Garbage is currently 7 days past pick up. They charge you for anything outside of your can, which being a week late, we have extra bags. Last time they picked up recycling, they tossed it into the garbage truck with the garbage, so what is the point of actually recycling?? Can’t get through to customer service. Totally understand the staffing issues but feel the company needs to do something to rectify the current situation.

Our trash is supposed to be picked up Tuesday mornings. It is now Friday afternoon and our entire street is still lined with full trash and recycling cans. I know someone will respond saying Were sorry, we are picking up missed trash as quickly as possible, but at this point excuses and apologies dont matter - the service being paid for is not being provided. We all need to demand refunds. Not two dollar discounts, complete refunds until the full service is provided per the contract. If you have a staff shortage, hire more people. If you cant hire more people, I think we all need to acknowledge the failure of the socialist policies that are encouraging people to sit at home and get paid to do nothing.

My pick up is Monday morning. This week no pick up at all and it is Friday I have been LIED TO all this week with the office people telling me today,today,today…….and nothing ! I pay my bill and get lied to in return when you call to ask when are you going to pick up my trash,very very POOR BUSINESS! They tell you they can’t get people to work NOT my problem I see all the other refuse companies driving past my house doesn’t look like they are having a problem !

I took some time to read quite a few reviews, and the company’s response was pretty consistent: “Staffing issues.” I’m not sure why this company continues to take on additional contracts when they can’t staff the current routes. In addition to this, I’m not sure why I’m expected to pay my bill in full every quarter when this service provider is unreliable and inconsistent. We paid less per quarter when we had Waste Management, and we also didn’t have rotting trash/recycle at the end of our driveway for days at a time.

Our route rarely gets picked up on time. Two recent calls into the office to customer service. First person that we spoke to was not pleasant and more so did not offer any information or resolutions. The second customer service rep we spoke to yesterday was pleasant to speak to and explained the worker shortage. This made us more understanding. I would recommend having the customer service staff trained on how to deal with upset customers because we are still paying the bill and not receiving the service and you cant blame the customer for being unhappy about that.Update 10/4/21- The garbage is never picked up on time. Currently our pick up is 5 days overdue.

My trash is to be picked up on Friday mornings yet it is still sitting in my driveway. Called yesterday and was told they would have it picked up by the end of the day. Clearly did no happen, called again long wait time since people are probably complaining. I refuse to be charged for the extra bags or even my full service when it isnt even being provided per contract.

Consistently getting missed for trash pick ups. Last time they never came even after 3 calls to the office. Trash sat so long it killed all my grass. Not only do I pay my bill - I was a full quarter ahead. If you are going to pick up every other week- just let us know so I dont have garbage in front of my home like I live in some slum

For the past 2 weeks my recycling was not removed my son called today it was last week and she said she would do a work order. It still is here. I also have to use bags for my recycling as I am disabled I got permission for this over a year ago I hope that isnt why they are not picking it up. I hope they do better. Does anyone know if they pick up bigger stuff?

Several times recently, they have not picked up garbage and/or recycling on the day they’re supposed to. Their website says reliable. They are NOT. My recycling can has been at the curb since Tuesday evening for Wednesday pick-up. Today is Friday. Garbage didn’t pick up till Thursday this week. This issue seems to be becoming more frequent. Completely unreliable, and they give no explanation for the terrible service.

Im a new resident, and the wait time was very long to get service started in July, but that wasnt really an issue.Yesterday I came home to my very full recycling not being taken, though the trash was. I pulled the containers away from the road as Im supposed to. I went online (my time), checked to make sure I didnt screw up my days, or if there was a holiday I missed (nope) then called (more of my time). It was before 6pm but they were closed. I left a message and someone just called me back, a little before 9:30am today.She casually said theyre short staffed so recycling didnt get taken, but they came that morning. I told her I had already pulled my items from the curb, and she said I should just call if its not picked up (I was at work). Then she said I should just leave it there when it happens again and then call. She was very casual about placing the burden onto me to resolve their lack of providing service.I asked her how would have have known this is what I (the paying customer) should have done to work around their (the paid service provider- though I didnt say that snarky part) issues and she just said flatly you wouldnt. I accepted this response and we ended the call. I had no desire to take out my frustration on her, though her actual CS was pretty bad. This is where the core problem seems to be and why, after seeing all the other similar (and far worse) reviews, I dropped another star. This is just how they operate, its not an isolated bad day.I have a very full recycling (which wont get picked up for 2 more weeks) and no apology for not providing the service Ive paid for. I think youll (the owner who will likely reply with the same sort of response as to all the others) find that customers are mostly reasonable. It takes little time to have canned emails ready to send out (since you have paperless billing, why isnt it a part of that service, since paperless saves so much money?).Hi, were sorry, but were dealing with chronic (to explain the issue being long term) staffing issues, so were SORRY that we couldnt pick up your ___insert TRASH or RECYCLING, etc.___ as scheduled. Please leave the container/bag by the road for our staff to pick up tomorrow. Again, we are sorry for this delay, we appreciate your help. To show our appreciation, weve deducted $2 from your bill for this month.It would not be that tough to get customers to feel better about these apparently common issues/delays/total lack of services with communication and a genuine apology (which means some sort of demonstration).If I had gotten an email or call, I would have had zero issues. If on that call she would have said to put the container back and someone would pick it up today/tomorrow, I would have been annoyed, but de-esclalated.

Ive recently moved into it area serviced by valley waste Management for trash pickup. Several times already they havent picked up the trash on the scheduled day of the week. And these are not holiday weeks, theres no reason for the trash not to get picked up. In fact this week, there are multiple bags of garbage in Gordon Alley, McKees Rocks PA still since 2 days ago when they were supposed to pick it up. Unfortunately, theres no other option for trash pickup in this area because valley waste management has monopoly here. So I have no choice to use anybody else. I am really disappointed in this service. WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO KEEP 2 WEEKS OF TRASH WHAT I HAVE THE CAPACITY TO STORE 1 WEEK OF TRASH?

They never pick up trash or recycling on time. It always sits for days at the end of my driveway and we are always forced to call to schedule pickups. Im also currently trying to pay a bill and cant because every time you call there are 20 people ahead of you. Its terrible service.

I live in Economy Boros Ridgewood plan. Garbage pickup day was 8/19/21 and today is 8/23/21 and half of the plan has rotting garbage in front of their houses. It is the end of the day so the best we can hope for is a pickup on 8/24/21. The stench is terrible. My child was gagging on her walk home from the bus stop. They do not respond to voicemails and I tried email tonight. It would be great if they would simply provide the service we pay for. I think everyone is ok with a day late here and there but this is ridiculous. BTW no one has time to wait for customer service because of the long wait times.Unfortunately the service gets worse week by week.

Valley Waste is our waste collection service in Economy Borough. They are mostly on time, sometimes a day or 2 late, but we leave it at the end of the road as we do not fuss and understand about full trucks, mechanical issues, driver shortages, ect. We have called in advance about large items such as a couch sectional and TV, and as long as you provide such notice beforehand, they give you a prompt time to when it will be picked up.Everyone is human, and life is busy and unexpected. We appreciate all that the drivers do and we try to be courteous, and we are treated the same in return.

On Monday June 29 Valley decided to pick up both our recycling and trash at the same time. I confronted the driver (I will not mention his name since he was nice enough to be honest) and told me that the owner Joe Orlich told him to pick up both the trash and garbage this week, with the same truck, because the recycling driver was on vacation. This driver also admitted to me that he knew it was wrong, but had to do it or he would lose his job! Please enjoy the photos showing this company completely disregarding the environment, and its customers, picking up both the trash and garbage. I live in economy borough and this company is our regular trash pickup company. They are the worst, they don’t pickup on time, they miss entire streets and communities so your trash sits out at the curb for days or if Sunday is involved even more. When you call to tell them that they missed your trash pickup they give you an attitude and never come back to do their job they that day even when you call in the morning. Once again they absolute worst why our borough decided to go with this company is baffling

I am satisfied with the trash/recycling pick up in Ellwood City. I love that we buy bags based on our usage instead of having a flat fee. My pickup guy is very nice and polite. I have no problem rinsing and appropriately sorting true recyclables. Sadly their are many lazy folks who cant seem to handle it.

Overall very dissatisfied with the quality of this company. If you dont want to read all the details just know you do not want to deal with this company for getting a roll off dumpster. The customer service at the beginning of my interactions with Valley Waste seem alright but when it came to drop off day that all changed. First off I told them that the dumpster needed to be dropped off at the end of the day so I could be there after I got off work. I was told that I could expect it around 3-5 and that they would put a note to be the last delivery of the day. Drop off day comes around and they arrive at 10 in the morning instead of the evening drop off time I was given told to expect. Furthermore I intended to be there to help guide the driver exactly where to place the dumpster. The driver did attempt to call me when he arrived but being 10 in the morning and not given any notice the day before when to exactly expect the driver I was not able to talk to him before the dumpster was placed. The dumpster was placed in the yard with the door right up next to the fence and bush and the door couldnt be opened. This problem could have been avoided if I was allowed to be there during the time of drop off but I was robbed of that opportunity. I tried to organize to have the driver come back and move the dumpster forward enough to open the door but the staff insisted it could not be done and that a supervisor would have to look at it. So I asked for the supervisor and was not given their information and my contact blocked my emails. If this wasnt enough for the pickup the there were giant ruts left in the yard where the dumpster was dragged onto the truck. I was told by the driver that this would happen. Overall very disappointed.Valley waste responded to this comment and said they would contact me shortly after they did an inside investigation. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have not been reached out to yet.

Late every week, recycle is pretty much never every other Wednesday as promised, the driver calls off, is on vacation etc just excuses, get told to just leave it out and sometimes its several days, if its windy you end up having to chase down your recycling because it wasnt picked up in a timely manner. Your, which is non sense, none of the other services in the area like Aiken or Waste Management do that, and Ive checked on that. Valley has breeched the contract by not providing services as promised. They are also more expensive then the other available services in area. Beware of this company, its a run around and excuse after excuse for poor service. The negative reviews on them are well deserved. Please do your homework before choosing this company. On top of the contract they charge a deposit for service as well, the others do not. Ladies in office are not helpful and frankly just rude. Im done with them. New service provider has my trash and recycling picked up on time so far without issues. So again beware of Valley Waste. Forgot to mention above my waste cans More often than not have not been completely emptied and when recycling has been picked up a mess has been left behind, this company just does not care.

I am appalled at this company! 2 drivers now have made threats of violence! My husband and I had needed a dumpster because we were moving houses. The driver who initially brought the dumpster out left a 6 tire mark in another neighbors grass. His truck had a broken tire rod and he was broken down in the middle of the driveway. The neighbor said something to the driver about making ruts in the grass & the driver got mad and said: if the neighbor said anything else to him about the grass that he was going to punch him in the face. We did not call the company at that time, I think the neighbor did though. And I would like to add that if they followed directions to begin with, the first driver wouldnt have gotten stuck and broken a tire rod. My husband had given them instructions to call before they came, so he could direct them where to go. They did not call and went to the wrong address, which is how they broke down and left ruts in someone elses yard to begin with.Fast forward a week. The dumpster is full & needed picked up, and we were getting a 2nd dumpster. But the driver who was supposed to bring out the 2nd dumpster today, called my husband and told him that if he makes HIM lose his job over a 6 tire track like the other driver, there would be problems. Clearly he mistook my husband for the neighbor. My husband asked to speak to a supervisor and the driver said Im calling you from my personal cell. So my husband called the company and explained what happened...that their driver was calling him from a personal cell phone threatening him. And that we wanted to cancel the 2nd dumpster & to keep that driver off of our property. But the first dumpster still needs picked up. I hope they will send someone who does not make threats of violence this time! What kind of company employs people who threaten paying customers? This is the 2nd driver who has made threats. My husband didnt want me to leave this review, because he doesnt want any more trouble from their drivers. He says they have our phone number and know where we live. But I decided to write the review anyways, because people should know about this before using this company. If anyone from this company reads this review, I would like to say that if one of your drivers calls & threatens my husband (or any neighbors) again, I will be contacting the local authorities and making a police report. This is outrageous. And frankly, quite scary.

If you can, do not use this company. New customer residential pick up. July 1 called and ordered service and paid deposit. July 5 went to business office and signed and gave office necessary paperwork. Paid for another quarter. July 10 I still do not have a container for my rubbish. ???? I called the office July 8 asked when I was getting a container office person said when one was available. When I was there July 5 I saw about 100 containers on side of building. Looks like they are the only company for my area so they think they can do whatever they feel like.

EDIT*** After posting this review, We were contacted by Valley Waste and they offered to reimburse us some of the money we were charged for the rental mentioned below. Brandi, the person who we were dealing with through all interactions, was very friendly and we felt she went above and beyond to assist us. We thank her and also Valley Waste management for easing the cost. Changed my rating from 1 star, to 3 stars.Unfortunately we will not be doing business with Valley again. This was a very expensive learning experience for my husband and myself. Firstly, we ended up paying over $1000 for a 20-yard dumpster due to all of the fees and overweight charges. You are only allowed 3 tons in the dumpster and for those who don’t know, that’s practically nothing. Yes, the overweight charge is our own fault and we will not use their dumpsters due to the over priced charges again. Secondly, the delivery person didn’t follow a single direction as where to drop off the dumpster. My husband was very clear when giving directions and long story short, our yard and driveway is now destroyed. The dumpster was supposed to be dropped off on a very flat back section of our double lot where we are clearing trees, directly next to the waste pile. This can be very easily accessed from the road that runs behind our house, which was stated in the given directions. Instead, the driver was driving through our side yard, not even close to the back of our lot. After tearing up our yard and being unsuccessful with dropping the dumpster, the driver just dumped it in our driveway, tearing up the gravel and leaving it halfway on the street. There was no way it could be left sitting there for over a week. LUCKILY, my husband has a roll off truck and was able to move the dumpster himself to where we wanted it. This whole experience was a mess and yes, it was partially our fault. Dumpster rental through Valley is VERY expensive and who knows what mess you will find after delivery!

Customer service department is -non professional, rude, and ignorant!Based off of their customer service I would give a negative star if it was available to do so. After having their service for almost two years and then moving they decide they want to charge a security deposit. And, the way they speak is ignorant =lack of knowledge!Even tho the garbage collectors do a wonderful job and we appreciate all their hard work, the customer service is the reason we are choosing to do business elsewhere. We are newer customers but it has been 3-4 months where our trash pickup is missed every week. Even when I do call and say it was missed but if money is not enough of an incentive, me calling will not help. Customer service has been nice but ultimately no help. The operations end is abysmal. Amazingly bad. Like if it were my company, they would all be fired. We are paying for a service and it is not being followed through on which means Valley Waste is in breach of contract.

If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. If you have a choice in waste service I recommend going with waste management, if you dont, sorry about your luck because you are in the same boat as we are. Cans get left on the street, garbage not picked up, can left up against my car, watched them throw my neighbors cans. They take other peoples large items and leave ours. They say they want you to be happy with their service but they clearly dont care if you are or not, theres no resolution when you call to complain. They know their service is borough mandated and they act exactly as as expected for someone who knows youre stuck with them.

Better service than previous group. Much better. Office staff has been excellent. Watched field staff with a spill and they cleaned it up. Cans usually set upright. Waste and recycle are different routes so advice is to put all out night before. Pay attention to requirements for recycle. Recycle bins are very large. Sent mine back.

Just started service in hopewell sent papers with wrong name called customer service to resolve the matter got new paperwork with correct address filled out paper gave them all the information to set up auto pay my bank sent me a notification that it was paid got a letter with my name & wrong address saying I didn’t pay my bill & service would be stopped if payment wasn’t maid also sent copy of drivers license to prove I was over 65 to get senior discount they took out full amount. The people here that left bad remarks must be the 10th grade graduates of Darlington and South Beaver, because we have experienced great service. Chippewa Township is schizophrenic as we have had 4 services in 12 years. We had good service and they send them packing. Sorry to see you go. Im very surprised to see such scathing reviews about Valley Waste. Our township switches between VW & WM every two years, and we wish theyd just stick with Valley consistently.The residential service is reliable, and we LOVE their generously large trash & recycling bins to rent for a very reasonable monthly fee.There have only been a couple times that the recycling took an extra day to pick up, but things happen...its not laziness, its life!Our trucks come EXTREMELY early (usually about 4 a.m.) and have always made sure the cans are out of the way so we can back out of the driveway in the morning.Also, Ive talked with customer service a few times (NOT for complaints) and theyve always been friendly and helpful.We appreciate the consistently good service from Valley Waste and hope our township can renew the contract!

Only giving one star because I cant give zero. Absolutely the worst service youll ever receive. Drivers throw cans. Theyve left the can up against my car on the street. Theyve skipped us altogether at least three times. They take our neighbors big items and skip ours because they have an attitude with us specifically (apparently). Customer service has no explanations as to their behavior at all. We only use them because it is borough mandated. Had we been able to choose we would still be using waste management.

We currently have Vally after having another company for several years. Now, Valley isnt perfect even though Im giving them 5 stars. I think they missed a pickup once. But heres why Im a fan:1. They seem to take ANYTHING. With a single phone call they dealt with a mattress. With a small heads-up, they handled a LOT of remodeling garbage.2. Theyre responsive. After complaining that the brakes on their trucks were noisy, they were silent the next week.3. They seem to care about doing things well. My cans are always placed back in the driveway appropriately. For example, upside down when its raining.I cant speak for everyone, but my experience over the past year has been very positive.

The customer service lady is rude and gives attitude. She tried to charge me 6 month fee to drop their rolling cart service and use my own. Then shes giving me pricing that doesnt make sense. Price to have them supply a rolling cart garbage(96gal) can 19.50 a month. Price for me to supply the same(96gal) can as them, 22.50, why am I paying more to supply my own rolling cart? Its called robbery.

Their dump site out on Wallace Run Road is great. Very clean outside the dump building and much better prices than their competitors. Very convenient location for me. No more driving to the dump in Ohio for me.

I thought Waste Management was the worst but these fools may have them beat after just one week of service. Hopewell Twp just changed from WM to Valley for trash/recycling pick up for 2020 and already they failed to pick up 2 bins of recycling despite picking up the rest of the neighborhood.

Have major problems with this company. they have not picked up my trash when i have called on 1/25/18 and told them the issue for a rubbermaid bin has been resolved they still did not pick up the garbage. called again on 1/26/18 and told them of the situation still no pickup.poor customer service and incompetent drivers who do not pay attention to detail. will be contacting harmony township to try and have the company lose a renewal contract for next year.waste management is a more reliable company, never had any problems with them for 10 years that we have lived here.

I miss my amazing, kind and clean Refuse workers. Crescent went back to WM. Dirty, rude and lazy. My guys from Valley were became my friends. The gentleman with the big black beard was so concientous, never left things laying on the ground, never left the lids all over. I MISS MY GUYS! They used to laugh, because I get up early to give out hugs and cold drinks. Kindness rules. Please let them know they are missed. N

Every Waste company at some point in time will most likely upset customers at some point in time because it is a business that deals with trucks and trucks break down, especially trucks with so many moving parts. They also have people and yes they can get sick or not be right for the job. When I see Valley Waste trucks they seem clean and maintained, when I had an issue the general manager himself took time to explain the situation and I was the one making the mistake. Garbage men/women are very hard working, out in all kinds of weather doing a job that 80% of us couldnt handle in our best years and I think this company has some of the best.

Bad service. Took half my trash left the other half saying I exceeded my weekly allotment, however no credit for the week we missed 2 weeks ago because we didnt get the trash out early enough in the morning. So now I have to store garbage in my basement for a week so the Raccoons dont tear it up.Definitely nothing like our previous collector. Time to shop for a new collector. Due to the wind storm last week, my can was blown over and the drivers did not see it. It was not picked up. After speaking to customer service, they were extremely nice and apologized for the trouble. (which was not really their fault..) They asked me to please roll the can back and they would pick up any extra trash on their normal route this week, free of charge. Many Thanks!!

They could be a great company but the workers they have picking up for New Brighton Borough are rude and disrespectful of peoples property. I was coming home as they were picking up my trash and one of the guys yelled over to me and saying that I had to “lighten up” on how much garbage I put in the can because “it makes his job hard” the can only had 4 white bags a garbage in it, the handle is broken but we have no issue what so ever rolling it to the curb. The can won’t even be broken if they didn’t break the can in the first place by throwing it in the street and kicking it. The way he talked to me was so disrespectful. Picking up garbage is kind of their job.

Chippewa Twp decided a few years ago that they would take their Valley Waste contract and give it to Waste Management. Im so glad we are back to Valley Waste!!!!Valley Waste always is on time and when they have issues covering shifts, they work their butt off to get her ASAP. They are so consistent, they always take such good care of my garbage cans and they always place them back neatly and orderly. The guys are kind and they have great attitudes, considering they are swimming in our garbage everyday.I never knew how good we had it until Chippewa went to Waste Management. They threw our cans all over a busy road, they broke mine and 3 other neighbors cans, they threw stuff into my yard and they were always late and inconsistent. These are all things that Valley Waste manages flawlessly and does well!!I would hope Chippewa keeps VW because I would always choose them over Waste Management.

When the area I live in switched over to this company the beginning of 2018, we immediately noticed a difference from WM. While they aren’t terrible and the workers are friendly, they are not consistent with pickup time at all. Some days it’s before 7a, other days it’s past 1030a and they still haven’t come. Which is a pain because we have these monster crows around us that destroy our trash.One day in particular in the winter it was so incredibly windy and everyone’s garbage kept flying everywhere. My husband went out about 3 times to pick it up and after it blew around again for the 4th time he just said screw it and let it blow around. Then they never even came that day!

I have been using the services for about a year now and I have never missed a payment and the trash has always been picked up Thursday evenings around 5 or 6 so my Husband always puts the trash out Thursday morning. Well we put it out Thursday morning this last time but apparently the trash guy was done picking up trash by 7:10 in the morning and we were too late ?? We got home Thursday night and the trash was still there so I called and left Valley Waste serves a message and they called me back the next morning and told me that he was done by 7:10 in the morning and that he wasn’t coming back until next week so I am now switching companies because that’s rediculous !!

For the second time in a month and a half (three recycling pickup days) recycling has not been picked up. Only one of the recycling days has actually taken my recycling. I recycle a lot of things meaning that my recycling bins are always overflowing and pushing it another two weeks is completely unrealistic for people who recycle a lot.If things are pushed a day for any reason, there needs to be some sort of communication regarding this, perhaps on the website.

Theyre filling our landfills with all sorts of waste, but refuse to take certain items. They have a monopoly on the area and have HORRIBLE customer service.

If you dont mind the rudeness of the drivers leaving your trash carts in the driveway so you cant enter or exit, leaving the lids off in the pouring rain so you need to empty the water out when you return home, then this is the service for you!!It doesnt matter if you call them, or how many times you call them, this is apparently just the way they do business. The office personnel is polite when you complain and claim they will speak to the supervisor; maybe they do and the supervisor doesnt care. In any event, the inconsideration is unbelievable!

Theyre terrible, but you dont get a choice. They sometimes skip some or all of the trash or some or all of the recycling when picking up the neighbors... If I can lift the trash can, they should be able to, but theyre too lazy to do that and miss some of the trash a lot of the time.

Just set up new service and they brought a brand new extra large trash container that easily holds my weeks trash and keeps it our of reach of the varmints. I live on the Connie and the water was a foot deep all around my house for two days. The water apparently nocked over the trash can that was full of trash bags. They must have been floated all over the place. Upon my return to the house, I found the bags all picked up and removed and my can put back in its place. It was great to see that they cared enough to help out in a time of need. It would have been just as easy to do nothing and tell the office it was too flooded to service. Great job. Thanks,

I signed up for there service 2 months ago. They have already not picked up 3 times and when I called to find out why there was not only no explanation, but the cs supervisor was extremely rude. They sent out the truck to pick it up 2 days later each of the 3 times and then proceeded to charge me $65 each time as a fee for the special trip even tho it was an error on there part. I have no idea how a company that charges a customer for mistakes they make and deals with the situation as rudely as they did even has any customers left. Anyone considering using this company my advice to u is to run the other way. Theres no excuse for the treatment I got and no reason they should even still b in business. I hope I save others the frustration, headache, and mess Ive had to deal with.

KUDOS to the Valley Waste collectors here in the Valley View plan of Rochester Twp!! I have lived in Rochester Twp for 14years and have had Valley Waste as my garbage collectors all these years. They have provided nothing but EXCELLENT service. We appreciate someone hauling away our gargage and not throwing our cans or leaving trash laying behind. We recently learned that Rochester has now switched to another collector and we (my husband and I ) are NOT pleased.! Unfortunately, we no longer have the option of choosing our own independent collector. So, Hats off to Rick, the driver, and all the various throwers, John, Kevin, (of whom I have met), and the whole crew who has provided excellent service over the years. Also, a SPECIAL thanks and KUDOS to Bruce, who does the recycles! Always a smile on his face and goes above and beyond to be sure cans are placed back where they need to be. We cant thank these guys enough for hauling away our trash whether its freezing cold or stifling hot (in which, I would think has to be the worst, smelling everyones stinking gargage.) I think people dont appreciate enough what a thankless service they do. Yes, it is their job.... and they do it well! Everyone needs to be recognized when they do good work. We commend these guys for doing this job and giving such wonderful service! Also, I have always spoken with courteous office workers. I appreciate their work also. I cant say enough how we will miss Valley Waste Service. We hope that you will be able to one day get the contract back to collect in Rochester again!
