Oh My God .. How this guy stays in business is beyond me.. I remolded a house and called and ask for an estimate to clean new space but did not provide the estimate I ask for it 3 times then his bother just show up with no supplies no ladder etc. He gets very little done in 2 days and could not give me a time lime to complete and only stays 4 hours a day. I call Brown and ask how he was paid buy hour or project and he says hour I termed him at that time. He sends a final bill for 340.00 for 8 hours or work. I called and questioned him then he sends a letter saying he would lien my property if I did not pay. This guy needs to be in prison.

I use this cleaning service not only for my personal home but also my place of business. I saw the negative review and first thought we couldnt be using the same service but second that I needed to write a review for the outstanding service we have been receiving. It seems most only write negative reviews and not the positive. Mr. Browns team comes in once a week and has for the past 10 years. We could not be more pleased and will continue to recommend them!
