Very knowledgeable crew. Very dependable service. Usually done in a timely manner but depends on amount of business. I personally have never had an issue with anything that they have done to my vehicles. Car Wash is one of the better ones in the city of Beaver dam.

Posted price was 71 dollarsWithout any additional work, they charged me over $100 dollars. The attendant was fine. But I can get my oil changed for $56 in Horicon. I wont be back

No major complaint. It was my first time to Super-lube in Beaver Dam, WI. The price was about the same Subaru charges at the dealer for full synthetic oil change but saved me from driving to Madison to get it done. Service tech was able to answer all my questions and provided good customer service. The next day after my oil change, I checked my tire air pressure and all tires had been set to 32 instead of 35 called for by the sticker in the door. Not a huge deal, and Ill give them another try next time around.

I’ve taken every vehicle I’ve ever owned to these guys and wouldn’t have it any other way. Everyone here is fantastic. But Mark makes the business! Professional, knowledgeable, Friendly, I could go on and on. I’m getting my oil changed as I write this. Literally just watched Mark give $5 out of his own pocket to a customer who accidentally put $5 into the car wash machine instead of the change machine. Give this man a raise! He’s definitely the locations biggest asset.

This is my favorite gas station in Beaver Dam they have the best prices on cigarettes in town and the owner is almost always there he is very friendly and helpful and is always interested in giving you the best price possible if you can prove that it is cheaper somewhere else he will give it to you for that price but most of the time it’s always the cheapest place in town

They opened early for me and the service was quick. They did misrepresent the requirements of my car versus the recommendation. Im disappointed in that part only.

Always fantastic customer service. They make you aware of anything that may need attention without being pushy. I was there on a very hot afternoon (No a/c in the oil change bays) and they were thoughtful enough to get me an ice cold bottle of water. Excellent team!

7th I was cursed at yelled at the gentleman was enraged threatening to call the police I just had injection in my hip he refused to service me Ive been going there for over 10 years I was appalled at the disrespect and unprofessionalism I cant believe someone like that would be put in management and he refused to give me The Owners contact number number to corporate.

The super lube wash is really cheap and does a great job. Only four stars because in the mid of winter when its super cold out, the wash is closed until above freezing temperatures come back due to the pipes possibly freezing up.

This place is Amazing now that the old Manager Terry and his ‘friends’ are no longer employed. We have 3 cars and the service was terrible, they acted as if they didn’t care, hardly even checked anything on our cars. We are so happy the Owner DJ made the necessary changes he did, his guys were running his shop into the ground with their terrible attitudes and excuses. I am a business owner and I get it.My wife and I and our children are EXTREMELY happy with the service, we also now feel comfortable coming back to this location. I highly recommend this place, they are fast and extremely courteous and they care.

Went to get a routine oil change.They said we needed synthetic and a flush.Car died 6x on the way home. Had to put it in the shop to get a solenoid replaced and the car was still low on oil. $140 at Super Lube for an oil change. $40 at Auto Zone. $80 to the mechanic shop. The mechanic said they might as well have ran jet fuel thru the car. Do not reccomend.

My boyfriend brough his new 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer in for its first oil change here last week. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place! Guys were all super nice and knowledgeable. It was so nice to not have to get out of the car, too. We actually ended up getting informed that the dealership had put the wrong type of oil into the car so without them, we would have no idea. Military discount was great too! Definitely the place we will be going to and recommending to everyone from now on.

This place is going down hill. Ive had a couple pleasant experiences over the past year, but this last time they tried to upsell me on everything, and ended up charging me $10 to top off the coolant. Apparently being upfront and honest wasnt making them enough $$$

Stopped in for an oil change and they saw that my rear main seal was leaking they werent able to the oil change. They tipped off my oil for free and gave me a free car wash token! Always great service and today they really went the extra mile!

Quick efficient good for a last minute oil change or busy person but pricey

I stopped in yesterday to have a tire pressure checked, and at the same time, asked about replacing a bulb in my car. The young men there did not have a bulb onhand and told me to go down the street to one of the auto shops to get one and they would put it in. I did that, and they installed the bulb for me - which was great as I have not had a working light in my car for about a year! I asked them how much I owed them, and they said No Charge. I have to say, they could not have been nicer or more helpful. It is customer service like that which will keep me coming back!

My car was leaking oil after I had an oil change. Went back and they fixed the issue and made sure everything else was running smoothly. All my other oil changes I have had there had no issues.

This place is incredible, they are super friendly, sharp and very efficient. I buy gift cards every Christmas for my entire staff so they are all hooked!!!! The car wash is great and the self serve bays are always very clean. Awesome place!!!!

This is the only place in Beaver Dam I go for an oil change. They are very efficient, typical oil change will take 10-15 minutes, and friendly. Cost is comparable to other oil changing places in the area, but I highly suggest buying 4 oil changes at once as they give you a 5th for free.I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here as they do a superior job and get you going on you way in a short amount of time.

Super-Lube in Beaver Dam is the best place to go for any automotive work! Affordable, efficient, and very reliable. No need for an appointment here - just drive up and they will take care of everything. They have self-service car wash bays (my favorite) and a touchless car wash here too! Do youself a favor and save your time and money by going here.

Have gotten multiple oil changes at super lube. Today, I got to the bay and they scanned my vin number. Someone elses information was in the system. Then Im told that my car needs synthetic oil and will cost $69. I have owned my car for 3 1/2 yrs have have never needed synthetic oil. Have a Hyundai sonota. Mind u, my last oil change was done at this location in August and was conventional oil. I was told I had to get the synthetic oil or wouldnt do my oil change. I left. I have gotten my oil changed at Jerrys-never synthetic oil...will never be going back to super lube! Highly do not recommend!!! Scammers!!! Find somewhere that the techs know what they are doing

Best carwash in town!

Not recommended. They didnt ask what I wanted done, just assumed. Being a girl that doesnt know anything about cars, I felt played and disrespected. I ended up paying an arm and a leg for what I thought was a $30 oil change. They had no problem with me leaving upset. Very frustrating.

I was very disappointed with the service yesterday. They changed me without checking my car first and realizing that the tap that covers the oil was broken. Finally I ended up towing my car to a mechanic place where it will be fix after the get the part to replace the original.
