I have a 2004 Civic DX coupe that I wanted to have cruise control installed into. I purchased a Rostra universal kit for my vehicle and Ben knew exactly the part number that I was talking about. Ben did an excellent job installing the kit and even seemed to fix my sticky gas pedal. This guy is awesome. Will definitely make the 1hr 12min drive again for anything electrical I dont feel like messing up.

In a five minute phone conversation he assured me he had the replacement fob I needed in his inventory. He accommodated me at our appointment time and, in less than 30 minutes while we carried on a pleasant conversation, he had me back on the road with my remote start operating properly. My vehicle is 14 years old; the remote start was installed 12 years ago. And Ben brought it back to life with parts he had in inventory. Thanks young man.
