Never had an issue with the postal service. Maybe all the negative, especially building a new facility, should be taken up with the post master general. Whose no doubt never delivered in his life. He seems to be doing more harm than good and has all the answers. Get rid of him! Also, it wouldnt hurt for some people to apply there.

Have issues with postal carrier, The past 2 months carrier has not delivered my medications One was delivered to wrong address and then returned to shipper, this last delivery was never delivered but according to the website delivered 4 days ago,I have requested the next delivery not to leave post office and will pick up myself.

The USPS needs to build a newer facility, up the street by rechecks, or somewhere else midtown. The current location, located on the corner is a major bottle neck for traffic, not to also mention the inconvenience of only being able to enter the location from one direction. Otherwise, top notch employees and service.

The beaver dam Wisconsin post office told me there was a package delivered to my mailbox on the 26 of May and I never received it this is the worst delivery I’ve ever had and you can’t even get a hold of anybody I’m very upset

I had a package being held at the post office and when i went to go pick it up, they told me it was already picked up the day before. My husband and and I are the only ones at our residence to pick up our mail, so they gave away 80 dollars worth of merchandise to a random person and told us there is nothing they can do, to file a police report.

Love these Ladies. Always a pleasure when I go in. I did move out of town, but, when i know i will be in town, i will bring my packages to them instead of stopping at my local post office!!!

Sent a package to England and my package was held in customs for incorrect paperwork and I listened to all the instructions from the clerk. Turns our the weight I questioned turns out to be quite important and now my package is held. Thanks clueless clerk. Then I go in for what can I do and she is totally clueless as to what to do.Edit: I later found out my package was held in customs with a service called Parcelforce. It was the worst customer service I ever had. Just beware if you end up getting them for the location it was sent to.

Last year I wasnt getting my mail at my address so I set up a PO box at the post office this year to solve that problem that was a issue with the building I lived in and the postal service was not at fault.So I moved homes recently and there is a mail slot on the new front door and everyday mail that isnt mine comes through the slot. So me not thinking anything of it gathers up the mail and takes it down to the post office with me when I go to check my PO box Thinking Im doing something good for whoevers mail it is. I get there walk in and give the mail to the person at the counter and explain it isnt my mail but its coming to my address and can they fix it and also please try to get whoevers mail has been coming to me to the person whos it is. .. So I got scolded and questioned as to why I touch mail that isnt mine.... So anyways I start to explain it again and finally the person cuts me off and says, fine I will fix it then walks away from me and I said excuse is there anything elses I need to do ? and they said they were busy and had to leave and walked into the back. Also I recently scheduled a week in advance A day and time to come in and get my passport renewed and they called me the day of the appointment maybe a hour before Im supposed to be there to tell me they are canceling it and to reschedule because they are to busy to do it that day. My over all impression of this post office is that it isnt that great of a experience. However they get 3 stars instead of 1 because the delivery people in my neighborhood who carry the mail always do a good job and are friendly and thats never been an issue. just trying to get things fixed tho is a huge hassle if there is a problem so dont expect much if you ever have a issue. Also I have tried the phone system and yeah it takes about 45 mins to a hour sometimes.

Was on the phone with an automated system for 45 minutes to not even be able to talk to anyone in beaverdam at the post office. Y’all need to get it together this is pathetic

This is not a good location, maybe in the 1960s it was but now there is too much traffic.

Nothing but problems with this office, the latest is they failed to hold my mail until the date I specified on the card before moving, now my mail is MIA.
