I drive 45 minutes to get my cars serviced at Reed Chrysler because they know how to take care of things quickly and with kindness. They are always very courteous and have worked with me when I cant make it there during regular hours through phone calls and dropping of and picking up after hours. Had a great experience with warranty work done out of state. Originally discrepancy repaired in Washington but must have not been seated or failed while we towed our Jeep to Wisconsin. Called and they got us in and repaired and back on the road.Good communication throughout the process and will use them in the future if we are in need of repairs while RV through Wisconsin again.

So i took my truck in because i broke something in the powertrain and they told me my transfer case is junk and it was not under warranty and they also told me i broke an axle and that was also not covered by warranty, so obviously the powertrain warranty doesnt exist anymore even if its on your truck

I can’t say enough about the dealership. I requested info on a truck and was promptly answered by an associate who was friendly and courteous. I eventually moved to telephone correspondence and had all my questions answered and put at ease. I felt comfortable with trusting the staff.I don’t live local and was having a hard time scheduling a time to get to the dealership to test drive. In the end the dealership brought the truck to me and allowed me to take it for a ride in my own neighborhood.I shopped for about a month and dealt with several sales staff from different dealerships and none as friendly as this. I believe there is something to be said for a smaller family owned business such as this. I’m happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Reed Chrysler in Beaver Dam. Awesome.

After I was late, I was called and very politely reminded of my apointment. When I arrived, I was served right away. Minimal wait time. Pleased with service and staff.

The service techs were really friendly, and explained everything thoroughly.

They fixed what was broken but way over charged for labor. Also was told that I needed many more parts and I had my normal mechanic look at it and was told they are fine. Thanks for the help but I won’t be visiting again. I work in sales and I would never treat a client that way. Misleading people is the wrong way to do business.

Looked at a van on Saturday. It wasnt prepped and didnt have any gas in it, so only was able to take it around the parking lot. They said we could take it overnight when they got it done. They called Monday said it wasnt quite done yet. I told him I would be up Wednesday. Monday night got a text saying it was sold. Nice way to do business.

I purchased a ram Laramie in the fall of 2019 and it was a great buying experience! I am located in Minnesota 3.5 hrs away but it was worth my drive. Brent was great to deal with and had everything set up when I got to the dealership. The truck was exactly what Brent had explained to me with no surprises. Brent has everything set up for a fast transaction so that I could get back on the road which was greatly appreciated. I will be calling Brent again when I am in the market for another truck.

Could not make a deal. Very small inventory

If you get a preapproval from this dealership you might as well throw it away. When you go in it’s worth nothing and they want to run your credit again for a third hit. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to lose points on your credit score. Stay away from Reed Chrysler if you are not making more than $2500 a month.

We just purchased a used 2011 Buick Enclave from Reed Chrysler. They made it feel like we were buying a brand new car. No pressure of any kind, but very helpful and friendly, Greg was so wonderful to work with and did a great job staying in touch with updates with the vehicle until we were able to pick it up as our Buick needed some body work done, without even questioning it when we saw it they said they were going to have their body shop guy fix it up before it could go...the body guy did a wonderful job with it! Financing went smooth, again no pressure, she (I believe Lana was her name, so sorry I cant remember) even took the time to explain how she does things, which we have Never had through other dealerships. Detailer Jordan,,,awesome job as we saw the vehicle fresh from the trade in...it needed TLC and we had faith that they would clean it up good, they claim it would be in detail for 2 hours; which weve heard before...it was beyond good, he seriously made it look like new. Maybe not a big deal to others, but he waxed it and vacuumed the inside so good...hard manual work to do...love it, giving us like were showing off a new car feel! Full tank of gas to before we left too. By far the best dealership weve ever worked with and this makes our 7th vehicle we have purchased over the years, weve had some great vehicles but had some rough dealings getting them. This just went all too smooth it seems, but were not complaining, just pleasantly surprised. We will definitely go to Reed Chrysler first when it comes time to replace a car. I wasnt ready to make a purchase that day, felt I needed to shop around online and at a few other local dealerships. Called back a few days later to confirm the Jeep Wrangler was still available and Chris provided me with completely transparent and upfront pricing and provided all the information I needed to make a decision. The experience in the dealership was friendly and I was out the door (applied for credit online) and into the Jeep in the shortest time I have ever experienced in a dealership. The vehicle was clean and they even helped me take the freedom top panels off to enjoy the nice weather. Great dealership! Ill echo what others have written. Friendly, courteous and low pressure throughout recent purchase of used (2017) Pacifica. My sense is that with all the information available to consumers these days, theres little need (or opportunity) to misrepresent, and Chris at Reed seemed cognizant of this. He was also understanding of our desire to assess other vehicles elsewhere as the process itself demands consideration of numerous variables (mileage, condition, year, trim level, dealer location, etc.). We had a very positive experience here.

My jeep broke down about 20 miles from Reed Chrysler. Roadside assistance took care of the tow. Because of the covid19 we could not ride in the tow truck but would have to find a ride. With no uber or taxi in small town I called Scott for help. He dropped what he was doing and came to pick us up on a Saturday. Super friendly then offered a loaner car. 9am monday am my car is done!
