We needed help to transition our puppy to adult dog food. The choices are bewildering. The manager approached us to see if we wanted help and she was extremely good to talk to. We are very pleased with our final selection.

I love Pets Mart! I wish they had lower prices and more of a selection that was made in the USA but the staff are always friendly! My puppy loves to visit and the photo ops they provide during holidays are great! The store is tidy and smells clean.

The dog food shelves were low in stock. Could not find what I was looking for that according to their website they carry.

They shaved my puppy when I only asked for a bath and brush. Trimmed all of her fur. At five months old I wanted a good first experience for her and it was anything but. She is a golden retriever and her fur was just starting to grow and take shape. Now she looks funny with her entire backside shaved off! Terrible disappointment.

Sam is a big hairy boy and they did a fabulous job with him. So thankful for them

I would not recommend the dog training classes. It I could give -5 stars I would. The trainer is all about making extra buck on individual trainings, and she’ll go above and beyond to pressure you to sign up and pay or even transfer your group payment to individual (as she suggested thro voicemail)...and the management is fine with her doing this and allowing her to do this. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional trainer. I thankfully was able to get my refund in full for 12 classes I’ve that I previously paid for.

Dolly my cat gets shaved by Jenny at PetSmart & she does a fantastic job. I’m so glad I was finally able to bring her back in during this COVID-19 disaster! Dolly is happier too!Had Precious my Yorkie had her nails done 💅 too!Thanks so much for Jenny and her crew!

Customer service is excellent and store is well organized

Been here multiple times asking for simple help but staff members act like theyre too important to be bothered by you... especially the short, fat, white lady that acts all snotty as a regular floor employee. Then again, Id be miserable too living in this busted town... explains why she eats so much comfort food to ease her pain.

Best early morning or late evening before closing.

I go to this Petsmart location pretty often. Every staff member greets you kindly and theres always a lot of merchandise to browse. I recently went there to buy a cat harness and leash for my cat I recently adopted. But there wasnt a lot of options in this department for cats. Probably because walking cats is so rare ahaha but I found a nice dog leash to use and starter harness for my feline child.

Had an item hard to find online. Pickup was very easy and safe, during these times. Next best thing to having delivered to my door. Five minute ride to store curbside and home again: no worries about contagion - and I am high risk. Appreciate all staff’s efforts to carry on.

Would not shop here again ever. I went in there to get a hamster and was basically told that I was to old for a hamster. I will not shop at any more pet smart stores. And another thing very under educated staff when it comes to helping you pick out the stuff you need/ want. I’ll continue to do all of my business with petco. Petco is 10x better

Never had a problems with the pet smart here in Beaufort sometimes theres a bit slow but thats OK, they are usually pretty busy.

I walked by the Beta fish and noticed almost half of them were dying and it was mainly because they are in such small cups and didnt have enough oxygen. I was told beta fishes need bigger tanks yet corporation is trying to sell cheap 1 gallon tanks when that isnt even the proper size for them. It is funny how a pet store can advertise all the wrong items and doesnt mind killing fish just so they can make a profit.

The workers were so sweet and helpful. But the company should really consider adding duck toys. Thank you Petsmart.

I have found a great groomer at PetSmart in Beaufort. Her name is Jenny, and she is wonderful with my 8-year-old Maltese, Emi. Jenny is good with people, is gentle and loving to my dog, and does a great groom. I have never had anything but the best care for Emi from all the employees at the grooming center in PetSmart. Ive been using them for about 8 months now after moving back to the U.S. from Taiwan. It took me awhile to find someone here I trust, and Jenny is that groomer. Thanks, PetSmart and Jenny!

This store never has crickets. You literally have to go in right after their delivery to get any. For as often as youre out, you would think youd order more. There is plenty of room for another cricket station, theres absolutely no reason a per store should ALWAYS be out of pet food.

Went to inquire about a bearded dragon for my 10 year old. My wife and I were greeted by Ant (Anthony) with in minutes of walking in the door. Ant answered every question we had and offered advice that was priceless. By the end of it we walked out with a dragon and a very happy 10 year old. Thank you Anthony for a job well done.

Got supplies for my pets before Hurricane Dorian. There was a huge line with only 1 register open (for good reason). Nevertheless, the line didnt take long! It was a speedy check out! Hope everyone and their pets are safe! Petsmart is a life saver!

Absolutely the worst store near here. Fish are always sick and they don’t take care of the animals. I always go there and there fish are contaminated and I got a turtle but the turtle in the same pen was dead. I got my turtle on April 12 and he was the best thing ever. I got super attached to him on randomly on April 27 my turtle was dead. I will never purchase from them again and I’m very angry

Always nice employees and their recommendations are always spot on. When I needed help with a large dog cage they gave me full assistance out to my car and when buying ear cleaner for my dog they recommended products that worked.

I have been a customer there for a number of years. I went to buy 16 cans of cat food. They had no bags. It was raining. They offered to can the unbagged cans to my truck. I requested to see the manager. She offered me a box. This was at 11am. What did the other costumers do? I called their corporate headquarters in Arizona. They apologized and said the email a $10 dollars gift card. That never happened. I was not looking for a discount or reward. I donate to their foundation. I want to go into their store, buy their products, and have someway of getting it home. Just plain uncaring. I try one more time. Please dont patronize me and then dont produce. That gets me upset!

If you have dogs or cats, you find anything you want there, and they have price match most of the time, unless you find yourself with some disgruntled employee that refuses the match. If you have fish, some employees will be careless in handling your fish and arrive dead at your tank. Hit or miss. Some employees are great though

I have been in the store a lot and the groomers a handful of time; The gals in the grooming area were really friendly, thorough and fast... which they usually are. The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in the store part as well! Of the stores in Beaufort, even though this is a specialty type store, this is, by far, one of the better shopping experiences you will find in Beaufort. I will say that I havent had a need for everything this store has to offer (training, doggie day camps, pet hotel, and as of now I dont believe this location offers any vet services)...

A few of them i have dealt with do often we know each others families and whats going on in each others lives.I totally recommend going here for all of your pet needs. They also have grooming and a vet on-site so you can go for all off your meds in 1 location.The process ate pretty comparable with things you might find in the local super Center. PetSmart is well PetSmart. Nothing much to say. The one here in Beaufort is always under staffed, but they are always friendly and helpful when you can find them. Prices are reasonable, sales are what to watch for especially the ones online with ship to store.Had one of my dogs groomed here, they did a good job.Love that they work with the local shelters to find homes for animals. ☺

When I travel from out of town, my mother purchases my dog food from here. On two separate occasions when I opened, it was webs inside with bugs crawling around. Although I was able to exchange it, I would never feed food to my dog from this location ever again!

Great experience yesterday! I just got a new dog and needed to stock up. I was greeted right away and checked on several times including by the manager. In particular, DAngelo told me how to get a $15 off coupon using a text code which was much appreciated considering all the stuff I needed. My experiences havent always been so pleasant at this store, but today makes me happy to go back in the future!

I took my puppy in for her first time cut. They were so nice and she looked adorable. I took Zoe again and he looks even better. I will go back every time and ask for Katelyn D. She is fantastic and always does a great job.

Only real pet supply place in Beaufort. Service is hit and miss for the most part. I do not recommend their trainers considering the dogs that Ive seen which have gone through their obedience training have been far from obedient, however I will say a large percentage of that failure probably comes from the idiots the dogs have caring for them. That being said, if you need dog food, cat food, or other pet supplies while in Beaufort its the place to go.

Last minute grooming appt. Takes a long time (approximately 4hours) due to assembly line grooming with pets sitting in cages in the back but groomers are friendly and knowledgeable
