Thank you to Theresa at the UPS center in Beaufort at Goethe Hill Road. She has gone above and beyond twice in the last two weeks to assist me with my Amazon returns. I’m so grateful for her assistance and her helpful, professional attitude. Grateful to her management team, Jeremy Bartlett, that encourages and allows her to go above and beyond.

I was unavailable for a Signature Required package so I signed the back of the delivery slip saying it was ok to leave the package.The next day there was a final delivery notice next to the one I signed and left .I have no idea where the package is, the website says final delivery attempt was made.Nothing about vwhere I can possibly pick it up from.Just another bad experience2nd time again yesterday, March 3rd ...Never had a problem receiving items shipped from FedEx or USPS....
TWICE THEY HAVE RETURNED PACKAGES TO AMAZON BECAUSE THEY CANT FIND MY NEW ROAD. MY PHONE NUMBER WAS PROVIDED BUT INSTEAD OF CALLING THEY SIMPLY RETURNED THE PACKAGE. REAL SERVICE WAS GIVEN BY FED EX THEY COULDNT FIND BUT THEY CALLED ASKED FOR HELP FINDING IT AND YES I GOT MY PACKAGE. MAYBE UPS SHOULD TRY THAT. I GUESS I KNOW WHO TO DEPEND ON WHEN IT COMES TO GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY FEDEX.

Was informed to come during certain hours but voice mail by Lisa. Between 11am -1pm. Went there at 1230, building looked to be empty. Yet, I gave her benefit of the doubt went to the customer service door rang the doorbell they have the waited 5 minutes. No answer of course!!! Hopefully my package isnt returned to sender. Waste of my Saturday afternoon.
What a bunch of morons! All they are is postal workers with brown uniforms, and a brain to match. So, I have a package sent to me. They notify me, they have the wrong address. No such address exists. Guess what? Wrong! That’s the correct address, 20 people are there working building the home every day.......you can’t miss it.......the driver just didn’t want to get out of the truck I guess.Ok, they promise to make the necessary adjustments, and bring it the next day. The next day.......here comes the ups truck. He drives right by, and stops down the street. Jumps out and begins to drop packages at front doors. I ask him if he has my package and he looks at me like I m trying to rob him and says NO! I have nothing for you. I explain what happened yesterday, and of course he tells me it wasn’t him. He has nothing for me. At this point the woman comes out of her house and tells him.......this isn’t her package. He delivered it to the wrong house. With house numbers as simple as 9 .....11.....13........ he can’t get the package to the right house. He’s close, but off by two houses...... I ask him again, are you sure you don’t have a package for me. Now, he’s pissed off at me, because he can’t read numbers correctly. He refuses to answer me and uses the standard answer.......I’m not talking to you if you’re going to curse. Curse? I didn’t curse, so now I know he’s hearing voices too.I call the UPS center. My package is sitting there, because they have the address incorrect. I explain, no they don’t.......it’s correct. Deliver it. Well, they don’t really want to now........how about I go pick it up. I guess at this point I may as well, because they have given it their best effort, and it’s beyond their ability.I go to the center, and here comes Ms attitude. Really .....Yellow mascara! Holy Cow honey........she gets my package, gives me the ups logic that the address is wrong again, No it’s not I tell her, so she gives me the Oprah Winfrey disgust look that I would even doubt her assessment of the problem. I show I D, and she looks at it like it’s fake. My Drivers license is from NJ, but the package is being delivered to a house I’m building in Beaufort. I know for a second she was thinking...........you need ID with the delivery address on it.........but she relented, and handed me the package.Now I know why they wear brown uniforms. So they blend into the background, and never stand out. What a bunch of postal workers they are.

Have been trying to get a package picked up to return to sender for 5 days now and still have not come by to get it. Have made numerous phone calls and emails promising someone is coming and nobody does. How frustrating and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. They are more interested in their procedures than delivering packages. Their customer service boy can barely speak English.
First time there the young lady was super pleasant not at all what I was expecting.
Friendly service, but a tucked away location made it difficult to find.
They are not doing a very good job at delivering packages when it needs to get to its disdantion I am very 😞 by them.
