I have 2 cats that sleep on the carpeted stairs and their hair was completely caked throughout the carpet. Plus with normal walking traffic, they were just dirty. Tony responded promptly to a bedroom carpet cleaning I needed after some water damage. I had the carpet stretched by someone else in the morning and by later that same morning (on short notice) Tony had the carpet cleaned so I could begin moving my things back in by the evening. Very professional service too.
