We went to Sams the other day and they had the most beautiful red tins full of chocolate cookies that are delicious.I got a pack of little tubs each having a half an avocado for my vacation toast breakfast we got some quishes and a great deal on cheese and cappuccino. I just wanted everything I saw. I loved shopping at Sams and I cant wait to go back again.

Everyone knows about the great prices, I was/am impressed with the awesome attitude of their staff. Things are crazy Post-Covid and they are friendly and very helpful. That may explain why I seem to fill my truck every time I visit! Great job!

Great experience from start to finish. This Sams is much smaller then most but I found everything I needed. Checkout was fast and convenient. Restrooms need a little attention but they were extremely busy today; parking lot was full.

Great store. Chris is a customer service super star. We went in to buy my kids pokemon cards but the scalpers got to them first. One employee said he saw two guys checking out with there carts filled to the brim of pokemon cards. Sams should limit customers like everywhere else. Then maybe my kids will get to enjoy them the way I did in the 90s.

My family spends a great deal of money here to supply our home & family with the things we need

Excellent price for gas. Today Ive spent $1.91 per gallon for gas. Absolutely amazing! This is the best price of gas I spent driving on I-10 West.Theres a very large parking lot so its easy for RVs to park there and shop.Conveniently, located right off of I-10.Im now going to add this to my travel map as the must stop and shop location.

Loved the prices, if you dont have a sams club card get one, only down side was the high volume of people which by the way wasnt I problem to shop nor check out, every worker there that we ask to help was not only friendly but very helpful . go see for yourself .

This is a great Sam’s Club location, in Beaumont Texas. Great selection of products at super prices. A lot of the items are in bulk, but you can buy your produce meats, and clothing individually. You can save a lot of money by buying your products here, as their prices per unit are lower than anyone else. The scan and go app makes your shopping quicker, as you don’t have to go to the register. Just scan your stuff on the Sam’s Club app on your phone, Check out and go for the exit. You can also buy your gas here using the Sam’s Club app, which means no hunting for your card. Highly recommend the store.

The people that work at the beaumont store are really rude and ive been to alot of sams club stores and its the only sams club Ive been to that checks membership at the door. They will hound you to try and upgrade your membership and try to push it on you, close the screen while you are trying to pay for your things snatch your card from your hand.

Always a good experience, but they didnt have Aquafina water today.

Really unbelievable. Brought my truck in after ordering tires. Customer service was lacking to say the least. After my ticket was incorrect they had to refund the money and recharge my card. Once they got started we gave it an hour and my wife dropped me off to wait. An hour later a guy told me my lug nut was stripped and they couldnt get my spare off. I had put that on a week ago and had no problems. I looked at it and it was 100% rounded off! I had to take it, unfinished, bring it to my house and finish it myself. No apologies, no discount, not even a new lug nut!

I love cooking in these but the only problem I have the moisture thats trapped in the lid no matter how you try to dry it out its stuck in there dont know if its soap and water or is it from the steam from the food I cooked

Shopping experience was great. Store was clean, bathrooms open, plenty of checkers, and inventory. What a vast improvement from ~3 months ago. New management? We want to go back and check out the the other sections we missed soon.

Easy stop on the way to anywhere. I like that there are no lanes to get to the gas pumps. This allows cars to go into the pumps from any side. Old school Sam’s that probably needs a renovation. Lots of spaces for parking away from other cars.

Paying by app makes a lot of since. The use of my phone in the store has always been a problem . Maybe connecting to the in store internet is an option

Been shopping here for years. Love the app to be able to scan items for checkout on your phone. No waiting in lines. Pharmacy is top notch. Overall a good place to go. I get most of my shopping needs done in one place. 👍🏼

Store was decently stocked but allowing customers to walk around without their masks after asking them to put them on at the door is a little risky. If you are looking for somewhere to shop and not have to worry about your health, this might not be the place during the pandemic.

Parking lot is hard to get in and out of. There is always a long wait to check out. Hot/Cold food temperatures are not within acceptable range at times.

Good place to shop in bulk. Just remember that you need a membership to shop. About half of the merchandise you can find on a consistent basis but the other stuff they rotate through so if you see it and love it you should probably get it. They also sell cute affordable baby clothes

Horrible customer service experience. Went at 8 am with my plus card. Extremely rude lady at the door said first responders only. Each time I attempted to tell her we were, she would cut me off and say we open at 10. Never once let me complete a question or statement to her. Just cut me off and said we open at ten and roll her eyes. So today, HEB got about $400 worth of business that will never be spent at Sam’s again. I’ll gladly keep my money and my business to a locally (texas) owned business.

They made giving false information about the free Sams Card it is not free. You purchase it with your bank card and you get $45 dollars off whatever you purchase when you checkout. But overall still a good place to shop. They need to fix how they are advertising their deals

They never answer the phone. No matter what department you call. Horrible customer service and the lines always move so slow. I’ve been to many sams and your always gonna have a long line but here they move so slow. Like all the workers hate there job.
