Ed and Gary were a god send. They helped me when I had no clue what to do. I had a house fire in Jan 2020 and Ed came out gave me a quote and started right away. They were up front about everything. Anything, I had a question about they got me the answers. I would highly recommend using Paul Davis. I was quoted 6-9 months for repairs and it was 100% completed at 8 months. That was only because of COVID. If it wasnt for COVID it would of been done months before. It took along time to get materials in.

PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION DID A VERY GOOD JOB REMOVING WATER FROM MY HOME AND DRYING IT OUT...I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE WORK...MY ISSUE IS WITH THE COMPANY...THEY REMOVED MY KITCHEN CABINETS AND SINK AND DISHWASHER AND DID NOT REINSTALL WHAT THEY DISASSEMBLED LEAVING MY GARAGE AND LIVING ROOM AS STORAGE PLACES...THEY DID PROTECT ALL REMOVED ITEMS WITH PLASTIC WRAP...ALSO BATHROOM HAS HOLES AS ADDITIONAL DRYWALL WAS REMOVED FROM WHERE THE ORIGINAL PIPE LEAKED. CARPET WAS ALSO SOAKED AND PADDING REMOVED .ALL WATER DAMAGE WAS DRIED. I THOUGHT THEY WERE A 1 STOP SHOP THAT CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND RESTORED MY HOME BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. WE ARE IN OUR LATE 70s AND HAVE HANDICAPPED ISSUES....I WAS TOLD THEY THEY ARE NOT DOING ANY MORE RESTORING JOBS BECAUSE THEY ARE BACKED UP 4 MONTHS...THEY SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO GET A CONTRACTOR..WASNT TOLD THIS WHEN THE JOB WAS STARTED.IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU CANNOT RESTORE,THEN DONT TAKE JOBS LIKE THEY DONT RESTORE WHAT THEY DID. I AM SATISFIED WITH WORK DONE AS FAR AS CRAFTMANSHIP. BUT THE JOB WAS N O T FINISHED AND POLISHED SATISFACTORILY!!WE NOW HAVE A BIG HEADACHE!! I am completely satisfied with the work that was done in my kitchen, Beadboard was installed on the ceiling and then sanded and painted beautifully. Gary was the outstanding project manager .He was in constant communication with me, Brian and Don were excellent painters and professional and polite. All safety precautions (masks etc,) were adhered too, I am so happy with Paul Davis Restoration and highly recommend the company,!

We had water damage in the house. We had new carpet installed and a entire new kitchen. I would recommend this company to everyone. They did a awesome job and everyone was super nice & professional. This is the third renovation project for which we used Paul Davis. We purchased a 1958 year old home that needed quite a bit of updating. Dan was very quick and responsive with the bid. Brian was the contractor that performed the work. We had a support wall removed from the dining area to the living area and the kitchen wall removed into the dining area. It completely opened up the entire living space. Additionally, Brian removed the old cast iron tub and 1950s tile and replaced with new tub, wall and glass doors. This is only phase 1 of 3 for this house. What a difference! All of the work was immaculate, timely and a great value. We recommend Dan and Brian to any of our friends needing a good contractor. We highly recommend Dan, Brian and the Paul Davis Team.

We had a pipe burst earlier this year in our basement. I called on a Sunday Morning, and right away we had assistance! The disaster cleanup crew, the demo crew, the restoration crew, the office, etc were courteous, respectful, professional, knowledge and just flat out great people to work with! They had my back with our insurance company as well! I recommend them to anyone!

I cant say enough how impressed I am of the attention to detail. Everyone that I came in contact with was very professional and I would definitely recommend them for your restoration needs.

We had a flood in our office due to a broken pipe over a weekend. I called Paul Davis and Luke came within an hour. He had guys here quickly to start the clean up process. The experience we had with Paul Davis was over all a good one. We had had some water issues other then the original one that we were not even aware of an if it was not for their representative (Dan) we would of never known. They worked with my husbands schedule which at times is a hard thing to do with the hours he works an the times that he needed to be sleeping during the day. We knew what was going on every step of the project an was advised on things once again we never had thought to take in mind. From the start to the end everyone we dealt with did what they said they were going to an was on time an very respectful. I would be happy to have Paul Davis do work for us again if ever the need arises again.

Shady company, I went through my insurance company to have my roof looked and and they sent an invoice claiming they installed water barriers and fans in my attic. It was quoted at almost a $1000. At the time of work they where in my attic for about 20 minutes checked three boards, then when they needed to check the roof they asked if I had a ladder because they didnt bring one. looked at the roof from the ground and said it seemed fine. After my insurance company talked to me I received another bill for almost $400 claiming that was the cost to cover the 25 minutes worth of services. On top of this they damaged my stairs exiting my attic. I would not recommend this company.

My experience with Paul Davis was beyond expectations. As a landlord, there was a main line water break which flooded my entire basement (it was BAD). Paul Davis talked me through the process, was respectful and mindful of my tenants, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Their work was clean and neat. The Paul Davis team helped me avoid a serious nightmare.

13 years ago we had a sever house fore that destroyed and damaged 98% of home. The fire started at 7AM the insurance company was there at 9 and at 10 Paul Davis was on the scene and was talking to us about our recovery. The next day at 8AM the company was there demolishing the damaged and destroyed parts of our home. 6 months later we had a brand new home. Paul Davis is great. 13 years later they are local partner with the American Red Cross to help do smoke alarm installations.

When our sump pump broke off of the wall in my finished basement, it continued to pump water directly onto the walls and floor. It was a Sunday and I called Paul Davis expecting to leave a message for a return call on Monday. A Paul Davis representative was at my house within an hour. The Paul Davis team worked throughout the day to extract water from the carpet and baseboards. They were able to clean and dry the carpet without having to replace it. They left multiple dehumidifiers and large fans in the basement for several days, coming back throughout those days to check the humidity levels and ensure that the drying process was working to prevent the growth of mold. I was extremely impressed with their expertise in dealing with water damage. They even provided a detailed claim to be submitted to my insurance company. I would not hesitate to call Paul Davis again and have recommended them to everyone I know.

Paul Davis installed carpeting in my rental property. The installer did a great job. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. Next time I need work done, I know who I will be calling!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Worst company I have ever had to deal with and state farm as a whole now knows not to deal with this company. The contents manager, Kayla, told me she had expected my insurance to cover my deductible with my check to pay for all my destroyed items. When they did not she informed me my payment was then overdue and threatened to charge me interest how cam you charge someone interest and claim a late payment when you expected something without contacting the agency to find out what exactly was being paid out at the time? Prior to everything I contacted her on NUMEROUS occasions to take an air conditioner that was stored in the room where the damage occured. She gave me the run around the whole time until she eventually told me they dont do electrical and to just claim it as destroyed through my insurance yet she took my radio receiver and speakers, but they dont do electrical? Right. There was a grill on my back porch where the majority of the water fell from the pipes bursting. Obviously the water was going to cause rust. I informed them that it was claimed and needed disposed of at the time when they were packing my items. They never took it. When I brought it to Mrs. Renningers attention she informed me theyd have to charge a disposal fee. A disposal fee because they didnt take it when they were supposed to. Thats completely on them that they cant do their job. Not on me. My bedroom set was destroyed because she LIED and said she contacted my claim representative and never received a call back. Upon speaking with my representative she stated she never received a call from Kayla. When Kayla finally contacted State Farm they questioned her and after lying to them she apologized and said she must have forgot to place the call. My bedroom set sat in water for a WEEK and was destroyed because she is incompetent at her job. They took items such as my brand new bridesmaids dress that was still wrapped in plastic and took it to be cleaned because it is protocol. It was never touched by water! They milked my insurance company for literally every dime they could. They took items that didnt need touched, but items that did they completely bypassed. If you are in Western PA contact another agency. I beg of you. I went with who my landlord called and that was the worst decision on their part and this was the worst experience of my life. I also called to speak to the owners being as they are the only ones above Kayla. Never received a call back and now they are on vacation. Goes to show how little home owners and renters really mean to this business!!!

We were looking for someone to replace our current kitchen window with a larger picture window. The project involved finding the larger window, enlarging the existing opening (masonry), replacing the existing lintel to accommodate the larger window, relocating some existing electrical, refinishing the interior drywall and painting to match the existing color.Right after contact, Dan Kegley came to estimate the job. My wife and I felt comfortable with how he described the required work, the detail he offered and the obvious concern he had for the project to be done correctly and within the promised time-frame. The bid he presented was reasonable and within our budget. We invited other contractors to offer estimates; some never followed up, some could only do part of the required work which would have involved us finding additional professionals i.e. one to do the masonry work, one to set the window, one to do the finish work and painting, etc. But Paul Davis offered to do the entire job with only one individual responsible for the entire scope of the project. That person was Brian Marketich. He did a beautiful job, very meticulous, always cleaned up after the days work, showed up when he said he would, gave daily updates and our dog even liked him.We would highly recommend Paul Davis to anyone looking for remodeling projects and will use them again when the need arises.
