I came in with a couple dry cleaning items and a professional dress I had ruined because something blue got in the wash with it. I do not know what sort of witch craft went on at Long Cleaners, but the light pink dress was returned to me better than the day I bought it! 😀

Great locally owned dry cleaning business. Always very helpful, and goods are always ready well before the estimates they give me. They said wed be ready by 5pm the day after drop off, but I got a text at 11am saying we were all ready to go. We normally use their service to clean my kids ROTC uniform, and it always comes back looking super sharp and well-pressed.If youre in the area, and want quality dry cleaning services, this is the place for you, no doubts about it.

Great service! We had a sweater cleaned that had coffee and tobacco stains. Came out like new and in less than 24 hours. Love the option to receive a text when item is ready. Even gave us a new customer packet with coupon for next time. Courteous, great work.

I took a king comforter set for cleaning. They were very reasonably priced, & with a quick turnaround. They even put the set in a zip up bag like it came in.The staff was very friendly too. I will definitely recommend them to others & will use their services in the future.

We just moved to to Beavercreek and I was looking for a place to take my comforter. I saw the really good reviews online for this place that’s why I asked my husband to take my comforter there. We we’re able to pick up the comforter faster then expected. However, I found a lot of furr hair on it . I called and they asked me to bring the comforter back which was nice BUT when it was time to pick it up again still more furr hair. I appreciate them putting it in a nice bag and giving me free microfiber rug but the furr hair is really frustrating. I waisted my $25 😭

I dropped off me and my girlfriends suits we wore to a funeral and a pea coat. They happened to be closed and had this lovely drop off box outside, you just had to leave your contact information.First issue. We were never notified and I felt a week was a good enough time to check on our items. When I walked in they were very friendly and super nice about it and told us the system didn’t contact us and they didn’t know why. And happened to get our clothing to me right as they were closing which was very nice.Second issue. I hadn’t checked that I never received my pea coat as I was leaving because I didn’t want to cause them a delay. I figured it was an error and called back up there the next day and was told they had given us everything on my ticket. Confused and a little worried, I explained that I had not received my coat and would come in at a later date.Third issue and final result. As time went by since I have a busy work schedule and I went back in about another week later as I wanted my coat badly. So I was told the manager would call me. That never happened and I had to go out and by another winter pea coat as I’ve had this one for years and it was in great shape. Needless to say. Super Friendly staff, good customer service. But you have the chance your items will not be tagged or lost. I definitely had a pea coat and have been told multiple times I did not. Now I truly don’t and just spent $150 to buy another and have to get it tailor.

The staff members were very kind and very understanding when I explained a mix up that occurred on another day. They fixed the issue right away without hesitation. Loved my experience!

So I get that they cannot guarantee stain removal, but I expected some better effort. I had a simple blood stain on my comforter and in the process of trying to remove it, not only did they fail but whatever solution they used left an even larger stain around the smaller one. Now it looks like I bled on my comforter and then peed on it.

I had 3 sweaters dry cleaned. This was my 1st visit and I was pleasantly greeted with a smile when I arrived. That was wonderful. It leaves a lasting impression. Ill be back.

Most expensive in area by far, and I dont know how ANY cleaners stay in business- not only zero help with stains, but not even help with ring around collar or anything! If course, still have to pay, though. Waste of money.

This is my drycleaners, that Ive chosen over others. Im trying really hard to stay a customer after they lost a key person in their plant that inspected the garments, because the replacement doesnt check now. Ive ever asked the manager that checks me in to add a note on my account, which is seen in the picture Ive posted. When I say something, its checked, but the next time it isnt checked and my shirts are wrinkled with stain spots. I need consistently!!

I went in and dropped off a ton of dry cleaning, and the staff was super friendly. I got to spin the wheel and ended up winning $20!! I also bought a drop off bag (+$5 credit towards next purchase) and was given an extra $10 for being a new customer. So,my first visit I walked out with a $35 credit towards future dry cleaning. Buckeye came highly recommended and their service and quality did not disappoint. This was my first time using their services and I will return and recommend them to others.

I had the WORST experience with Buckeye. I saw them and they are really close to where I work so I took my favorite shirt to them. The first thing I noticed when I picked up my shirt was that it was not pressed correctly. It has some intricate detail that needs attention when being dry cleaned. I have had it done at other cleaners and it was done beautifully. I pointed out the problem and I was told that if I left it they could redo it. To be honest, I didnt trust them not to ruin my favorite shirt so I refused. Then I got my shirt out to wear and IT IS DIRTY! I dont think they actually cleaned it at all! I swear it has more dirt now than when I took it in and the one spot that was on it is still there. Plus, because it didnt even occur to me to check and make sure it was actually clean, I have to wear it today because it is all I took to the gym with me and I didnt have time to go home and get another shirt. Good thing I brought a sweater in case the A/C got chilly!I could have cried. The shirt is a beautiful silk and every bit of dirt shows up.I called and they offered to redo it. I know there isnt much they can do but Im not taking my favorite shirt back there! I had to work and save for the shirt. Im not going to risk taking it somewhere that messed up when I was just a regular customer after Ive told them they did a horrible job. I dont feel they are trustworthy. I mean, I trusted them the first time and look how that turned out for me. They dont seem to really care about whether or not their customers are happy and their only resolution is to redo it. So my only resolution is to take it to another cleaner to be done properly, praying that what ever Buckeye did didnt set in the one spot that the shirt had on it, and to warn others that they dont always do their job correctly and they really dont seem to care when they mess up. I cant believe I actually had to pay them so that they could give me back a dirty, poorly pressed shirt! Never, ever, ever again!

I am so glad I found this place. Excellent customer service, prices that can’t be beat, and my shirts and suits are cleaned very well. I would highly recommend this place for all of your cleaning needs. The owner even called me after my first visit just to make sure everything was up to snuff.

I took in a felt like winter coat that had a lot of link and dog hair. When I picked it up that hadnt changed. When I said to the woman at the counter that it didnt look clean her response was, we just run it through the machine we dont brush or link roller it. So after $10 it doesnt look any cleaner. Guess I will try and clean all that off myself. Should have saved my money.Update: the owner of store called me personally to say that he was sorry that happened, offer to clean the coat again, and reimburse me the cost. That really meant a lot, I like to shop local, and I love it when someone cares enough about his business to reach out. So, I will give them some stars back.

I can’t recommend Longs Cleaners enough. Kat is outstanding with customer service. She gets to know her customers by name and is always pleasant. The cleaning has been done correctly every time. I’ve not had to go back with broken buttons or damaged clothing like I have with other cleaners. Although I don’t take advantage of it, they even have home pick-up and delivery. I will not use the other cleaners again.

Ive been a loyal customer of Longs Beavercreek location for over 20 years--mostly processing my shirts! I take pride in my appearance, and they help make that possible. Once I made the mistake of trying another dry cleaner to save a little money--big mistake. What I saved was hardly enough to justify losing Longs quality, computerized check-in/check-out, one-day turn around, being open till 7pm during the week, delivery service (though Ive not used that service, nice to know its there), clean and well-lit store, and always friendly service personnel. Actually, for what you get, their price is very fair. If theres ever a problem with something they laundered (a rarity), they go out of their way to make it right. I sense that Long Cleaners is always striving to constantly improve the way they do business. Their motto should be, No Surprises. Bottom line, Longs takes the worry out of dry cleaning. They are pros and we are lucky to have their high caliber service in our community.

I had been going to Buckeye Green Cleaners when it first opened and at first I was very happy with the quality and the prices were great. Then like more and more companies these days, the prices go up and the quality goes down. I used to travel 10 miles, but now I would rather pay more and know that my items are properly cleaned and not slovenly done. Oh and BTW, customer service leaves a bit to be desired.

He was contrite and offered the full value of the sweater as recompense for the damage. We returned the sweater to the cleaners and was handed a check. I would say that is good business on his part and I will upgrade the stars on this review to reflect his good will and fairnessORIGINAL REVIEW:I am furious!!! My husband has used this cleaner for years for his dress shirts and has always been satisfied. I had a beautiful cashmere sweater I did not want to hand wash so had him bring it to this place. By the way, I had only worn it one time. Needless to say it was returned to me draped through a wire hanger and with sweater boogers all over it. It was cream colored going in and looked dingy and shrunken when I got it back. When my husband complained, they said there was nothing they could do and offered him a $10 discount on his next service. NEXT SERVICE?? THE HELL!This place is a rip off unless you are getting the very basic of service. They have unapologetically RUINED a $150 sweater. You use this place at your own risk! I saw another review with almost the exact same circumstance written last month; there is no collusion just odd symmetry unfortunately.ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS!!!
