I had a wonderful first experience at the WIC office yesterday! I went into the office not knowing that I needed to call to make an appointment. I called right after I left and got an appointment within the hour. Sandy and Susan were very extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything about the program. It was a very easy process. Glad to see some smiling faces who obviously love their job.

Their staff is attentive and respectful I like that. My grand children love the little play center they have for them. Im donating some new wooden toys. They are awesome. 100% the nutritionialist needs a raise. I like her style with the kiddies.

Dont answer the phone, the supervisor is rude and unwilling to help if it has something to do with actual WORK for her .

I have always had a terrible experience at this Wic office. Hour plus waits every time, and that is with having an appointment. It’s beyond ridiculous. For people who actually work during the day, it’s definitely not accommodating. You would think they would realize that people are trying to do this on their lunch breaks, but I literally just say in the office for almost an hour and was never called back (45min PAST my appointment time) . I’m not quite sure what the point of having an appointment is since it doesn’t get you seen any faster than someone who walks in off the street

Nutrition classes and consults are truly helpful. Staff is friendly. I appreciate the educational and nutritional support!

Very clean, and such a friendly staff! Short wait time, but even if it was longer, my granddaughter loves playing with the activity cubes they have!

I guess they just hire anyone. The place is filled with a whole bunch of idiots. Your 30 minute appointment turns into 2 hrs guaranteed due to their mistakes and lack of communication smh dreaded going here!!!
