Fit for a topper at consult and decided on a long angled bob cut. When I picked up my topper he cut it into a blunt chin length bob. It was the opposite of what we discussed and decided on and looked terrible. I showed the stylist and the owner the photo we’d chosen that was at least 6” longer than what was cut. They refused to order another topper or refund my money. I was charged $428 for a synthetic topper. The same topper is available for sale on 6 websites for less than half that price. I offered to purchase the same topper online if they would refund that smaller amount of money and cut it in the chosen style. The owner refused and hasn’t returned any of my messages. I went to 2 wig shops in The Woodlands and was able to get the same brand heat tolerant, mono top, hand tied synthetic wig for waaay less than that topper. Do not waste your money!Image Enhancement is a total sham of a business.
