Great staff great location. And they were open on Sunday yes Sunday. We needed to purchase a floor for our home remodel and they had it in stock . The staff was very educated on the different types of floor and what was best for our job. We are also taking advantage of the professional installation. Thankyou Chris and Erica you both rock.

We are very disappointed with the customer service. Our contractor recommended them because of the prices. However, the employees were no help at all. We did our homework and researched the flooring for weeks before purchasing. Asking the employees for answers to our questions was like pulling teeth. The installers were very nice, but the finished edges look awful. The quarter round is unfinished where it was cut, which they came back and colored with a marker after we complained. The color doesnt match. After only a few months, we got a crack in the plank. We have gone through the main customer service to get it repaired since it is still under warranty. Its been 2 months and the person assigned to our case wont call us back. Last, the floors bounce when you walk on them. No one told us to expect that. We sincerely regret getting these floors.

I recently had to replace half the subflooring in my home. The company I used recommended flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I went with his suggestion and bought Tranquility vinyl plank. He installed it because he has worked with Lumber Liquidators. After they were done with the installation I noticed that the vinyl plank was gapping at some of the connectionconnections. I called the customer service number to start a warranty claim. After filling out the neccessary paperwork and sending pictures they informed me that their warranty only covers the finish. Now I have a half a house with vinyl plank that is not staying locked together. Please dont install this flooring in a pier and beam house. No one informed me of this before I made the perchance or I would of bought a different type of flooring. I will never spend money with Lumber Liquidators again. I will tell everyone I know what happened and show them the results of buying from this company. Hopefully I can prevent this from happening to anyone else.

We went to look at floors this morning. The manager told us we had to wear a mask. Funny thing is she was not wearing a mask. We wont be going back.

WARNING .... Its a difficult place to deliver freight to if youre using a 53 trailer. The service road is narrow, and the entry driveway is narrow too !!!DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE BEHIND BUILDING .... NO ROOM TO U-TURN, & YOU MUST BACK OUT !!! VERY DIFFICULT !!!
