If you do any buisness with these people, please get it in writing. After doing 100% of a tree job with a verbal agreement, they tried to get a tree done for free. After agreeing to do the tree to get full payment, they denied agreeing to terms and only paid half.

She is not a CPA. Do not use Vanester. She messed up my taxes and now wont answer her phone or texts.
