Whenever I call Betty LeBlanc’s office I usually get Crystal and the service is always great but today Miss Crystal went above and beyond to help me out with my issue. She was extremely informative and explained to me exactly how things went and she even went as far as to help me lower my already low insurance even more while getting more coverage on something else that I need. I was having a bad day and Crystal made my day 100x better with her professionalism and patience. I will be recommending this office to all my friends and family.
