Had this carpet installed in a guest bedroom. We purchased a high-end product. The Carpet Store sent in contract installers that that fastened the padding down with tape!!!! The room gets next to no use so I let it go and now the carpet is bulged in the center and around the door. Total mess. I called the store and got the run-around about sending in a factory guy to inspect and was warned that I may end up paying for the inspection. Now Im going to end up replacing it. Buyers beware of this outfit.

We have used The Carpet Store for everything from large-area carpet and hardwood installs to small remnants for college dorms. Their prices are competitive (or better - when you look at the all in total) than the big box and their service and selection are amazing.

Teribble sale person G.V. Did measurements, had a hard time doing it. When done said get your estimate next day. Still waiting, stopped in saw him twice said he will get right on it and email me estimate. Been 5 weeks still havent heard anything.

I needed linoleum for our kitchen and wanted to install it myself. Sales staff was VERY friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also delivered locally for a small fee. Great shopping experience!

We recently did business with The Carpet Store in both Centerville and Beavercreek. Made the purchase at the Centerville store but due to a family emergency the Centerville manager handed me over to the Beavercreek manager, Mr. Mark Vonderbrink. The Centerville manager was very helpful even at a very difficult time for her, I simply cannot remember her name, but she was fantastic. We were on a very short time schedule and they gave us a date that would work. Unfortunately they had misquoted the availability of the carpet had to be special ordered. Even though we dropped installation back a day or so it was still within a workable range. When the carpet didnt arrive on the day of installation as they thought it would, they moved us up to a higher quality carpet and even dropped the price the price lower than the original quote.
