Ive been in the workforce for 32 years - 25 of those years in the LDAR industry. Dexter is hands-down the worst company Ive worked for. Lack of clear, written policies leave incompetent middle managers to dictate policy that doesnt actually exist. This company embodies the good ol boys club. If youre a member of the club you can do whatever you like, if youre not a member then make sure to watch your back. During my tenure with the company I either experienced or witnessed racial and gender bias, serious safety concerns (by management, not field employees), flagrant disregard of client concerns and terrible treatment of employees. I cannot recommend anyone contract or work for Dexter. There are many other LDAR companies out there and all of them are better.

Terrible place and employees. Very rude and homophobic.

Prefer to stay anonymous because of the racial problems here. No one gets along. A very cut throat company all the way up to the HR department. Not an ideal working environment. Empty promises. Worst company Ive worked for by far.
