Best Uhaul in the Dayton area by leaps and bounds. I will never go to another one. Dakota the store manager tends to his place well! Customers are treated with respect.

They have good options here and better prices than a lot of other around. The workers here is what trumps everything for me. They are all very friendly and very helpful. I also enjoy the options of dolly and other items to make your move easier. Like the different locations taking the trucks and not making that additional charge to my bill. Or charging me out the bum for the mileage. The hours are very nice too

Never again! Moving during a pandemic was difficult enough and this U-Haul location did everything they could to make it even harder. They changed my pick up time which I had reserved months in advance and had coordinated with hired movers. I found this out the night before. When I arrived at the location, I was told I could not rent the truck because my drivers license expired two weeks before... The BMV In Ohio was closed for about two months due to coronavirus and when they finally reopened, I had become ill and had to quarantine. I thought because the governor of OH extended expiration dates for licenses and vehicle registrations that I would be okay. I mean, if the government has the common sense to do so, surely U-Haul would as well... I was wrong. I had to go to the BMV to renew before picking up the truck, pushing back the movers yet again. Thank you, Beavercreek U-Haul for the inconvenience. As a solution, maybe part of your company policy should be proactive during a pandemic and let your customers know your policy ahead of time.

They keep a great selection of packaging options as well as the ability to locally store anything you need at this site as well as a large selection of different sized moving vehicles from small motorcycle trailers to huge moving vans.

Ive rented from U-Haul before but this experience was the best Barr Nunn. Courteous and professional with hitch requirement knowledge and accessories suggestions. Easy return and easy on the wallet as well. All I could have asked for above and beyond would have been mega millions numbers

The woman with black and pink hair working while my friend and I were there was very friendly and professional. I didnt catch her name but she was great. The storage container was very clean, spacious and held everything perfectly.

Dakota and Salem are the best. We needed to rent a truck to get a new bed at Ikea and the whole process was really fun and easy. I will always come here when I need to move stuff around.

I work with Shoes4theShoeless, who were preparing to make a trip for Hurricane relief to TX. I stopped in to this store to see if they would be willing to donate boxes. Ethan and Meghan, the local managers were helpful. They called the franchise who said they were willing to donate 25 boxes for our trip. Ethan helped me load them into my van. Another day, Meghan called me back to tell me that there were a bunch of boxes in the leave a box/take a box box that I could have. Ethan and Meghan both went out of their way to be helpful! Would go here if I was moving!

The owner of tge store was awesome. He was friendly and extremely helpful.

I will never trust Uhaul with anything. I reserved a rental truck at this location a few years ago. I had a 1 month in advance reservation, when I went to pick up the truck..... it didn’t exist. There was no explanation as to why my reserved truck was not at the location as promised. I was told I could go to another location and get a truck there. After over an hour of waiting in line and arguing with various employees at the other location about why I was lied to about my reservation they said they have a truck for me. Problem was ...... I couldn’t pick it up until the end of the day. They told me they provided a truck for me on the day I requested and don’t care that it was 8 hours after I had requested it. Poor customer service, poor service in general. Never doing business with Uhaul again.

FYI this place charges an extra $10.00 per month if you want 24 hour access to your unit. Then after 2 months of storage I went to pick my stuff up and found that the roof had been leaking which ruined several of my belongings. No apologies from the manager. Just a reminder from him that “you didn’t purchase insurance”. I would think that a decent company would have at the minimum offered to refund at least a portion of the rental fee but nothing here. They also park their rental trucks up and down the narrow storage unit aisles which makes it difficult, if not impossible to get in and out in a large truck. I recommend finding another place to store your stuff.

Way over priced. All my stuff was shredded by mice and ruined with water damage and mold. And my insurance policy I purchased is a joke! They make it nearly impossible to file a claim. Worst customer service around. DO NOT rent from this company!

Sharon and her team have always been very helpful and have gone above and beyond in helping us multiple times. We always go back to her for our hauling needs. Im not sure what the problem was with the other folks, but if they went all the way through the website, theyd notice that the original quoted price has a lot of other taxes and such that are added at the end. We were surprised by that as well, but once we went all the way through the website, the prices were exactly the same as was quoted at the store. I will say that Sharons weekend staff isnt very well trained. Id recommend going during the week and setting things up with Sharon herself.

Ive used this location several times for trailers and trucks. The staff have always been super professional, helpful, and thorough.

U-Haul in Beavercreek treated us well to get our move done quickly and safely. Their truck was very clean and comfortable.

U-haul is a known quantity. You get exactly what you think you will get, but the service and price are not going to be anything special. I have used this location to rent trucks and also storage space. No complaints, but nothing great to say either.

This storage facility is very clean and modern. It has individual unit alarms and video surveillance. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We had a storage unit with them at the Old Mill location for 1 and a half years. Three different times during our stay we had animals get into our unit and destroy the overhead insulation. Each time they removed a little bit of the hanging insulation and that was it. The last time it happened, they gave us a time to be there to get into our unit to remove the rest of the ceiling insulation. We arrived on time and were told I cant get to it yet, come back in 2 hours.We found a new location with nicer units and a cheaper rate. Today I rented a truck from them (U-Haul) and moved our items to the new location. When I reached the back of our unit, there were piles and piles of ripped up insulation, squirrel feces, and pieces of walnuts ALL OVER our belongings. Several items were ruined. I did not complain.Upon returning the truck, the manager (AJ) who was renting a truck to another couple mumbled under his breath that he had already checked us out of our unit. He checked us out before I had even brought the truck back. They withdrew the monthly fee from October to November on 10/8. I asked if there was any way to get a pro-rated refund since we only had the unit for 2 days this month and was told that there was no way.Deplorable conditions, terrible customer service...I will never use this location again and I will make a strong effort to relay my experience to anyone else who is considering using this location.

Busy. Feels slow but the couple in charge take their jobs very seriously. I’ve rented here several times over the years and everything always goes as planned.

The customer service at this location in The Worst! We dealt with the woman in the picture who appears to be the owner and from the moment we walked in her behavior was strange and hostile, snapping at us and slamming things around (such as her g*d* phone) and barking at her employee. She then proceeded to try and charge us $800 for a rental that was listed online for $360. Of course we tried to leave immediately but she ran out after us yelling that she would do it for the listed price, but then still tried to gouge us with $60 in extra charges.Avoid doing business with this location at all costs! Not only is the owner hateful and abusive but will blantantly attempt to rip you off

Friendly staff got me in and out in less than 10 minutes! Definitely will go there again the next time I need a trailer.

I dont know how to review a U-Haul, but they did their job. We moved from PA and dropped the truck off here witout any problems. They were open pretty early in the morning.
