This is my go to place for watch batteries. The Owner is courteous and installs batteries quickly. Several years ago he added several Rubies to my wifes wedding ring. It came out stunning!!!

We went there just to get the back piece of my 2 month old nieces earnings,we payed $35 we asked them to clean it. They did so but in the process they bent the piece that holds the stone, so the stone fell off.Once I got home I wanted to show my sister the present but saw it was mishandled. I went back to get it fixed. This had been the only place we went as it was a local jewelry store.they kept blaming us for the bent earring, when we hadnt not even touched it.DO NOT GO THERE! PAY A LITTLE EXTRA TO GO TO A LEGIT PLACE.

Called for pricing for watch repair services was told it could take 8 to 20 minutes depending on the watch and it would cost 10 to 15 dollars. I was in and out in 3 minutes and my watch runs perfectly they even set the date and time. Very happy with the service and professionalism by the staff.

Fast service and reasonable pricing.

This place has horrible service. I dropped my watch off 3 weeks ago and called several times to get an update. They kept giving me a run around story and told me that they would call when its ready. Never got any calls and then when I picked up the watch, one of the hands was missing. They failed to tell me that they had taken a hand out and did not replace it. Not professional service. My watch still needs repairing even after paying for there services.

I have been going to Woodleys for years and have always gotten great service. I appreciate their honesty and the work they do, I would not trust anyone else with my jewelry. Highly recommend!

I went in to have a wedding band sized, and they not only did a beautiful job but had it back after only 2 days. While not necessarily cheap, I felt the price they charged me was very fair. When I walked in to pick up my ring, the gentleman called me by name and remembered that I was going out of town, so he wanted to get my ring back in time for my vacation. I had not asked him to do this at all. I was very impressed with the quality of both work and service. I will definitely go there again.

Fixed two watches and battery very friendly service.

They helped my husband picknout the perfect ring for me. They ask him several question about me so they could help him makenthe best decision on a ring. They did not size it until I got it just incase I wanted to change it. Once I had the ring for a few weeks, I realized the the prongs were to high and I was scratching things, I took it back and the shortened the prones for no charge. I highly recomend this jewelry store for you next purchase or repair.

These people are a COMPLETE RIP-OFF! I took a plain gold band (ring) in to be sized down and they told me it would be $130 and would take 2 weeks! If I wanted it sooner, it would be $160! Uh, no. In that same visit, they changed my watch battery, charged me $10 for it, left a sharp tool mark on the back of the watch and now the back of the watch wont stay on. We took the ring to Ozel Jewelers in Redlands to get it sized, they only charged us $50 and had it done in 2 days. Stay far, FAR away from this shop.

In the last week On 19 Nov. I went in needing a pin for the watch strap to attach to one side of the watch. A min. later the lady came back and I asked how much thinking no charge or a dollar or two. She said $10.00!!!!! Go to a thug in an alley or a jewlery store in Trump Tower anywhere but here. They are absurd. I hope they go out of business.
