I moved here December 2020 and so thankful I chose Stoneleigh. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to emails and calls. The maintenance staff are very quick and efficient as well. It’s a great place to live where you don’t get a crime notice every day like some apartments in Beaumont. The rooms are spacious and clean, and everybody keeps the surroundings clean. I would recommend Stoneleigh to anybody.

I have lived at this complex for over a year now. I have been very happy with my experience here. Management is always kind and friendly. Maintenance is always quick and happy to help. This complex is cat and dog friendly.

Kevin was amazing! She helped me throughout the whole process and move in was smooth as can be! I was worried as it was my first apartment out of state and I would be moving 16 hours away from home, but it was great. Although my stay at Stoneleigh was brief, I would’ve easily rented here again. The apartments are nice and spacious and the outside just got an update. Overall great place to stay with such a friendly staff and great amenities.

I enjoyed my time at Stoneleigh. My apartment was spacious and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The apartments were located very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping which made living there convenient. The office staff were always pleasant and helpful and maintenance issues were addressed promptly. I looked at many of the apartment complexes in Beaumont before moving to Stoneleigh and after living there for a year Im confident I made the right choice.

Great place to live. They made the moving transition seamless and easy. The property is always kept clean and grass is always cut on time. I had a shower head that was not working properly and they fixed it next day. The ladies in the office are always friendly. Highly recommend!!

I have lived here for 3+yrs and am very happy and pleased . I have never had any problems with management. They have been very prompt taking care of any repairs I have needed. I also have never had any attitude from anyone here. Some people just like to complain...maybe if they would be a little nicer their issues would be taken care of. I would definitely recommend living here.....it is a great place.

Totally love this property. Came in for a tour with my daughter on Saturday. The leasing agent, I think her name was Nikki, was an absolute doll. She was so friendly and accommodating. She pointed us in the right direction for lunch and spent a lot of time making sure we felt welcome. I hope everything works out so that my daughter is able to live at Stoneleigh. I know shed be in good hands.

I had a very positive experience when I stopped by to inquire about possibly leasing an apartment last week! Niki was the person we spoke to and she informed us of everything we needed to know without being pushy. We asked about touring the complex and were allowed to. Once inside she allowed us to look around without following us around. She answered all questions we had promptly and was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed when we left.

Stopped by a couple of weeks ago to inquire about an apartment. The lady who showed us around was named Niki. She was extremely knowledgeable and allowed us to look over the apartment without feeling hovered over. She answered all our questions with a smile on her face. I found the apartments to be extremely nice and I loved the amenities.

Niki is so helpful and friendly. She has made this last year of living here a great experience. She is always available and full of knowledge. She does everything within her ability to make her tenants happy. It’s no surprise that everyone recognizes her and loves her!

My husband and I stopped by to inquire about a two bedroom apartment. The leasing consultant we spoke with was Niki. We inquired about either a one or two bedroom unit for an immediate move in. The one bedroom was a handicap accessible unit so we declined and decided to go with the two. Before she gave us any information she asked for our names. Fine, no problem. Once I asked for the pricing information on the two bedroom I asked is there a unit to show. There was.After leaving the leasing office, we followed Niki to tour the unit. Upon entering the unit, Niki was extremely quiet. She didn’t point out any features of the unit nor the complex it self. Matter of fact she just stayed in one place. She didn’t ask anything about us or even try to make conversation. This is very odd and it’s not very professional. She only answered questions that we’ve asked, but that’s it. She didn’t volunteer any information. I had to ask her about the property amenities. Upon exiting the unit she didn’t say much of anything except to meet her back at the office.Overall, I had a very negative impression about this place. The apartments appear nice on the outside but once on the inside it’s not what i would call “luxury”. For nearly $1600 a month it’s just not worth it. This was the fourth property we saw on today and I just saw there’s others in the area for about $1200-$1400 a month with just as amenities, stainless steal appliances and of course more square footage and better customer service.Proceed with caution and I must admit I read the other reviews prior to our arrival, but I too, was hoping they weren’t accurate. They were. Believe them and do yourself a favor. Stay away.

Maintenance and front office go above and beyond for tenants! Recently a friends washer flooded his apartment. All floors were soaked. He used all of his towels plus some shirts to soak up the water. Called maintenance. They were there within 30 minutes. He left for work and when he came home the floors were spotless and everything was cleaned up. Maintenance went as far as washing and drying the laundry he used to clean the floors! Talk about exceptional! Thank you Stoneleigh Apartments!

Truly unfortunate dynamic here. My wife and I were residents at Stoneleigh for a year. We loved the location and facilities, but during our time living there, experienced a few troublesome issues related to lack of professionalism, care, and attention to detail from the leasing office staff (one employee in particular). At the conclusion of our lease, staff was tremendously dismissive and unhelpful during the move-out process and in attempting to reconcile a small outstanding balance, my phone calls, voice messages, and emails were ignored for months. Amazing apartments, disappointing staff. If service is of some value in your renting arrangement, Id look elsewhere.

I came here with my husband and we were quickly told there was nothing to see and the leasing girl was very rude to us, on our way out 2 residents made comments to not move in because management was horrible.Thanks but no thanks. I went to other properties.

Top 3 choices, lady in the office seemed very nice.

This past year has been a good experience. When I first moved here it was after hurricane Harvey had hit. I inquired about availability but it was very tight due to the circumstances. The entire front office aided me in transitioning during this time to include Niki who was friendly and extremely helpful. I was unable to actually view a unit prior to move in but the apartment was an emergency as is move in. The unit was acceptable and any required maintenance was completed within 72hrs. Throughout the year the staff has been courteous and professional. As for the rental rates to me they are acceptable considering the location and the grounds are well manicured and clean. I’m totally satisfied with my stay and have no complaints.

The management doesnt try to solve any issue. For example, the small pool is always loud due to both music and screams. Leasing office told me dial 911 to fix this matter. There is no controls under the management and residents do not care about their neighbors. I cant put up with this matter, therefore I moved out. If you face this matter, I am sure that you feel sucks. I dont wanna recommend this property for everyone.

Best community in Beaumont. The property is well located and the units are beautiful. I will be here for many years.

This propertys homes are located very close to pools. Listening all day to music and screams that you do not want to hear is very painful. Management has no willingness to solve this problem. It seems to be a strategy of management that people who dislike music and screaming go out, people who like them remaining. I bet you must be unhappy if you live here.

I understand that there are personal matters going on, however be mindful of your tenets now you can TAKE that as you like.

Stay away from this place!the most helpless staff ever. everything looks excellent in the beginning, but as soon as they find out you are leaving, they will charge you for anything you may or may not think of, whether it is fair or not. they do not care. yukkkk! they charged us $3000 when we wanted to get out f the lease, but you think it was over? noooooo! they took our deposit (I have several pictures on the day we left the apartment to prove how clean we gave it back to them), they made us to pay for utility, they sent us bills for their stupid monthly charges until last day! we called them and asked them about these charges, (they obviously knew we cant go in person, right?) you know what they said? they said calm down because we could have charged you more!!!!!!!!

My husband and I were looking for apartments all day and we had a lady who helped us out, she was shot and had blonde hair.. and the whole time we went to go view the apartments she complained because someone took the golf cart.. wasnt very nice at all!

The office staff laugh at domestic violence victims without any knowledge of what or why. Then oh Im sorry when up standing tenants tell them how wrong they are to laugh and bash the victim without any of their facts right. Shame. My sister got savagely beaten there they knew nothing of her at all only what the perpetrator had to say which was all lies!! She did not deserve that no one deserves that !! They should get their facts straight before they go bad mouthing someone they dont know. He tried to kill my sister!!

Downstairs apartment not good, expecially when the upstairs has hardwood floor and kids jumping around and running all the time, Im glad we will be out of here in a couple of months! Parking really sucks, not enough parking for attendants, if two vehicles for each apartment, you can plainly see this apartment is not well planed out while it was under construction!

Infested with roaches. They would leave noticies on everyone’s door with how to deal with roach eggs. I broke my lease since the place was so dirty. The woman at the front desk is rude and unresponsive.If you have an issue with silver fish or roaches, think twice before signing a lease.

I can attest to the rest of these reviews that this place will rip you off of your deposit no matter how clean you keep the place. The place was clean, ok parking, ok staff but when it is all said and done they will grab every penny they can from you. I warn anyone who is thinking about staying here. You may come in smiling, but youll leave cyrin.

Stay away from this place!! Rip off of a living situation. Try anywhere else. Initially the staff was good and the apartment was nice. As time went on the staff was less and less helpful. The apartment got many pests in and the staff kept pulling my chain telling me the pest control was coming on the Thursday. 2 weeks later no pest control and me and my wife are freaking out because the bugs are everywhere. 4 weeks later after arguing with the staff several time about the failed promises and the disappointment still no pest control. 5 weeks after the fact they finally get someone in to spray and he does a terrible job. The bugs are still there as if nothing had changed. I continue to call and 3 months later is when it was finally fixed. After all the trouble when I finally move out they decide to keep my deposit even though I kept my apartment in top shape and tell me it was there policy even though I was never informed of any such thing. I always paid my rent on time. I kept my place cleaner than how they gave it to me and I never even put a nail in the wall to hang anything and they stole my deposit. This place is a nightmare!
