I had terrible credit. Many many deliquent things that had accumulated. I worked with owner for about 15-18 months and paid out several thousands to rectify. Some she could remove, some had to b delt with. She finally stated everything was done so i went to buy a house. Althought it wasnt done and we parted ways with me being angry and frustrated, within a few months after the dust settled my credit was perfect! Nomore negative. I guess i didnt realize the patience needed to see the results FFA had really provided. Its a bumpy road but FFA ultimately did an awesome job for me. My advice..... FFA is the best thing goin for credit repair. B patient, its not an ez job they have.

If you want to get ripped off. This is the place to go . Way over priced. HR block did it for less then half and got me more money back.

Paid $1000 in January to get taxes started, called numerous times could not get ahold of owner, then after almost 4 months tells me she cant do my taxes go to get my $1000 back 3hr drive then tells me she will refund $735 after she did absolutely nothing, this place is a complete rip off, now i have to go to small claims court to get my $1000 back, when i was there i heard another guy in there complaining, coomplete rip off, and waist of time,,,, thanks for absolutely nothing,,,,,

Jenn and her team were able to quickly assess my tax situation and correct my past taxes from another preparer to reflect the correct write offs. They were responsive whether it be an email or phone call. Thank you guys for your assistance!
