These people can’t even answer your questions about the money you pay. I pay extra because I’m behind for the last 3 years and it’s still not going down. I pay over 60% for 3 years including my Stimulus checks and it’s still the same. They tell I need to get a lawyer. I’m really tired of this system to keep the Non custodian parents down. And all the staff always have attitudes when they can’t answer your questions.

This place is filled with nasty attitude having employees who behave as though you owe them something. And its not just the workers lowest on the totem pole who act as though youre interrupting their lives. Its the supervisors as well who make you feel as if you shouldnt be there trying to take care of your business. Ive had to go there and deal with the lack of professionalism on 2 separate occasions and the outcome was the same for both.

The lady at the front desk is awful. Shes rude, disrespectful, hateful, she speaks to people like we are the scum of the earth. When you have a question she will blandly roll her eyes at you and tell you to sit down even tho she called you to the window. We have dealt with a few more people there for my case my lady was so wonderful, I cannot remember her name. My fiance however cant even speak without them telling him they cant help him even tho we have called Austin several times and said that our local office could handle these questions. We make to much for probono and dont make enough to get our own lawyer. Ive already complained several times to austin.

They wouldnt help us until we filled out paper work but another person came in and they did the paper work for them and told him everything he needed to know but barley had anything to say to us

So I went to court 29 March 2018. Got my child support lowered. Its now august 28th 2018 and same amount is being garnished out of my paycheck. 5 months? Really? Still not fixed yet. Its a clown show down there at the Beaumont cp office. I hope this professionally embarrasses them.

Clean, quiet and professional. Could use another person at the front, as there is only one, and at times seems to be overwhelmed. Amount of time to be helped is far too long.

Work it out because in the long run it will happen you will be civil with one another in time and your money in there hands is horrible. They can do whatever they want.

I dont think men or women should pay child support if they are in prison they should put a freeze on it or if the parent is claiming their children and the children dont live with them
