It has been more than half a decade since I have been working with Ms. Barnes and her office. The State Farm service is good, on par with other major competitors. Ms. Barnes and her colleagues however, are very helpful and thorough on the job they do. They always got back to me in reasonable time on any of my questions or requests and never had any documentation rework or error. Customers time & calls are valued and thats what makes them one of the good teams!

Brittnee and her team are very helpful group. If there is any problem with your policies they are quick to fix it and make it right. I used the weekend 24 hour line to add a vehicle and they jacked my policy and whos who on the vehicles and policy. Ms. Barnes had it fixed right up for me in no time.Friendly staff and overall just good people working here.

We use her for our business insurance and then switched our personal home and auto coverage over to BBSF.... shes that awesome!She is like no other agent. I would not recommend State Farm or this agency to anyone. After many years of service, when I went into the office to cancel my policy the receptionist showed no concern over the reason I was changing insurance companies. You would think after many years of having State Farm as my insurance company, the least they could have said was we are sorry to see you go, but I didnt even get that. I was forced to give one star in this rating. However, if there was an option for no stars, that is what this company would get in my opinion.
