Well, this Enterprise location gave me two firsts as a Platinum elite with Avis, Hertz and Enterprise during COVID: 1) the vehicle was not sanitized and had not been cleaned, and 2) this is the first rental vehicle I have had with over 23K miles, this one had a whopping 45K and a slight skip in the engine when accelerating. I dropped in last week to see if I could change my reservation from DAY to this off-airport location, and made the switch at a slightly lower price due to no airport facility charge. Pick up took a while, even though all my data is saved with Enterprise on the app. The truck I was rented came with the pledge that it had been thoroughly cleaned, but it had not (see photos). Always nice to find a used COVID mask under the seat! Certainly caring about your customers safety :) I vacuumed, sanitized, and detailed the car at home just for my own peace of mind. Vehicle was fine on the road, minus the slight hitch in the engine. Return was quicker than drop off, I was the only customer. I love the staff at this location but Enterprise really needs to have a dedicated line to speed up the process as well as a better selection of low-mileage (and clean!) vehicles for elite members, something the other two competitors for my account already have in place. Hertz and Avis are cleaning your clocks in this aspect, I rent 30-60 times/year and my experience so far has been that Enterprise does not recognize the substantial economic benefit coming from elite members.

Everything went smoothly and we got our SUV for our trip. Came back 10 days later and it only took about 5 minutes tops to drop off the car. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly.

I have always used Enterprise for car rentals. The service has always been excellent, the vehicles clean and run well. The price was up due to COVID, but I feel the cost was fair given the circumstances. Will definitely choose Enterprise again.

This has been a horrible experience. Not the first one I’ve ever had at this location. I booked a full sized car a week in advance to attend my sister’s funeral. I was called on Tuesday to confirm that I was still coming for my reservation. I stated yes. When I arrived on Friday morning the gentleman greets me and proceeds to help me. He goes to get keys for a Hyundai Elantra which was really an Accent and stated this is a full sized car. I replied sir this isn’t a full sized car. He was like yes and theirs all we have. So I over heard a manager on the phone talking about the fleet and stating a Elantra is a mid sized car. I asked him about the vehicles and he stated yes that’s not a full sized car and proceeded to help. I was offered a Jetta which still wasn’t full sized and still struggled for room. I was driving to Chicago with a family of 4 and taking things there. They had nothing to offer me. My points paid for most of my rental so I still had to pay something. The car that I received air didn’t work properly as well as a light coming on for the tires. Overall I was not pleased with the customer service from the first gentlemen and then to have nothing to offer me not on the lack of planning on my end but not having any fleet knowing that I was coming. This is bad business and again this isn’t the first time I’ve had a not so pleasant experience at this Enterprise. Please work on customer service and if you don’t have something be upfront.

Booked 3 months in advance. We got there to find that they did not have the oversized SUV we booked. They claim that there was not 1 oversized SUV available in the country. They downgraded us. I’d like to say trying to come from a place of understanding and compassion for the people that work there, it’s nothing personal. Just very unprofessional. Please own your mistakes and uncoordinated planning. Blaming the “covid chip shortage” is a lack of taking responsibility for the situation. We will not rent from this business again.

My dad reserved a rental minivan for our vacation 6-11-21. They opened 10 minutes late...with multiple customers waiting to be helped. He made the reservation this past winter...also went in person earlier this week with my mom to verify everything was good to go. He was told there is no reservation when he went to pick the minivan up. So unprofessional!

Very helpful in getting me into a vehicle when mine stopped working. Originally reserved for 4 days ( priced under $150) but found my car was not repaired and unsure of how long it might take. Extended the rental for an additional week 11 days ($ 530) only to find my car was fixed 3 days later. I was still charged for the full 11 days rate /daily rate even returning the car 4 days early. No one mentioned this small point( me trying to save money). Had I realized I would have kept the car the full time. Lessons learned.

I rented vehicle from this location on a Thursday for 3 days to attend a funeral over the weekend and was actually charged for 4 days after arriving 20-30 minutes late at drop off. I told this morning after speaking with Kaleeya I was charged for absolutely everything the rental, radio, and insurance. After speaking with this young woman she refused to accommodate me and charge for the rental since nothing else was used past Sunday May 16th. She lacked sympathy and understanding of the situation. I explained to her that I attempted to call Enterprise beavercreek location and did not receive an answer, I was unable to leave a voicemail, and never received a phone call back. Now I am frustrated because I was told my rental was dropped off late after team members “stayed late” to be there to get the rental that was not present while calling multiple times nor was present during the time of the rental drop off. On my receipt it states my rental was dropped off at 7:21am Monday May 17th, which is also in accrue. I highly advise anyone who considers renting from this location to reconsider. Definitely look into other locations or company’s because here you will be scammed. I am already dealing with emotional stress that comes from a loss of a loved one, to arrive home and be ripped off by a company I thought I could trust now Im out of $200.00 that was charged for another days rental instead of a simple late fee.

Set a reservation a week in advance for a premium SUV for my girlfriends birthday, they call me the day before and tell me the wont have any premium SUVs on the day I setup the reservation. Now I get to hurry up and try to figure something else out a day before, thank you so much for this repugnant service!

Understaffed location on both drop off and pick up. It would be quicker to pickup a car at the Dayton Airport and drive back to Beavercreek than to use this location.

Enterprise provided professional and courteous service. I reserved a car online with no problems navigating through their site. Upon my arrival, I was greeted, handled the necessary paperwork, and escorted to my rental. The entire process was very pleasant. I will definitely rent from this company in the future.

The driver/employee was a very polite and considerate young man. He didnt have a luxury SUV to offer on hand currently. But he was willing to have one brought in if I requested one as my luxury SUV was in the shop due to a fender bender. I declined and was happy to have the loaner they provided while my vehicle was in the shop. I highly recommend this facility as they were very accommodating.

Rented a van covered in snow and ice. Returned it 7 hours later and assistant manager said theres damage on rear bumper cover. I looked at it closely and it appears someone in the past dented it and popped it back out. Cover has slight ripple to it, hard to see unless looking right for it. Damage repair scam alert! Do not rent from these crooks! Very dishonest.

We have a reservation at 12: 00, and get checked in at 12:28. Then finally get us the car at 1:18. This is the car they gave to us after 40 minutes wait. The wait let us completely missed our next schedule. Still dirty and full with dog fur. Unfortunately, I am allergic to the dog. Why they are so unprofessional!?

I am an Enterprise Plus member who has rented almost exclusively from Enterprise for several years. The experience my wife and I had in August trying to rent a car to see my dying mother before she passed was by far the WORST experience EVER! Our flight was delayed past the operating hours of the off-site rental location in the Cincinnati airport. I called Enterprise to let them know wed be late. We were told they would wait on us until 1 am at the off-site location. Since the Enterprise shuttle service did not run past 11:00 PM we had to take a $20 taxi to the site, at 12:30am, only to find it was closed. We then had to take a $230 taxi cab ride from the off-site location to Xenia, Ohio where we arrived at 2:00 AM. We rented a car in Beavercreek, Ohio the next day but had to pay an extra $50 to drop it off at the DAYTON airport where we departed from. Why wont Enterprise talk to me and make this right??? I shouldnt have to pay out of pocket for there decision to leave us stranded at 12:30 AM in the middle of nowhere!!! I reached out to Enterprise to complain and was only given a complaint confirmation number - and 3 coupons for a 1 day free rental. I do have one question I live in Charleston West Virginia and I rented a card to go to beavercreek Ohio I took it to the one location in Fairborn they said they dont take one way cars which doesnt make any sense to me cuz its the same company so I had to drive out of my way for 20 minutes to take it to Beaver Creek is this an actual standard that some locations doesnt take one-way cars?

I have rented from Enterprise multiple times and the experience has always been positive. Unfortunately, the most recent time when I showed up they informed me that they didnt have a van that I reserved months earlier. Then by sheer luck someone returned their van early and I had the privilege of renting a van that had not been cleaned, during a pandemic. The employee who was currently working was extremely rude and was also unable to get the reservation I had to work properly so had to create a new reservation which ended up being shorter and more expensive than my original. Unfortunately I dont if I will ever use Enterprise again, the amount of stress and anxiety they caused the day before a family vacation I wont forget.

I visited multiple enterprise locations on a very busy rental day to find a larger rental vehicle. Beavercreek is one of the larger rental lots for this company in the area. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in providing me a rental that met the qualifications I needed. The entire team made the process quick and pleasant. Even with a fairly full waiting room when I walked into the building, I was out and driving away in a few minutes. Very happy with my experience at this location.

Everyone was extremely helpful. They made sure my rental would work well with my childs wheelchair. They shuttled me back and forth from the collision center. I know thats part of their service, but I appreciate it. Then they went above and beyond. I realized my battery was dead. One would assume a shop would return your vehicle with a working battery. Nope! I waved at the Enterprise driver. He stopped to help and jump started my van. If it werent for that, my kids and I would have been waiting in the cold for help to arrive. Thank you for the positive experience with my first ever rental. I will definitely remember it if I need a rental in the future 😊

I had a few problems with my rental while out of town... I called to let enterprise know what was going on and they sent me to Firestone to fix my problem and was very sympathetic and apologetic about me having issues while on a family emergency trip... they took money of my rental and made sure I left happy and satisfied with my rental experience. I always rent from enterprise and have never had a problem and when I did they had great customer service and I will continue to use them in the future for all my rental needs!! Made a 12.00 pm reservation, on purpose before I would arrive to make sure the wait would be minimal. Arrived at 2.00 pm, got told they don’t have any cars available, if I could wait 20 minutes. Is it too much to expect a call when they don’t have any cars available, I only drove there which is costing me both money and time.Told their rep I couldn’t wait that long. They called the body show across the street and arranged a car to be brought, 10 minutes wait. After 12 minutes still nothing. No apologies, nothing.I asked to cancel my reservation and left. Some people do not actually have time to sit around all day waiting. This location has no regards for their customers and I’d be surprised if they even know what customer service is. Will never use them again.

I never have a problem when I rent from the Beavercreek location. Im always greeted, asked the readon for my rental as well as other important information that may be useful to me during the course of my rental. Tevin is a great employee there! Very personable and you tell he genuinely loves what he does and the service he provides for the renter. I was actually contemplating on some things and Tevin actually stood outside and gave me some good advice. Thats real customer service right there! When you can go that extra mile and treat the customer like a human being and not just a transaction you know youre going to go nowhere but up in the company and thats what I hope for Tevin! He will probably be the only rep that I look for from now on lol

I think they over price a lot!!! Drivers who a 24 have to pay $20 a day. I get maybe the first 2 times they rent.. If they have a great rental history they shld be exempt from the $20 a day... There are very mature successful drivers out here...

I enjoyed renting an automobile from them when we needed to go out of town on vacation the people was wonderful they put us in a nice very nice and comfortable SUV and it drove comfortable and I really appreciate that we rented a Lincoln Continental from them. Even though when we purchased the car it wasnt exactly clean but they tried to go out of their way of please enough after we come back from my vacation to make it right... and I thought that was very nice good customer service I would rent from them again anytime... they made us feel welcome and they made sure that the car had gas in there rental. And they were on time with having the automobile there for us even though it was very busy and very crowded there during that time we really couldnt get too mad at them about the car not being clean to our satisfaction. Because at the end result when we brought the automobile back they went out of their way to make sure they made it right for us so I will always go to them and with an automobile good customer service and I give them five star.

The associates at the rental store were very friendly and professional but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the truck we rented. I believe it was disinfected but what ever was sprayed in the truck had run down the windshield and we had to clean it to see. The floor needed sweep and we ran it thru the car wash to clean the outside as well.

The young lady who picked us up was very nice and pleasant. Once we arrived at their facility we were treated well and the staff got us back up and into a car quickly.

I tried to rent a car from here during the pandemic and they weren’t willing to help at all. Granted I lost my physical ID during all of this, however I have many other forms including a government issued work badge and they still wouldn’t help. I would never ever give them a dollar of my money going forward. I’ll be posting this to Facebook as well. Not helpful and actually didn’t even try to go above and beyond and that’s quite sad during a time like this.

My new husband and I rented a car for our honeymoon. We rented a car from Katie Garcia. She was absolutely fantastic. She got us a wonderful car for our drive to New Jersey. She made sure we were happy with the car we received and helped us get covered with their insurance just in case of any possible accidents. She was very fun and pleasant during the entire process. Horrible experience, treated like a criminal, dishonest, I was accused of denting car. I will never rent a car from these people again. I rented a car due to my car being in the shop after hitting a deer last Monday, 10/26. I rented the car on Tuesday which was a cloudy, rainy day(Jeremy walked around the car with me & I pointed out many dents & the terrible stains all over the seats). Jeremy said we dont worry about little dents & he acknowledged the terribly stained car seats. I went back to work on Thursday in the rental.& did not feel safe in the car & after work I wanted to switch to a car that I felt safer in. I walked in to Enterprise & this man, not Jeremy, I still dont know his name, came out to look at the car that I was returning. He said theres a dent in this car. I said where, because I could not see it & knew that it was nothing that I had done or had happened while I was driving the car. He said right here as he wiped away dirt. I had to look down the side from the front of the car in the bright sunshine to see the mark. I said I did not do this his response was I need your insurance information to file a claim. Obviously I became very upset & called my husband to pick me up, I was not going to rent another car from these people! My husband arrived & this person, who refused to give me his name, wouldnt listen to what we were saying...I did nothing to the car, I was barely in it! I felt that this person was trying to extort money from me, so I called the sheriff. The sheriff said there was nothing they could do. I told the sheriff He wont even tell me his name and he, the enterprise employee, smugly pointed to three sets of business cards & said my name is on the card. I said there are three cards with different names, how would I know which one is you? He still didnt tell me his name.I have rented from Enterprise before without any problems & was shocked that I was being accused of something that I didnt do.YELP has a similar review where a man was accused of denting an Enterprise car & it turned out a claim had already been filed on the dent previously & they wanted him to pay!

Although Chris did an exceptional job of taking care of us, the minivan was absolutely horrible! It was dirty when we picked it up; Chris had it vacuumed out. The ride was terrible and uncomfortable. For the price we paid, youd have thought it was at least modern-day movement-worthy for a 6-cylinder fuel injected vehicle; we thought we were going to have to get out and push it up the hills of Kentucky. Grant it, we rent from this particular Enterprise for every trip AND we will continue to do so because we rent to keep the miles off of our personal vehicles. This is the only time we feel we could say this vehicle is a flop. We dont usually have to request a specific vehicle, but from now on, well definitely make sure we DONT GET a Dodge Caravan.

Just this location was bad. I reserved a car a week b4 I picked it up, the employee tried for a HR to put me in a more expensive car. I said Im not interested numours time and finally got the model I reserved and had to wait 30min for them to clean it. When I returned 3 ppl was shouting back and forth with a emplyee they knew like it was there house. It was ghetto.

The vehicles were newer, the woman did a great job.The first vehicle a burnt orange Ford Escape, had a check engine light come on a few days into the rental, we called, they had us come in and switched us to a 2019 Dodge minivan which ended up being a better fit for us after all and we had to have the vehicle longer due to the insurance fix on our car took from the 2nd drop off to the fourteenth pickup.They only had a quarter of tank fuel ⛽️ in the vehicle at pickup and told us to leave the quarter on return.They were closed on Saturday as they closed at noon and we didn’t know so the car place across the street said they’d pick it up from them.I called first opening Monday am and the fellow let me know they’d pick it up, write drop off on the 14th of December 2019 and give a call when all was closed out.A overall fair experience having to rent a vehicle.Thank you enterpriseMerry “Christ” mas 2019

The only problem I have is they could’ve done a better job cleaning the vehicle’s other than that the service is great. I’ve always used Enterprise because they’ve treated me well. The only reason I would go anywhere else would be because my local branch might be closed. Other than that I use Enterprise for all my rental needs.

I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for many years now. I rent around twice a month for 2 to 3 days each time. I was recently in a car accident and needed a car for, what turned out to be, over a month. My insurance company was trying to persuade me to use another rental car company. However, I refused and arranged to use Enterprise. I gave Enterprise my Enterprise Plus number and received my car. Upon returning the car, I was told that no points would be added to my account because this was an insurance matter. When I explained that I went out of my way to be loyal, they said to call their Enterprise Plus team which I did. The agent said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager. Reluctantly they agreed and put me on hold but never returned to the line. I called back and asked for a manager. Once I did receive a manager, they were rude, condescending, and unconcerned that I was disappointed with their policy. I simply wanted a fair remedy. They said there was nothing that could be done. I suggested how about a day or two credit on my next rental. They said no. Beware when using Enterprise.

Chris went above and beyond to make sure that I had adequate accommodations during my vehicle repair while there was a huge soccer event in town. All vehicles were rented. I did have the choice of using another rental company and receive a rental car a day earlier; I am happy that I chose to await great customer service with this office!

Disappointing that your competition makes it easier for your customers to pay than you guys, and they are typically 40$ cheaper. Its unfortunate that your policy doesnt allow to pay with anything other than a credit card unless you have a utility bill with you (which has never been the case at any other car rental place Ive done business through)I will continue to be a customer at Avis/budget in Beavercreek because of the experience I received yesterday.

I was so happy not to have to drive into Dayton or the airport to rent a car. I was actually surprised to know Enterprise- or anyone for that matter had this service this local. I was not aware of pick up/delivery. It must not have been too prominent on the web site or I would have taken advantage of it. The folks at the office did let me know about it when I returned the car. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly and very professional. I will use them again.

Weve been going to this enterprise for about 6 years or so and we absolutely love it. Staff is always very friendly and the cars are always very nice. Plus enterprise supports the NRA with discounts so that is a plus for me. Great location to get cars from!

The 15 passenger van was in excellent condition. We had 8 adults with luggage traveling to an Ohio State game in College Park, Maryland. It was just what we needed. It was also very clean. Will rent again next year for another Ohio State football away game.

3rd experience renting from Enterprise for a long trip. Rates are competitive and their service is first-rate. Wouldnt choose another rental company. I have not rented from them at an airport yet (only Budget) and I assume they are equally good there but thats the reason for my less-than-5 stars.

Awesome service, VERY NICE, and NEW vehicles, at a reasonable price! Did i mention AWESOME SERVICE!!! Id want to rent a car every weekend, just to see the friendly staff! Theyll work with any budget, theyll also help you find discounts. The staff is very down to earth. They understand that, LIFE, happens. Theyre fair, empathetic, and very budget consious. As i stated before, I would rent a car for the weekend, EVERY WEEKEND, just so i could work with the staff! Theyre that awesome! AND THEY REALLY DO PICK YOU UP, AND take you home! They charged me for 2-days while I used car for just a day and then when I call in the customer service they told me that local office will call you in 5 days but they never did! Its been 15 days. So bad service!
