Not usually into the mechanical car washes as you never know how well they clean them or if your paint is gonna be fried. This one works well for being fully automated however they put a bunch of whiz bang lights in it for the kids entertainment or I guess for the adult crowd getting high beforehand. Vacuum cleaner works great 👍

My son recommend trying this car wash. Weve purchased the Platinum unlimited club membership as a 30-day trial. The preliminary results after two washes has been very good. I have a black car that shows everything. The post-wash appearance is outstanding and seems to last beyond every other carwash Im frequented. I will post a 30-day update on my experience.

This is by far the best $10 drive-thru wash Ive been to. The wash was great but it wasnt just air dry but an automatic towel dry. Really made a difference !

From filthy to shiny. Your car will get cleaned here for sure. Just dont expect a hand wash quality job though, you are driving through a machine car wash after all.

Love the spots designated for trucks. Makes it so much easier with the longer hoses and wider parking spots. Staff was nice and helpful. Area was clean and picked up. We were given an extra cleaning cloth instead of an air freshener as requested. Great experience.

The car wash isnt bad, some of the employees just walk out in front of moving cars without a care in the world. Sometimes as they spray your car down, they only do the front, would be nice if they did the back too. Because of some of the staff, Im giving it 3 stars.

Good place to get your vehicle washed, this is a self serve vehicle cleaning centre, you pay for the drive thru wash then vacuum your vehicle yourself. The machines do good.

Excellent car wash.Vacuums so strong it sucked up my favorite cloth 😷 and no way to retrieve it.

Even when theres a loooonnnng line the wait isnt uncomfortable. Employees are attentive and on top of their business.

ZERO STARS!!! I have the monthly membership. I wash my car at least 3 times a week. If there had been scratches, I would have noticed! I pay very close attention tion and notice every new bug or bird poop on my car (like everyone does with. Brand new vehicle). I Have a brand new 2020 jeep. Just bought it 1 month ago. The car wash caused scratches in the passenger side door. When I spoke with the manager, she was rude and refused to even entertain the fact that it could have happened. She said the camera footage proves they didnt do it. I asked to see the footage and they refused. She said scratches were too small to tell if they were there prior to entering. She said if I had a problem I should just use my insurance to fix it. She cancelled my membership 2 days after I was charged for the month!!!! Finally spoke with customer service and was given a refund. They still claim no responsibility and wont allow me to see the video. Did offer a picture but what is that going to prove. I would like to see the video evidence they claim to have.

Got a car wash this morning and came out with some glue or sap on my car and didn’t know what it was. Kade and Mike both helped me with the issue offering a 2nd car wash and bug and tar remover which got all that sap off the car. Great help and very understanding

This express car wash downgraded really bad. For $9 dollars when it first opened my car would come out looking really nice and clean. Now there are time the “rainbow” soap doesn’t even come out and the back of my car ends up dirty cause I guess not enough water comes out.

Unfortunately I was disappointed to find no shirtless men within these premises.

The best car wash in Beaumont even though we have to vacuum our own car. The car comes out of the wash almost dry so very little drying off with towel. Really love the air hose for blowing off dash vents etc. Noticed lately that some air hoses missing. Very honest service. They give discounts for regular service.

Hated it, pulled off both wiper blades, truck got stuck in conveyor at which time the front cleaning device kept slamming into the front grill while spinning lifting and bending up both sides of my hood! Finally an employee came in the wash and stopped it, only to accuse me of stepping on my brake over and over (which I never did) . Pulled to the vacuum area to assess damage and report it to the employees at which time I was told that they were busy and would have to wait,,,,,,,,, 20 mins later the disgruntled employee came to look at damage and its not that bad but he would get paperwork and pictures. Waited a half hour and nothing,,,, even spoke to them twice more. I finally had to get my child from school and leave, gave them my cell number but I guess they dont want to be bothered again with a callback. Extremely disappointed!!

Worst place ever. They only managed to wash the driverside of the car. THE ENTIRE PASSENGER SIDE WAS NOT TOUCHED BY THE BRUSHES. I talked to the attendant and said I paid full price why is only half of the car cleaned. He said sorry and sent me through again. Guess what ! Still only half of my car got washed. The driver side. Better off throwing a bucket of water at the car and saying well done. I blame Trump!😆

Enter this car wash at your own risk. This car wash damaged my $1500 grille on the front of my Dodge Ram 3500 4X4. My truck fit under the Pole but this car wash can not handle big vehicles. The brushes caught on the front of my grille and almost ripped my grille off.

I like that they open early Saturdays at 7am. They also have all the equipment (vacuum and water blower) needed to clean your car after washing.

Machinery broke down unable to refund our money give us a free car wash certificate and charged our card will not do business will not refer anybody to them

Worst carwash Ive ever used, even an employee that I complained to told me that he agreed with me. He said that it has been over a month since a repairman has come to fix several issues. He also stated that the carwash doesnt even hit certain parts of the car. My car was still dirty after going thru the wash and my windows were almost worse then when I went in. Im disappointed

This place just opened this siding of 2020. Its a great place for a quick clean up of my new car. Vacuums work well. I wished for rags or wipes to get the gunk out of the door frames and moldings.

I like this car wash. Its quick and seems to clean my car just fine. I love the vacuums and the little pinpoint blower. My car stays very clean without much effort. I would recommend this car wash to everyone.

I gave Fast 5 a try with a gracious free-wash coupon for the grand opening. The process is streamlined -- quick and easy. I appreciate the manned booths instead of automated machines to purchase the wash, and the packet of dash wipes given with each wash is a nice bonus. The free vacuums have fairly strong suction and there are ample spots for them. The lowest grade wash didnt get my car completely clean, but it did get a lot off considering how dirty it was.

I was approached by one of the managers named Meagan. She proceeded to tell me that if I speed again in the parking lot I will no longer be allowed there. Well I probably be banned for my opinion here but here it goes. California law states in a parking lot no one shall exceed 15 mph unless otherwise posted. Well it isnt posted, and I have a dash cam on my speedometer and the front of my vehicle, Ive never exceeded 5mph in the driveway and never over 10 mph in their parking lot. Please tell me why Im being singled out, being an old employee whom left on bad terms? I will continue my visits as Im a paying customer and have never broken a rule posted as a customer.Unless my honest review gets me banned.

The car wash was easy. The vacuums suction was very strong. They even vacuumed the dog hair. They had a little blower next to the drying station to get off the excess water. Most of all they have a monthly membership for a great price. Im a fan.

This is my second time so far it is ok. I Believe the car wash goes rather quickly and passes the car through without giving it a good scrub. The dry feature is a quick pass. I am going to try a different wash as I did the Silver this last time.

Ive had the multi car membership for awhile now and its been great. With the multi car membership I can bring any car a Max of 4 times a month. In my opinion I wouldnt go higher than than the silver tier as the added services dont seem to warrant the additional cost. Self service vacuums are free on all levels.

Thankfully it was free because it didnt wash much at all. It didnt do anything to the back of my car but leave dirt streaks. Every gas station car wash in Beaumont is definitely better than this one. Worst wash Ive ever had.

IMPORTANT: JEEP Wrangler- NOT HERE. After I paid for the premium wash and pulled up to bay the attendant told me that they don’t do a great job cleaning jeeps. MyJeep was much worse then it went in! The foamy soap that sprayed all over was not rinsed from the front/hood well and not at all on back of the Jeep. However, the hot air dryer cooked it in leaving stains on the surfaces, back tire, and back bumper. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !

Kinda agree with other postings that this place washes the car too quick but I havent had an issue yet until today when I noticed one of the brushes scratched my rear bumper pretty good, nothing a good buffing wont fix though

Great vacuums!! Car wash not so much...leaves the vehicle pretty filthy and covered in soapy residue. You spend more time cleaning up the mess, youre better off washing at home and coming over to use the free vacuums

Absolutely not worth the money, the hidden rules that if you dont follow you get kicked out. They are only there for the convenience for sunlakes and four seasons and pray on old people. The prices are overpriced and unfair.
