I highly recommend this business. I had a hell of a time between dealing with Walmart and Auto Zone where I was told I had a bad alternator and battery issue. Nick was amazing. He checked everything over and told me where both companies failed and fixed the problem that Walmart had created. They could have very easily ripped us off, but they were completely honest and helpful. We will continue to give them our business.

These guys were so awesome! I have had a tough week with going out to California because of my husbands passing and my car breaking down on me near by, I had to drop the car off here. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I asked if I could keep the car there until family came and got it with me the next day and they had no issue with it. When picking up my car they let me know what the issue was and all the paper work needed for a law suit for another company putting in the wrong filter. They all helped with getting my car on our trailer and helping getting it secure. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for these men there. Nick the manager was amazing. If I lived here I’d definitely come to these guys for any vehicle maintenance or repairs. Thank you!

Theyre always fast friendly and helpful and a good price. Its easy to get my car in and out. The only one thing I would have liked is if they had followed the mask requirement so I could have gotten my car worked on during the quarantine. I had to wait until after quarantine because I realized they werent all wearing masks the first time I took it in during quarantine. BUT they were always socially distant and were not breathing in my face. So I took my car somewhere else wouldnt need a repairs during quarantine. Other than that I must say Ive never had a bad experience. Ive always gotten a very good deal and never once felt they were cheating me and trying to get me to do repairs I did not need. When I let them know Im on a very strict budget they are never judging if I can not afford something. And very accommodating to help me get what I need. They are very honest and hard-working. They also always keep their shop clean.

This was my first visit to Meineke in Beaumont and I was pleasantly surprised!! They were very honest and I appreciate that! Being a lady going in to auto shop I always get the feeling that they are going to tell me everything is wrong with my car but that didn’t happen here. I knew I was in need of brakes pretty soon and Nick took me back to my car to show me my brake pads since it was my first time there he wanted to build my trust! That he did! I will be taking my car there for any future needs!! On top of their great customer service, I appreciated that their waiting area was very clean! You don’t typically find that at an auto repair/oil change shop! Typically I am afraid to touch anything while I wait but the chairs were clean and comfortable for those that wait for their vehicle!! I give Meineke Beaumont a two thumbs up!!

Went to this location after receiving a flyer in mail for $19.95 basic oil change. When I arrived they said they dont honor the flyers even though their shops information is the only Meineke listed. They did offer a $10 discount for their oil change but it was still higher than the advertised price. Staff was friendly and they fixed another small issue with vehicle promptly for a reasonable price.

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is pleasant and honest. We take all of our cars here for all mechanical needs.

Have been going there over a year now to get my char serviced and have been very pleased with the service and honesty.

The whole staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable, incredible customer service. Mounted 24 inch tires for me with no appointment, I was in and out! (other shops in town didnt have the equipment) definitely my new go-to spot!

Oil change was completed and tires were rotated but now my car is shaking when l reach speed. Seems like now l need an wheel alignment. something mechanic should have offered since they rotated my tires now l gotta go back but going somewhere else. Never make a customer come back for a service you could have inferred while l was there. Annoyed .UPDATE Owner responded to my review l took my car back and the mechanic aligned my tires at no additional charge. Now my car is riding smoothly. Thank You for fixing the problem

Every time ive ever brought my vehicles to be serviced or repaired it has always been done right the first time. Sometimes better than new. Always done right. That is a big hallmark of why i keep going back. Never two or three times for the same problem. Done right the first time. They know their stuff. The manager is always on top of everything to make sure it stays that way.

I have great confidence in the quality of the work there and the real opinion of the service manager Nick. Friendly crew also, where my car was worked on like I would want it done. I will absolutely recommend this location for anyone, I even noticed Nick carefully explaining to a elderly woman that her car DIDNT need repair, that the steering locks normally after checking her car out. I was impressed to say the least. Thats saying something for the entire staff, from the management setting the bar and everyone is on the same page.

Worked with Nick regarding an air conditioning issue and he was great! These guys were on point with me. They caught a bubble in my tire before they were done. I was about to leave town for a 4hour trip through the desert.

They do not honor any advertisement I showed them what the advertisement said on a/c repair but still chose not to honor it just apologized and said they can’t give me that price and this was after their serviced my car so I pretty much had to pay

My car was over heating and in this weather......that’s not a good thing. I suspected if I took to a dealer it would wind up over a $1000 to replace my cracked radiator.Trustworthy and reliable Meinke in Beaumont, Ca repaired my vehicle in quality fashion and much less than a dealer.This is my “go to” repair shop.... maybe it should be yours as well. My radiator went out on a Friday afternoon. I called and within a hour, my truck was at there shop. They told me it would be ready by 5:00 on Saturday. They replaced the radiator and checked for any problems that might be associated with the radiator going out. I had my truck back at 2:00 !!! Great work and very fast. Thank you Beaumont Meineke.

I had my engine oil, filter changed and transmission fluid flushed on my Chevy Silverado . Nick & the others did a great job and everyone was practicing social distancing. A good local shop to get some work done.

I go to Meineke all the time for my car repairs. But this is the first time Ive gone to the one in Beaumont. My daughter had a flat tire and was close to that Meineke. So we ask them to put a new one. She said that my daughter car took a special kind of tire and it would cost me 250$ out the door with balance and alignment. I said what! For one tire. She claimed they didnt have any others that came with a warranty. I went ahead and had them order it and that it self took all day. I had the car towed there by 8am and they didnt put a tire on until 230pm. I dont be going back to that Meineke.
