Mrs Washington doesnt know what shes doing, Im getting audited and she will not return calls or answer her cell phone, shes blocked my number.

Do not get scammed by this woman, youll end up owing taxes.

Vanester Washington messed up my LLC documents more than 7 times, misspelled my company name on several documents, amended it several times, listed the wrong person as the registered agent, then instead of putting the address I gave her for the business, she used my fiances mothers address so now shes receiving junk mail, then messed up the titles of everyone, some documents say member some say owner some say manager, this could of been avoided by simply sending over the paperwork to me to verify the information, she was just writing stuff down over the phone or email, then she would submit it without proof reading or letting me take a look, then I would notice the mistakes after, then she would amend one thing at a time, then mess something else up, this went on several times, I paid over 800 and i dont have my documents, everything is messy, never got the binder, or proof she even mailed it to me, she couldnt provide a tracking number, the crazy part is she blames me for rushing her because I needed the LLC documents so I could move forward with the business loan. Through this whole process I ended up doing it my self, calling the secretary of state, getting the required amendment form which i think was form 401, I then realized the form you use to amend, you could fix the company name, address, registered agent, ALL discrepancies in ONE form for $15, but if you pull up my LLC theres several forms submitted for amendments, its just super messy and no way to remove the other addresses at this point, theyre in those forms submitted that remain on file.... Im very disappointed in her service.... She was referred to me by someone who obviously uses her for simple w2 returns.... This girl doesnt know what shes doing.... I got tired of trying to get ahold of her, she just ignores phone calls, texts you that shes with someone, never calls back.... Good luck coming here....

Make sure you know what you are signing before you sign it! And dont expect your call to be returned when you have a problem.
