Mess masters has done two cleans for me now (both deep cleans) one before we moved in, and a second when we just needed some help! Both times, the crew was extremely friendly, professional, and timely. I’ve also had such an easy time getting questions answered by Kristi, she responds so promptly! Highly suggest them for any cleaning need you may have.

Mess Masters is the BEST cleaning service I have ever had. I am pretty particular when it comes to how my house is cleaned and they exceed my expectations EVERY SINGLE TIME. I love walking into a freshly cleaned house and noticing all their special touches, like freshly baked cookies, or a freshly swept couch (yes, they sweep your couch!), special designs in our paper towels and toilet paper. Its hotel service at its finest. We switched to Mess Masters last year and will never go back!

They not only clean but organize and leave our home feeling super clean and tidy!! My daughter looks forward to seeing how her stuffed animals are organized on her bed every time! Such a sweet and hard working group of ladies!! I recommend them to everyone!

Please see text from emails below:Its interesting that in all the very long emails I received yesterday there wasnt a single apology, even after one was specifically requested. That probably says more about what your company is willing to do to fix disappointing new customers more than anything else. Just bill me the $179 minus the $10 for the review (which I look forward to updating, along with ones on facebook and elsewhere).The reply I recieved:I am perplexed by your demand for an apology. For tone in an email? There was no tone, simply an explanation of circumstances. You said we missed spaghetti sauce on the backsplash and I offered to send the team out to reclean any areas of concern, without further charge of course. We are discounting your bill to essentially pay for whatever nasty blast you decide to put out and I have explained in great detail all of this information to you. Are we sorry we missed spaghetti sauce - yes, 100%. Short of that, I really have no idea what it is you seem bent on punishing us for. We have been nothing but accommodating and respectful and in return you threaten our business with nasty reviews on Google, Facebook and any other forum. We do not respond to threats or intimidation so type away if you find that to be a good use of your time. The overall cleaning missed many areas that are considered baseline for a cleaning service (dust window sills, wipe down backsplashed and microwave, toilet, floors.) After cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen myself, which is the whole reason I hired this out, I would NOT recommend. After bringing up these missed areas to the office team, they cancelled my next appointment and I was informed that I had been removed from the client list. Not an experience I would wish on anyone.

The Mess Masters were my first experience with professional cleaning. Due to several bone fractures that occurred between 2018 and 2020, my home didnt get the tender loving care that it deserves. That all changed when the gals from The Mess Masters arrived. I had a pretty long list of what I wanted to be cleaned, and they not only did everything I had asked, they went above and beyond. The Mess Masters went above and beyond! I explained my vision for my daughters 4th birthday party and they took the idea and ran with it. The theme was Sheriff Callie which decorations are surprisingly hard to come by. We utilized the Mess Masters cleaning service before and after the party (including all the cupcake mess left from a group of toddlers!) which made my life easier and was able to fully enjoy my daughters birthday. Not to mention the cupcakes were absolutely delicious and visually stunning. I would 100% recommend using The Mess Masters to plan and prep for your next event. Will definitely use them again!

Linda did an amazing job with our master bathroom. It is the last room in the house that hasnt been remodeled so we just did not have the motivation to clean it well other than wiping the counters. It looked AMAZING afterwards and you could tell she worked really hard to get it that way. Price was very reasonable and would definitely recommend, will likely book for more cleanings in the future!

I had always been lucky enough to have a regular cleaning lady who just knew how to take care of us. When she was unable to continue it was a big shift for us to use a cleaning company. Kristi has tirelessly answered my questions and emails. Linda and her cleaning team make walking into the house after a long day a pleasure! P.S. The cookies are great, too!

Katie did an incredible job cleaning and assisting with laundry.
