The worst technician ever. James hanged up on me when I complained about his work on the phone right after he did some repair work. Bad Attitude. Heres the whole story, Ive had a computer problem, so I took it to the his place and let him fix it. A few hours later, he called me and said its ready. So I paid whatever he asked and bring it back home and hook it up, but same problem. I was little upset, so called him and explained what happened. Now he saying that I might need a new hard drive and ram in case, etc. then I asked him if same problem happens again after you change the hard drive and whatever, what would you say? All of sudden, he hanged up. What kind of business it that? Just spent $ 120 for nothing. Bad business. To be honest, I am afraid to take it back to him because it will never end and he will keep charge me. First time he said after diagnosed, heres the good news that all your hardware is good, but someone just didnt do right installing windows, but he did same thing. I know nobody is perfect but he just blames customer and want to charge more and more. I got all the texting history in my phone. I might open it to the public in Facebook if he kept saying lie here. Be careful! I am done with this guy. Period!

I was at my wits end with the issues I was having with my brand new laptop. I contacted James and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get the device to him the same day. I just used James for the very first time today. I contacted him based upon previous Google reviews and proximity to my parents residence. Prior to connecting with James, my parents contacted Staples and received a quote to inspect their frozen/locked up HP AIO computer. James estimated the cost of the repair to be less than half of the Staples estimate, so my parents took the computer to James within the hour He gave them an estimated time of repair to be approximately 3-4 hours. During those hours, James continuously kept me apprised of what was happening with the repair. As promised, he repaired the computer within the estimated time frame He even added some extra stuff to make it easier to use, for my senior parents. My parents and I were utterly impressed by his customer service and knowledge!. This guy truly loves what he does for a living!!! I was so amazed by his service,I will be taking my computer to him even though I live over 35 miles away and its still under warranty ( it took over three weeks without a computer on two separate occasions, in the past, for warranty to repair it). James, you now have a customer for life and I will always refer people to you Thanks again, WR.
