Douglas Stilwell, came out, stood on my roof. Gave me a verbal estimate. Never responded with a written estimate. Appears to have blocked me.

Attempted to call and left voicemail three separate times over the course of a week. Did not receive a response at all. Very unprofessional.

Came out the next day after I called for a estimate and gave me the quote verbally right away and backed it up with a email that night. Called them a week later to schedule and no answer or return call. Have since tried calling 4 more times, left messages every time and no return call. I do not recommend. Have since moved on.

Dont ever consider hiring this company! Matt never returns calls or responds to emails. He installed gutters for me last fall and they all pulled away from the facia during the winter. He said he would come out to repair, but never showed and failed to respond to numerous emails and voicemails. I am surprised there arent more negative reviews posted given my experience?
