This is the ABSOLUTE WORST insurance agency ever!!! They will refuse to honor their responsibilities of taking care of insurance claims against their drivers, I filed a claim for an accident I was involved in, that CLEARLY places their driver at fault, have video evidence, but because the only witness that saw the accident wouldn’t return their call, (because his employer said he shouldn’t get involved) also where the video came from, they denied coverage because their driver LIED and said he wasn’t at fault. Also, the driver admitted to the police officer that he was at fault, but here in California, the police DONT MAKE A police report unless there is injuries. So needless to say their adjusters don’t care if u can prove their liability or not, they’ll ALWAYS side with their driver to avoid paying coverage.

After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting on the phone and online no solution Is this good service? This is that you care about the client?

I walked into Mrs. Gardners office for an insurance quote and walked out extremely dissatisfied with her service and hospitality. I would not recommend her services due to her biased judgment. She did not want to help me, because she claimed that she was unable to provide me a quote for a vehicle my parents purchased for me. I left her office and received excellent customer service from another company without any of the hassle that I experienced from Mrs. Gardner.
