I absolutely LOVED my experience saying YES to the dress with the help of Mallory!!I was nervous to try on wedding dresses to begin with.Mallory was so amazing, she was very patient and super helpful. I explained to Mallory the type of dress I was looking for - even showed her the picture online of one Id like to try on and she found it! Ultimately, I said yes to THE ONE! Not only was Mallory super helpful, sweet, and kind... The manager and seamstress were present to help us ladies out! The manager and seamstress would stop and admire each dress I tried on (I tried on 4)!Im very pleased with my experience with finding my dress.The same day we also found the bridesmaids dresses with the help of Mallory. Today I walked into David’s Bridal in Beaumont to look for a cocktail dress two days before the event. Mallory asked me if I had a certain color or style and once I told her just a cocktail dress any color is fine. She started looking around the store and picked out some of the best dresses. It was quick, easy, and next time I go back I will ask for Mallory.

I went to David’s Bridal in Beaumont, Texas today because my sister is getting married next year. I am her maid of honor so I needed a dress to wear that would look really nice. Mary was there to assist us and answer our every concern. She was very nice and friendly. When we talked with Mary, it was like we’ve known her for years. She is great at her job and makes her customers feel like they’re the only ones that matter. Thanks Mary

So, I brought my dress @ the Houston galleria location & only stopped to this location to return the dress. The receipts didn’t state that I had to return to POS to do so, so I thought it was ok. However when I got here & explained why I was there the person greeting me explains she has to get her manager. The manager comes & after I explain & she looks at the receipt, she’s like “oh you brought this at the galleria. Typically you have to return where you purchased but let me go ask the store manager if we can return here” lol she comes back & tells me the manager said we can’t return here (for whatever reason) I have to go back to where I purchased blah blah & packs the dress back up. So I ask for the customer service #. When I called, the guy explains how I shouldn’t have any issues returning the dress since I’m well within 7 days & that it doesn’t matter where I return. Initially I only wanted to return the dress, but I ended up returning dress, veil, shoes & hair pin bc I just wanted all my $ back after being sent away for nothing 🙂 I will say that this store does seem clean & like they have nice pieces …. the “manager” just seems a bit rusty on store policies

My Bridal appointment was great. I was able to look around the store and pick things that I was interested in unlike other stores. I found my dress and new it was mine! My bridal consultant knew exactly what accessories to add to make it really pop. So excited for my wedding now.

Cassie was the best. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. They did not have my size in stock, and they were able to alter the dress just in time for my wedding, but she was able to have one shipped overnighted it for me. She saw how much I loved the dress and she made my experience amazing.

This is literally the best place to get formal dresses in the golden triangle, theyre very reasonably priced and the entire staff goes out of their way to get you what you want and need. Walked in and was immediately greeted by heather with a helpful smile she showed me where the dresses was to begin browsing and was quickly approached by a friendly stylist Nina who went above and beyond to get me in a last minute dress for a wedding and showed me dresses I hadnt even seen. overall wonderful experience at Davids bridal would 100% recommend to any one

About 2 weeks ago I came into David’s and found what I thought was the dress with the help of Danielle. She was absolutely great! We had to order a size up. When the dress arrived it unfortunately did not work out. Nicole was available to help. She is absolutely the BEST. She was very compassionate and did everything in her power to make me feel calm and beautiful. Go see her! You won’t be disappointed.

I’m absolutely in awe of the customer service my alterations person shared, ALMOST as much as I love my dress. The entire staff was incredibly positive and genuine as I admired the perfection of my dress fit and design. Definitely love being a DB bride!

I am extremely pleased to say I found my perfect wedding dress in less than an hour thanks to Nicole!! I had a previous dress that had bad alterations from a different establishment and I went in David’s Bridal very last minute to see if I could find another with a week to spare. I had an excellent experience and felt sooo welcomed!!With waiting last minute, I also had to get some alterations done on my new dress. Maxine and Trina accommodated me and also made my experience less stressful. They took my measurements on Saturday and I had my dress back on Thursday with my wedding being Saturday!I couldn’t have had a better experience with these three ladies!!They treated me with respect and made me feel as comfortable as they could being I am two months postpartum. I will recommend their services to all!!

Great experience, fun and relaxing environment for my family to enjoy while my sister found the perfect dress. The wedding party was well taken care of also and we all received out dresses well before they were promised.

I had purchased a dress to wear to my brothers wedding... two days before the wedding my zipper broke... i called the store and asked if they could repair it if I brought it in the next day which was the day before the wedding... they quoted me a price for repair... which fair and I was willing to pay... but after the repair was completed they did it at no charge... they were all very friendly and helpful... I was very grateful for the help🙂

Very friendly staff picked out dresses I liked tried them on picked one paid and left so easy no pressure even let me try on my dress with a jacket when I told them my vegas plans. No pressure kind of atmosphere I felt very pretty in my dress.

The Beaumont store staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so nice and made me feel like we were long time friends as well. My stylist Nina was very patient with my indecisiveness to help me find THE ONE. I was a walk in with no appointment but I still received assistance from several stylists. One set up my room, another assisted with zipping up my dress and adding little details to make my dress complete. I found my dress and I love it. It’s beautiful, nothing to fancy but perfect for my intimate backyard May wedding. It was a quick and easy experience. I’m so ready to get married.A special shout out to the tall seamstress with the beautiful English accent who was so nice and helpful (I don’t recall her name, my apologies). She acknowledged me first and she’s the one who gave me a room and a boost of confidence while trying on my dress. She checked me out also and maintained a positive attitude throughout my full experience with her even though they were extremely busy. David’s Bridal for the win!

I went to David’s bridal to find my dream wedding dress. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Ms Nikki with a bride to be goody bag and information for me through out my wedding planning journey! Nikki asked me a few questions about the style of dress I was looking for and knew exactly which dresses to show me. There was a small waiting room for my bridal party to sit in and wait for dress changes. Im getting married on December 20, 2020 and my first visit to Davids Bridal was on November 29, 2020. I hadnt tried on any wedding dresses prior!! I had no idea what to expect or if Id even be able to find a dress that I loved and would be ready in time. Jessica and Elvira were so kind, accommodating, and attentive. They made the whole experience fun, easy and enjoyable! We had four dresses pulled, but by the second dress I knew I had found the one (and my parents agreed!) Jessica also helped me find the perfect veil and shoes to go with my dress so that Elvira could get the measurements needed for alterations. I had the final dress fitting tonight and Elvira did a beautiful job with the hem. She was able to create a subtle train and the fabric flows perfectly. Ill definitely return for any future dress needs and will recommend this Davids Bridal to anyone looking for their wedding dress.

I went in to look at flower girl dresses last night and it was honestly a great experience! I wish so bad I could remember the girls name that helped us because she was so sweet and helpful and the 2 girls that were with us felt like a princess in the dresses they tried on and didn’t want to take them off.

After alterations I went in for a fitting and the length was perfect but it was still a little too lose around the bust. She QUICKLY fixed it all up for me and my breath was taken away. Body shaming and rude staffing I asked if they happen to carry any dresses in a size smaller size then the size 2 I just tried on. The manager quickly snapped around saying uh no with a disgusted look on her face. She then glared me up and down informing I wouldnt be finding any size there! Ive never felt bad about my self until that moment. I left there feeling very uncomfortable and self conscious. I am suffering from ovarian cancer and I cant control my weight but she made me feel as if I was disgusting. Ill wouldnt go back nor recommend. But I did however go to sukis bridal have an amazing experience and bought all 14 dresses from them!

I choose the color but they choose the styles that best fit each of them. That way each lady got a dress that they loved and can wear again if they choose.

Shout out to Lauren at Davids Bridal in Beaumont, Tx! Not only is she the biggest sweetheart in the whole world; even with the mask on I could tell that she was smiling the entire time. Lauren was so very helpful. My brides made dress has these straps that lay over my right shoulder and it was very confusing and tricky to get on; but she went above and beyond to help me figure it out. ..I have really awful social anxiety but I felt absolutely comfortable around her. Shes really good at her job and knows how to get business done without losing her cheerful demeanor. Shes sweet, very kind and seems totally benevolent. I swear Lauren radiates good vibes and happiness. Shes seems good hearted, warm and very friendly. The next time I go to Davids bridal Ill be sure to ask for her.
