Had miracle method do (2) of our bathrooms. Great job but now our one bathtub is peeling. There is supposed to be a 5yr warranty with it but cant get ahold of them. Weve been trying for 2 months now!
Decent but many rough spots and this was after calling and getting a touch up. But the tub looks better than what it did. Had a drain put in by them. Caulking is wearing off around it. It was done 8 months ago.
These folks do a wonderful job. We had a 1950s blue tub..it was transformed to a modern, clean white one. No mess no issues..
I am thrilled with our new kitchen countertop from Miracle Method. We were very pleased with John’s estimate, and Tanner, our installer / miracle worker was meticulous and professional. I am so glad we found them.
Miracle method is a strong company run by professional installers. These guys made sure my work got done and I didnt have to do anything. Theres a lot to be said for that. I highly recommend this service!
They did a shower stall refinishing about 2 1/2 years ago. It is peeling now. Tried to contact them for several weeks. No reply.
My bathroom had 1930s subway tile that was old, tired and had settlement cracks. I called Miracle Method and Albert and Todd came and transformed this tile back to its white and black beautiful sheen... the bathroom tile, the tub, the caulking is new, clean and is a joy to see. Albert was courteous, kept me abreast of what he was doing, trustworthy and a highly skilled technician. If you have a tired Pittsburgh bathroom, I urge you to peruse the website and get an estimate to see how Miracle Method can transform it back to life. Many thanks to this company!
Outstanding refinish of a 120 year old claw foot tub. Great Job.
Avoid using Miracle Method here in the PIttsburgh area! They do not deserve your business because they take your money but do not follow up with their customers. On April 8, they completely forgot the appointment they made to come to my home to do some minor repairs to a bathtub re-finishing job they did approximately 4 years prior. A crack developed less than a year after the work was done. Very small at first, it appeared where they removed a soap dish before applying the new finish. I tried to contact the owner, John Savage, several times during the next month/years as the crack steadily grew and finally, when a small piece of finish on the floor of the tub delaminated last winter, I sent him an email and he confirmed the appointment. I took the day off of work and waited all day for someone to show up. I contacted his office, called his cell phone, and sent him more than one text message and received absolutely no response from him or anyone else from his office. Finally, I called the Miracle Method home office in California and spoke to ‘Jill’. She assured me that John would get back to me right away. A week later, I called her back and left a message saying that John Savage had not returned my calls to explain why he was a no-show. I filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and sent John a letter to his business address. This resulted in a response; he made an appointment for May 8th; however, on that morning his ‘foreman’ Jeremy called to say they didn’t have the right color and would call back when the order came in. I asked when would that be and Jermey said he couldn’t “…say how long it would take for Fed Ex to deliver…” the color. They called once since then (about May 24th), saying they were still waiting for the color, but by now it’s obvious that Fed Ex is NOT the problem. Bottom line is they have not done the repairs, and they do not deserve anyone’s business. My advice is to not give any business to John Savage or his ‘foreman’ Jeremy. They might be quick to take your money, but have no intention of returning to fix any problems, should they need to do so. This was the worst customer service experience I have had with a contractor.
We had our 1970s awful blue tub and surround refinished by Miracle Method a few weeks ago. The tub is a cast iron one that was probably put in before the surrounding walls were built, making it nearly impossible to rip out without some costly demolition plans. The rate was reasonable and the job was completed in less then a weekend. I even had previously purchased some new hardware for the tub faucet, shower head and drain that the tech installed after everything was dry. The tech was professional, courteous and tidy. They bring all their own stuff and clean, remove and dispose of any waste or old materials. They are trained professionals who do this type of work every day. I was tempted by all those DIY kits at Lowes and Home Depot but had heard so many stories about the product not being strong enough and the project turning into a month long process, costing tons more then what the original purchase price advertised. Im so glad I let the professionals at Miracle Method handle the situation, making everything I wanted a reality. My only regret: I didnt schedule to have my other bath tub refinished at the same time! Fortunately, Im on the schedule and will have another bathroom I can show off to my friends and family for the upcoming holiday season!
Work was really good, service (for us) was lacking. We had an older tub and surrounding tile refinished in our bathroom. The tub and tile refinishing turned out great, although no one has returned to caulk anything to date (we had the refinishing done over 2 months ago now). The original person we spoke to (and who set up our appt) didnt pass along our color choice for the tile, which required an extra day to complete than indicated, which pushed our work out a few days. The tech was supposed to come out again to caulk within a week, but never returned nor called. I have contacted the office to see when this could be completed, and was told they were trying to work me in as of June 12th. Otherwise, happy with the work that has been completed so far.
We bought an older home 5 years ago hated the counters, unfortunately they were built into the cabinetry and would require new cabinets also, a cost we couldnt bear at the time. We saw Miracle Method at the Pgh Home Show and liked what we saw so had our ugly old counter tops refinished and with only a minor hiccup they turned out very nice. 4 years have passed and aside from a few very very small nicks along the edges which were our fault, they have held up amazingly well! Most folks review right away but I wanted to see how well they held up and then promptly forgot all about giving a review, until this morning (4 years later) I realized.... These things are still looking great! The price is well worth the durability. We really are happy with the work and our kitchen and master batch look soooooo much better!Highly recommended
The employees were very friendly and did a beautiful job. This was my third time using Mirack Method.
Repair was fast and a great job on the look seamless.
Called twice and left messages. No reply. Sent emails. No reply.
