Had a very bad experience with a business. Ivy Cobb from the BBB was phenomenal. She kept in contact with me, kept me informed of the communication from the so-called business. She was always professional & friendly.

I have to say that Ms Ivy Cobb did a fantastic job. I really believe that if not for her I would never have seen one penny of what was owed to me by the business. Ms Cobb worked my claim for over 8 months keeping me updated every step of the way. Its great knowing that someone out there has your back. I cant say it enough thank you Ms Cobb and the BBB.

They jumped on my complaint right away. I couldnt be happier with their trying to resolve my case. I truly believe that without Better Business Bureau their wouldnt be any way for resolutions between businesses and citizens.

I had to file a claim on Entergy power after they screwed up my yard and havent sent someone to fix it like they were supposed to do still havent got anything from them but did have someone call and try to low ball me but I guess filing bbb atleast got them to call and try to negotiate I guess we will find out but thank you for the help bbb

Ordered merchandise From GT Performance over 2months ago. Contacted Company on regular basis for update on my order. I understand due to Covid-19/Pandemic some deliveries may have been delayed. Went to local store to receive my monies back after non-receiving/non delivery of merchandise. I was issued refund for merchandise and taxes I paid was not refunded because seller told me “He and I both have to pay taxes!” Beware!!! Scandalous!!!

Cant get much help from this organization I really dont know how and why it exists anymore.

Worthlessly serve NO purpose!Like a $6 Bill!There as some kind of font to scam $$ from businesses, though they have a 0% success in enforcing any resolution between a consumer & business. They admit they only introduce resolutions, the same way you can as a customer. When will the Earth open up & swallow these imbasols off of our map???

Trust worthy people they r very kind n looking to help u any way they can n they will help u better yr business they just so trustworthy when they talk u can fill the trust n them the way they talk to u make u fill at home with them.they r trustworthy people.dont take my word join today n u will c for yr self.its true
