Very clean, friendly staff. One thing I have an issue with is, I work late and dont have a ton of time to go to the gym so Id like to see it go back to being 24 hours or even have the closing times pushed back later. It made it much more convenient for me to come home, clean up, and fight traffic to get back to the gym.

Great staff and nice facility. I was not crazy about plastic things around the treadmills due to covid but luckily they are breaking off. Other than that this location is awesome.

Very friendly and helpful staff that will go out of their way to help out. The equipment is always clean and well maintained, rarely is anything out of order for more than a day. The bathrooms and showers are cleaned very regularly and always well supplied. I love the new floor plan setup for the equipment and there is almost no wait for equipment during the times I go at least.

They call themselves a beginners gym. I believe this to be false. It looks like a gym, but when you get into fitness, its not. Its a facade. PF is a millennial gym. It has a bunch of machines that are easy weight. This doesnt promote growth and strength. No real weights. No bench press stands. No real dumbells. Not even a scale to track your progress.I gave it a 2 star because the staff are real friendly and the facility is real clean. If youre a gym person or someone looking to better themselves, please just go somewhere else.

I put off going for a week. I finally walked in and started my workout. NEVER once have I felt judged or looked down on. This is truly a judgement free place. It makes it easy to work thru my injury and regain my strength to walk better. Im so glad I took the first step and just went in.

Ive been trying to cancel my membership for three months now. They are still charging me a monthly fee.... Ive gone in person, emailed them multiple times... And called so many times. Im at a loss and I keep getting the run around. Ive relocated, Ive been paying for ta member ship for 5 months that Ive only gotten to use once... like I told them and it falls on deaf ears. This is so frustrating 😞

They have a great staff! They are all wonderfully friendly and helpful. The facilities are always clean, I actually see staff cleaning at times. The machines are almost always in working order and if they are out of order, it is a short time. Plenty of room to work out and in the locker room.

Planet fitness needs a Sauna room, it helped me at another gym lose 20 lbs with good exercise also.

Everything I get for $24 a month is amazing 😊 Great variety of workout machines, tanning bed, hydro massage beds, massage chairs, total body enhancement that makes my body feel so good after a workout! Why I keep coming back though, other than the obvious health reason, is the STAFF!! I am welcomed with smiles (their eyes twinkle)😷😷😷😷 They know me by name and it is a fabulous thing. I am always seeing Zedd cleaning and saying hello to my fellow gym goers. Des is friendly and always gets things I need taken care of done in a professional and timely manner. I was never a gym person but decided in September to try “again”. There is no judgement or gym rats (in the morning😜), the people here are pretty awesome and I now have become a regular. I feel comfortable here and I thank Ms. Kyristen for that!!! She showed me a few things and never made me feel ignorant of any questions I had. So thank you Planet Fitness BEAUMONT for helping me loose 55 pounds and making it an experience I have enjoyed!!!

I don’t care what other people have to say about this place good or bad, all I know is that once I stepped foot in this place after a long time of avoiding weight loss I feel happier. The atmosphere is great, the people amazing and always smiling and most of all I lost 35 lbs by coming here, so yea they deserve all five stars.

I have not used planet fitness at all in 2020, and yesterday I find a charge on my business account for membership fees. I look back at my account statement and they have been auto drafting fees for several months... I stopped by the gym today to have this corrected but the Manager was unwilling to make this right. Was told blah,blah blah contract,blah blah blah auto renewal. DECEPTIVE COMMUNICATION!!

First time back in the gym since COVID-19 I was a little scary but I have to say the gym was spotless clean everyone had their mask on everyone was cleaning the machines and they even had staff on site cleaning the machines I felt very safe and clean got a good work out I will be back

The atmosphere is great great location and the facility is clean, its never really crowded and they have great machines and good weights nevertheless I get killer workouts.

Nice and clean gym. Plenty of equipment. Rarely have to wait for something. Could use more leg lift/dip equipment. Nice cardio equipment with easy touch buttons on the handles so you dont have to reach up to the screen at a high incline run. They let people talk on their phones very loudly while working out though. It is a distraction even with my ear buds in. Could definitely use improvement in the mens showers. The showers are small, not very clean and no shelf to put soap and shampoo on. You have to put it on the dirty floor. If it werent for the showers and loud talking I would have given it 5 stars.

Kirsty and Lindsey are horrible. Especially Kirsty ( small long haired blonde lady) shes always very rude and unprofessional. I absolutely hate going when shes there. Dont ask her a question because youre sure to get the run around. She doesnt know her job at all. PF PLEASE HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES.

Staying at our house nearby and decided to get in a workout, this gym is extremely clean and staff is very polite.

I have only been to PF a few times, but I love it. I can do my own thing, but people are there to help me or encourage me if I need it. Im inspired by the variety of people there. Ive seen people from all walks of life, but we all have a common interest. Im inspired by those whove lost alot of weight, but Im most inspired by the elderly people who come in and give it all they got. Ive also seen people with disabilities who had to be carried from machine to machine, but they still give it their all. I definitely recommend planet fitness.

Closed for inclement weather???! The hurricane didnt even affect Beaumont that much, no flooding and stores next to them have had power....hope they open soon.

Majority of staff are on their phones not paying attention to anything. 50 percent of the gym not wearing masks. Dont kniw why they have the digital scheduling station fir Black card perks. Everytime I try to schedule something they say its in use fir that cycle. If its in use then why does the cycle show available. Because they dont use it.Sucks this is the only PF in the area.

My experience at Planet Fitness was a good one. Upon signing up the young lady was friendly and helpful. She gave us a tour and answered all our questions. We would go early every morning for about a year. Sometimes twice a day. The facility is clean and we were always greeted with a good morning and left hearing have a great day. Was a really good start to our day.

Its only ten bucks!!! Seriously, you can workout at a nice and clean gym for $10. I have the Black Card and pay a bit over $20 but it is well worth it.I travel ALOT and after going to both East and West Coast, the Mid West and all over Texas, its the only gym I can count on to be close (usually in any town above 25k people.)As a whole they dont have some of the equipment I need but you can get a great workout at every one that Ive been to.

Pros: Clean, friendly, close to home. Cons: Music is not very diverse and not loud enough to hear. PF should add a stair climber machine and more newer up to date workout machines as well. The gym also would be better if it was more spacious. Other than the cons I enjoy working out here and it is very cost efficient.

It’s a clean facility with proper equipment for the price. It can get crowded at times but not management fault. I would recommend to anyone. At least as a starter gym if just joining the health/fitness community. But why pay more for the same thing?

At the times I go, there are plenty of equipment and machines available. I love the 30 minute workout room, it gets my heart rate up. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Just the tanning beds, hydrobed and massage chairs are worth the monthly fees. Would recommend your establishment to anyone wanting a good exercise program.

This is where everyone ought to be a member. If youre into fitness or getting fit always plenty of equipment never too crowded. It has a great wet area for you can take a shower get dressed. Priced so reasonable you can do everything but sleep there.

I enjoy going to Planet Fitness. I have been a member for about a year and a half. All staff members are always friendly and greet you with a smile and thank you for coming when leaving. I mainly use the treadmill area and I have always been able to find available equipment at any time of the day. Sometime it can be a little to hot for my liking but I live in Texas, and if you are not complaining about the weather than you do not have a heartbeat. I cannot tell you about the mens locker room but the the ladies locker room is large enough for several women all at one time to get ready for their work day. Showers and restrooms are clean. I would highly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a workout center.

Planet fitness Beaumont is an awesome place to workout. There is a great vibe, you can go in and workout without anyone judging you are being pushy trying to sell you anything extra you can take free training sessions and meet your goals at your pace.

I really enjoy going to this gym. Staff is friendly. Positive atmosphere, users mind their own business, plenty of machines to do cardio. Clean restrooms. There even is an area to do express weights. If you want to join, they have a special till 08/26.

Plenty of treadmills. Free Fast WIFI for streaming music. Plenty of TV’s. And I have really come to appreciate your theme of inclusiveness. I didn’t realize how important this was at first. But I have come to appreciate the confidence it gives me to keep showing up.

Love it. No judgement, employees smile and always willing to help. Love the treadmills and the massage bed OMG. You wont be sore the best day. Then hit the level 1 beds. I dont use products, i dont need to.i just use coconut oil my skin after showering then lotion, lotion, lotion. You wont have that leather look- if you have the right skin tone. The fans keep you cool while your warning your bones. Times are great, evenings are best for workouts, beds are Warner in the afternoon. Busier. I really need to go today!
