I have been going to the Mobile One on Ladys Island since my family moved to Beaufort in 2016. During this time I have had oil changes, tire alignments, tire rotations, and some minor engine work done. EVERY time has been flawless. Lightning service, very reasonable pricing, excellent work, and the kind of common sense people that just make doing business a breeze. Best of all, there is no constant up sale of products. TRUSTWORTHY and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Adam and his crew worked really hard to put new brakes on my truck. I’m from the NE of the US where they spread that salt brine. The old brakes, rotors, and calipers were frozen and rusted on the truck forever. They got them off, replaced everything, which had never been done on my truck before. Was a faithful customer for 4 years until recently. Ended up having to have my whole engine replaced by Mr. Adam due to negligence and lack of honesty about a mistake that was made on his part while having my oil changed at his establishment. I was treated horribly by Mr. Adam while trying to get my car fixed. Eventually, had to get a lawyer involved. The lack of professionalism I experienced was unbelievable, especially after being a loyal customer for so long.

I had the best experience here from start to finish. The entire crew was awesome and professional. I went in for an oil change. I didnt need one but being that my car had set for 2 years, I figured Id get one. I thought it was nice that they let me know I didnt need one and consulted with me to get the go ahead. Once the job was done, I was given a full verbal check out as to what was done and what needed to be done. They topped all my fluids, vacuumed the front, and even placed a sticker for when the next oil change was due. I know thats standard BUT Ive been many places that wont do this unless you ask. And I definitely have never received a vacuum. I was 3rd in line but the service was so quick, I didnt even get a chance to get comfortable in the waiting area. Fast service, attention to detail, and professional!! I will return and highly recommend!!!

FINALLY a mechanic place I feel I can trust and reasonable prices, too. Tony replaced the axles in my Toyota suv on his day off (!) so I wouldnt be without my car over the weekend. Very accommodating and professional. They took good care of my elderly parents a few months ago and another friend also recommended them so I thought Id try them. Very glad I did.

I’ve been using this place for a few years now. These guys are family to me rather they know it or not. I take both my vehicles my Chevy Silverado and my mercury Grand Marquis to them and they never get it wrong. I love giving them the keys just to see how good it’s going to turn out. They are truly the best mechanics and customer service guys I’ve met in my 33 years of life!!!

Im in town on vacation. My oil light came on and I realized the filter was not tighten down. My cousin told me to come here. I was in and out in no time. If I lived closer I wouldnt go anywhere else. Super friendly and great service.

I have taken my vehicles to Mobil 1 Lube Express for service and their work, delivery and cost are excellent. Mobil 1 goes way beyond oil changes. They can work on nearly every aspect of your vehicle.One vehicle needed the gas tank replaced after a flying rock created a leak. Driving the car any further was a fire risk to say the least. Adam ordered the gas tank and a few days later I was driving again.I’m soon taking my other vehicle for a shock/strut replacement. Adam and his team are the best. I’m happy to have a quality auto maintenance team close to my home. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service Competitive Pricing. I dont go anywhere else for oil changes. They are super fast, super friendly and dont try to sell me things I dont need. They have done a good bit of work on a 91 Geo Metro I have and it runs like a top. They keep my Honda in order as well. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my car on a Friday mid morning, and was looking for a repair shop with the hope I could get my car back that day. Big hope!I had read reviews of this business in several locations. I called to explain the problem and see if they could work on it not knowing if they did this kind of work. They assured me they did. My insurance company, Geico, sent a tow truck which arrived in less than 15 minutes, and the driver informed me that he takes his vehicles there and validated the positive reviews i had been reading. This was about 11am. Mobile 1 was packed with other vehicles and they werent sure they could finish that day. We thought it was a frozen A/C compressor, pretty expensive. It took them less than 10 minutes to determine it was a bad alternator. Lot less expensive. They ordered the part, completed the work by close of business that day, also did an oil change, checked all fluids, tightened hoses and belts, checked and added air to my tires. I couldnt believe how fairly they priced the work and was so IMPRESSED with their professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend this business and plan to use them from now on.

It was terrible go in for oil change and they just about killed my battery doing some kind of battery test on it that I didnt even ask for talking about a courtesy check I didnt ask for the courtesy check I asked for my oil to be changed and oil to be changed only not using them again thanks a lot for killing my battery

Not only were the people friendly and helpful, they also identified the problem with my vehicle very quickly. They didnt have the equipment for what was needed, but made suggestions for other repair shops. They did no work on my car, but Adam generously plugged in something he saw while under my hood. Many mechanics couldve overlooked this minor problem knowing I wouldnt be getting any services from them, etc. I highly recommend this shop to others!

I was travelling to Hunting Island from Columbia and my Ford Escape starting running VERY rough. I limped to Ladys Island then saw the Mechanic On Duty sign. I went in, they diagnosed the problem (ignition coil) and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. These folks are courteous and know what theyre doing. GREAT JOB AT A FAIR PRICE!!

Good for quick oil

Fast but thorough oil change and car inspection. Found a dead light on my tag and had replacement. Probably saved me from a police stop.Ive been back 3 times-- always a good experience.

The service was fast and very friendly. The price was about what I would expect to pay for a full synthetic oil change. They did NOT try to sell me on a bunch of extra services, and they did NOT charge extra to change out the oil filter (which has to be done every time you change your oil). Im sad that I live so far away from this place, I wish I could come here every time.

Attempted to try this place because of their convenient location. Walked inside but no one was around. No sign or anything up. A lady outside unloading some boxes MAY have worked there, she made eye contact but didn’t say anything. So we left and went across town to trusty Valvoline who we’ve used for years. Will stick with them from now on.

Stopped in to see if they did regular repairs ... not just maintenance and oil changes. They said, yes!! They were a life saver at a time when my vehicle would just randomly shutoff at regular interviews. The mechanic literally ran from place to place to help out as quickly as possible. ... cant say enough about the service and price. Please kick them your business, as well!!

Okay so I use to work here and just to let each and everyone of you that go to mobile one to get an oil change. Your getting the cheapest oil there is. They use NAPA and STP oil. NOT MOBILE ONE OIL. So dont let them ruin your car. They literally have no respect for no one but themselves. So please chose another place to get your oil change. I would hate to see you nice cars get all messed up from cheap oil.
