, then shame on them for targeting small businesses trying to establish a client base, and shame on their marketers for making me and what looks like plenty of others feel small and powerless in our choice to select your service.

Signed up with Advantage and immediately saw my place under the map go from 1 to 11 after 2.5 years. Of course signing up with Advantage had NOTHING to do with that. Yeah, right.Then I agreed on a budget and got billed for almost three times the budget and they said that the google clicks cost was not part of the budget and the budget I approved was only for Advantage Medias charges.Also, I was supposed to get a call every week to review the success (or in this case, failure)and that never happened.As far as Im concerned it was scam where I paid more than agreed to for absolutely nothing.

This company cold called me two times within 5 minutes trying to sell for my business to be on the first page of google. We are already listed on the first page of google. The lady said oh I guess we cant help you then call ended. 5 minutes later they called again. Same exact sales pitch.

They are truly an outstanding professional group that offers amazing SEO services. Their communication skills are also great. They care for each of their clients apparently and genuinely which makes them different and the number one choice of most people.

I signed up for google ads and was told I would be one of the first ads on the search, but also... dont search for your ads because youll mess up the algorithm. I logged into my account after a few days to check my clicks and had many click to call charges but had not received one single call. They assured me that my keywords would be well thought out and very broad as to bring many different searches to my ad... That didnt happen and when I inquired about it they told me my sales rep would call. He didnt... because he no longer worked for them. Then, my access to my account was cut off and they had no idea why. I got busy and inquired a while later, they told me I never had access to my account, which was a lie. They just didnt want me to see what I was getting charged for wasnt happening. Bottom line. Dont waste your money. When I cancelled my account they didnt even try to right their wrong. They wanted my one time business of around $700 and they were moving on.

If I could give this fraudulent company 0 stars, I would. Complete scam and I am out $250. If this company calls you and promises you a business listing and keywords that will get you popping on google searches, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They promised me certain keywords, then did not deliver. When I emailed them to have them correct it, they did not respond and it never got done. They told me that I would be the top company for my industry in my city. That did not happen. They also told me I was required to share my business address on my listing, which happens to be my home address. I told them I did not want to do that and they insisted. After not hearing back from them for days after they had gotten my money but not delivered on their end, I spoke to some other business owners who had done it themselves and said that I do not, in fact, have to share my home address. I emailed them AGAIN and asked for them to take down my entire listing. They did not. I had to go in and do the whole thing over myself which was shockingly easy and made me even more mad at what a scam this company is. I paid $250 for something that I was able to do in 20 minutes and they couldn’t even do correctly. Save yourself the hassle and rudeness from this company and just do it yourself. AMP is a complete rip off and they prey on new business owners who don’t know any better.

But the lack of professionalism and harassment that this company has displayed is enough to stop me from working with them. Being a small business owner and running the business alone, I am not always free during the day. While I will admit I asked them to call me back at a different time today, I have gotten 8 calls in the span of 5 hours today - no voicemail or anything - explaining who it was. Being that I was busy and could not answer the call, it’s incredibly annoying to come to my phone and see 8 missed calls with no voicemail of who it could be. Also, if I didn’t answer the first 6 times, that probably means I am busy for the day :)

Google ads are not a good fit for my business model. I spoke with their customer service rep and we ended things amicably which is the best you can expect. They called me the first business day after canceling and clearing things up.

AMP has been very responsive to my calls when I needed to make some changes to my website. I was on a budget when I originally had them build it so its not as in depth as I would like it to eventually be. They built three pages to get me started and I started getting customers from it almost immediately. Now as my budget grows Im adding pages and they are doing great work with them as well.

Ive been working with this company for about 2 yrs. With a youngman called Jeramy. This year was a record year! They have cut my advertising cost by thousands! Everytime Ive called they have been very attentive and worked with me diligent. Beleave me I cant say enough about how great this company is. Money well spent! Thank you Jeramy and staff!

I was cold called by AMP and they promised a daily google campaign to get my business more clicks and more leads. They were on top of their stuff for about two weeks in to the campaign but into the third week they basically let me go, and my business through a whole week of activity went from 30+ clicks to only 1. for $15/day in the campaign. I googled my business every day and it wasnt in the ad headers like it was supposed to be, like they had promised. I emailed Garrett Fields, my campaign manager about it to cancel my account and I didnt even get an explanation as to what had happened or to apologize, or even explain the circumstances. It is really a big disappointment an I would never recommend anybody to use this company, theyll just ghost you if it doesnt go according to plan. Its one thing if you dont get any leads, thats the risk you take with these kind of things, but to pay for a service to not even receive airtime, its shameful.

I dont know all the particulars of what Garrett has done on the back end. But I do know he gets RESULTS! Thank You Garrett for being awesome to work with!

I was cold called like many and initially they were professional and responsive to obtain my Business. Once the program began Al Corrado mishandled my information and the few leads I received went to the wrong telephone #. Nathan Baker took over the Account and once again he was responsive and then disappeared and would not return my communication.. I tried taking my issues to the Owner, VP, or who was in charge and got nowhere. I decided to cough this up as a bad decision on my part to buy into their BS and moved on. BUYER BEWARE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Believe the negative reviews!

I was contacted by Al a senior sales person and he convinced me to do a google ad word campaign with his company. We agreed that we would do a limited campaign. He then charged my card for the amount agreed and it went well. After the campaign I noticed that I was still being charged a monthly amount even though I had called and cancelled the campaign. I called Al who referred me to Nathan. Nathan said that Google had charged my card directly for the portion of the Adwords. He would get ahold of Google but it would take some time because of covid and a limited staff at Google. He mentioned that Google was very slow to respond and he had no idea when they would get back to him. I called, emailed and left countless numbers of messages. Each time I was told Nathan would call me back but never did and when I did get ahold of him all he would say is that he is waiting on Google. I then received a call from the Vice President of sales, Bryce, who had been made aware of the situation. He explained that even though this did not happen very often he had experienced it before with another client. He said that they had put in place multiple checks so that this would kind of thing would not happen again. He said that he could not get my money back from Google but Advantage Media Partners would refund their portion to me. I very much appreciate AMP stepping up and trying to rectify the situation.

I found working with AMP straight forward, easy to use and completely legit. They do great work, the webpage they designed for me is perfect. They are honest about everything, billing is easy to understand, and they wont sell you into extras you dont need. You can have them build the basics, or build up as you like and they can provide classes for you if you want to learn how to manage the page or blog yourself. I highly recommend them whether you are new to this or have the skills but not the time to manage it all yourself. Called out of the blue and was sold by Al. He promised I would be on page 1 of the google search for my ads. I signed up and went to page two a couple of days later. I called, and was told they did that on purpose because of the algorithms of google. I was also handed off to another team member who quickly got this corrected and the next day I was on page one. The ad was not correct and I asked them to change it, no problem they said. The next day nothing on a google search. Five days later, nothing on a google search. This company is a scam, DO NOT waste your money. I live in Durham, NC and can be called about this anytime. I DO NOT want anyone to waste your time or money with a company like this.

I signed up for an update of titles, descriptions and Headings to the pages of my website for $400 and expected more than I recieved... which was about 10 minutes of work for my $400. I would not use them again.

As a new company that depends on people being able to locate us on the Internet, it is essential we have a great Google Ads campaign and consistently get top notch Organic search results.Anyone can find you if they know your company name, but the the ability to locate us by searching escape rooms near me or entertainment is a whole different problem.I was admittedly hesitant to try AMP because I had already been contacted by so many other google partners that said they could do our SEO. Prices varied dramatically, but the thing they all had except for AMP was that they wanted to use a Launch page or Accelerator page.This idea seemed so foreign to me and had the downside of losing your position if you chose to cancel with the other guys because they own the accelerator page.I chose to go with AMP and was blown away by getting organic search results within 1-2 weeks. Chris was such a dream to work with and delivered such fast results it was mind blowing. They did say that SEO can be a long term process and that it may take several weeks or months to see results. Fortunately we are in a small town and have very little competition in town.I highly suggest you allow AMP to be your SEO wizards. Im confident you will not regret your choice.

Service started out ok but then when I wasnt entirely happy they pretty much ignored my email inquiries. Then when I tried to cancel and get at least SOME of my money back they sent me an email stating, among other things, In the event that a dispute with your financial institute is filed, the account will go to collections, per the terms in your agreement, which are as follows: “You agree that all of the above is accurate, and accept these terms, including any subsequent agreements set forth in writing. You agree to pay all collection costs and attorneys’ fees related to any amount owed and for any dispute related to this agreement.”.They tried, and I tried, but it wasnt working and then the basically threaten you... maybe not the best business model?

Thanks for using Yelp to call us. Yelp now charged us for that lead when you are just soliciting your services. Do yourselves a favor and stop soliciting using Yelp as your lead generation. You are costing business owners their money which is for real leads. As a digital marketing company, you should know much better.

For a marketing company, should really work on customer service skills - especially for those cold calling sales reps. I received a call from them and listen when they offered to help my business. Im a small Mom and Pop type business. So of course Ill listen to anything thatll help.I first spoke with a lady that filled me in and spoke with another representative. They went over everything which I was shocked at the data they showed me and explained to me. We went over searched keywords how many times it was searched for every month and so on. Went over my website and its ranking organically. While they were going over the data I looked up the company just to make sure and they are real, however I saw on YELP the reviews they had, from what I could see they had over 10 Good reviews that werent even archived.Overall my experience was great with AMP, despite my concerns. They helped me grow my business 100%

I signed up for a specific service and its been 22 days with no follow up and no service provided. They still have yet to send my documents. They called me today requesting I pay more for another service and I said no and they threatened me over the phone. The sales rep became hostile and was complaining about how he works all week and no one will sign up for his marketing services. Completely unprofessional. Very disappointed, will never recommend them.

Poor customer service... would not send me any paperwork so I could review it. They wanted me to just take their word that they are a good company. The jerk off guy I spoke with just hung up on me when I said I would not give any information to him on the phone till I had reviewed what is they were offering... $300 a month and a $199 sign up fee is a lot to commit to especially if it is your hard earned money... and some nobody calls asking you to just take their word and trust them... sounds like another SCAM business... who hangs up on a potential customer cause they just want to be safe with their money??? BUY BEWARE, I SMELL A SCAM!!!!

Advantage Media Partners was a welcomed breath of fresh air in the highly competitive world of the internet where businesses live and die by web traffic. We were already advertising through a very large company which was supposed to be driving traffic to us. However, that companys search algorithm left much to be desired, and was hurting more than helping. Fortunately we had our own independent web page and we were able to partner with Advantage Media and have them steer web traffic to our website through key word searches. I would highly recommend using the services of Advantage Media to anyone who needs to drive more web traffic to their website. You can cancel any time if you dont think its working for you. Additionally, they will provide statistics and charts showing how effectively your advertising is working. They dont fluff the numbers.....good or disappointing, they will show you the truth. They cant make the public interested in your product. But, if anyone searches for that product or service, they can certainly drive the traffic to you. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Advantage Media!

They called me for a week straight to sign up. After I signed up and paid them $600 I never heard from them again. Check the Beaverton, Oregon BBB or Yelp or Upcity for more info on this company. Most of the reviews on google are obviously fake. They are a straight up scam!!
