We had a huge issue with our septic system at our company with 30 people not having access to facilities. We were running to a nearby gas station. One company I called said it would be two days before they could come out. James came in an hour. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and got us up and running again in no time. I recommend him to anyone commercial or residential.

I wish I could leave 10 Stars. I had a first time septic backup on a Sunday Morning. I called and he was at my home in less than an hour. After an inspection it was determined the tank needed to be pumped. He returned quickly with the pump truck and the job was professionally completed. The price was extremely fair, and the service was stellar. He is an old school Beaufort business owner and I like that. Washington will always have my business !!!

Mr Washington didnt think he was going to be able to get to my house until Monday morning, this was Saturday. Bright and early Sunday morning he called me to see if I was busy and if he could come check out the septic tank at that time rather than Monday. I was super excited, upon arrival trying to find exactly where my septic tank was we realized how deep it was. Mr Joe with Caribbean tree services had no problem dropping what he had to do to come over with the backhoe and help get the septic tank taken care of. If it had not been for those two gentlemen being absolutely amazing what they do I would not be able to flush my toilet at this point in time. They both showed up with big smiles on their faces, and had a great attitude towards the job being done. Overall the price was affordable,lessons learned on my half of making sure I have my tank serviced timely. I will definitely be recommending them to families and friends around me. They were truly a blessing.

Outstanding! Highly recommend. Very prompt. Showed up exactly when he said he would. Put in 200 ft of drain field, replacing a failed system in 3.5 hours!!! Professionally graded. Not one rock left on the driveway from fill gravel.

We had a leak on our old cast iron drainpipes and even though other plumbers were backed up for days or weeks Mr. Washington showed up right away - at about 4:30 in the afternoon. I expected him to just look at it and figure out what he needs then return the next day or when he has time, it seemed late to me to start. Cast iron is no joke to cut. He had already been working all day long on other jobs, I was sure he wanted to get home, shower and eat dinner. I said, you sure you going to be able to cut through that iron pipe and get it fixed so late? He smiled and said You dont know me, do you?He showed right back up with all the materials he needed and fixed everything (even cleaning out the very badly clogged old pipe) in only about 2 1/2 hours. He explained exactly how he was going to fix it, showing me each piece and how they will go together. He knows what he is talking about, and will not stop until the work is all done. Wasnt even near dark and the job was finished.Replaced the old iron pipe from 1963 with brand new PVC. No more clogs, leaks, and gurgling! This man knows what he is doing, knows exactly how to fix what he is looking at, and works very hard and fast. I cant say enough good about Mr. Washington, he was a Godsend. Very kind, trustworthy, hard working man and his decades of experience shows. If I ever have a plumbing problem again Im calling him first. Highly recommend!

Mr. Washington came on a Sunday afternoon after we were having problems with our septic system he came right before Christmas to install a septic tank on time was very good service and returned right after the new year to install a new drainfield he was courteous professional and reasonable and very willing to come during an emergency

They put in a new, larger drainage field. It only took them 2.5 hours and they left the yard in good order.

Mr. Washingtons 35 years in the business certainly qualifies him to do the work, but more than that, you should call him for the following reasons: He came out the day I called. He was patient and explained what he was doing as I bombarded him with my questions about how the system worked. His price was fair for the work that he did on our system that is 21 years old and had never been serviced! I know better now how to best care for our system. He is not only an excellent service provider but a good, kind man who I trust. We will use him again in the future!

I called James Washington to come out and inspect a septic tank. Mr. Washington is old school and does not use a GPS or text with directions. I had to meet him at a location and then drive to the house. Mr. Washington was at least 30 minutes late to our meeting spot. He did successfully find the septic tank and opened the tank up. The house has been sitting for a while and was full of rain water. But well under both the inlet and outlet pipes. He mentioned that the house would need a new drainfield. This was without inspecting anything else on the property. I asked him how he knew and he said because the water level was low. This doesnt make sense since the property has been sitting for a long time. The house may need a new drain field but I was hoping for a little more of an inspection. 15 min is not worth 300 bucks.

We had a real emergency in our home when the septic tank overflowed and caused showers and toilets to back up. Our home was just three years old. I made several calls and no one could come until the next day. When I contacted Washington Septic and spoke with Mr. James Washington, he told me that he would be at our house in 30 minutes, and he was. He and his co-worker were very professional and courteous. His price was fair. Thank you, Washington Septic! You will be our go to person for all future septic needs.

Mistake 1. I called for my daughter.. read reviews before you call anyone. He did go to the house never said about a cost to see what was needed. Unplugged toilets without asking if he could do it. The bill $150 never asked if owners were ok and before going never said there was a cost. He wants what he wants and that is all. Be careful, ask prices for any service and they should ask before they go or provide a service and give you prices. I deal with this all the time and never seen this before. Normally there is no charge to give you a quote, but since my daughter was not there he did what he wanted and now expects payment. I do not recommend him.
