As a rapidly developing small business, MH&C contributed greatly to the standardization of many integral processes that will constitute a solid foundation for the future growth of our organization. Beyond being a pleasure to work with, Jim Talerico provided much needed expertise in relation to budgeting, personnel management, systems efficiency and cost categorization among other focuses. I believe that due to Jims contributions, our organization will be both more profitable and better prepared for inevitable adjustments to the market. Further, the processes that Jim helped us to develop and implement will not only enable us to provide a better customer experience, they will also lend to the efficiency and stability that are vital in constructing and maintaining a positive work environment.
The objectives for the project was to streamline/firm up the estimation process/budget to better equal the actual cost. Which in turn would also address a more accurate/fair incentive program. At this time it appears we met those objectives, although still trying to figure out the best way to put in quickbooks to get the information all together for reports. Jim is very knowledgeable about gathering all the information, analyzing it, and putting into spreadsheets that gives us all the information we need. I feel we will better be able to manage and adjust to maximize return on investment as time goes on and data is analyzed. I would recommend M, H & C, Inc. as a great tool to analyze and help make adjustments to maximize return on investment.

My first contact with MH&C was a phone call. I normally turn down most sales calls, but I was pleased with how the woman presented herself. There was no pressure from her only an invitation to receive further information about the services that can help small businesses. I agreed to meet with Jacob. Jacob was also very friendly and listened to all the problems I had at the time with our business. At that time, I was no longer even an employee at FSC, but I felt the need to get MH&C involved to help my family’s business get back on track.After the analysis was completed by Sam Hope all the officers of FSC agreed that we needed the help that MH&C offered. We immediately began implementing the tools given to us. James has been great to work with throughout the whole time he was here.
