Fantastic Job!! Never knew my brick work could look so pretty! This was a difficult house with its many architectural details that took time and care to do correctly.Daunting to a novice. Really a superb job, professional guys that LISTEN to the owner and diligent workers. Thumbs up!

My wife and I just had an exterior soft-wash and window cleaning from CHS Clean, and we couldn’t be happier! We had called other companies for quotes before deciding on CHS and it wasn’t even a close comparison. From the initial phone call to the actual cleaning, CHS exhibited a high level of professionalism. They did what they said they were going to do and made doing business easy. Julian and Sherwin were the gentleman that arrived at our home for the cleaning: they were on time, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Great service overall. Called to set up to have house cleaned and window washed on 5/12. Received email saying they would be there on 5/12. 5/12 came with no show and no call why they did not show up. Re-scheduled for 5/20. They came out and did house and cleaned windows. On 5/21 called and filed complaint the windows had streaks and the back of the house had black streaks. (See pictures). They called and said someone would be out today (5/21) to take care of the situation. Again no show or no call. Set up appointment for 5/24 to resolve the problem. They re-washed the windows but could not take care of the black streaks on the back of the house. I had the crew call the office requesting supervisor to come out and check out the situation. As of 5/25 no call. I’ve used this company for the last 3 years and was completely satisfied. This year very disappointed.

Excellent experience with CHS Clean. Their serviceman was courteous, thorough and we felt went above and beyond in the window cleaning process.

Hunter did a very nice job.I have one complaint however. When presented with the statement to sign, my wife was taken back by the offer to add tip. Hunter was standing right there and she felt obligated to add tip. As I understand it, the first tip amount was 10% which would have been $56. We always tip 20%, so the amount added to the bill was $84.We have several businesses on the Island and this tactic leaves us with a bad feeling. $84 is a HUGE tip. Maybe if we were presented with the bill after completion of the work, we could pay online, with the offer to put a tip on as a dollar amount instead of a percent amount, would be more acceptable.

I am displeased with the services rendered. I am recleaning both porches, moving wicker furniture that was not moved and cleaned behind. I will need to repair exterior trim that was damaged. I had to ask for the shutters to be cleaned behind. Both workers were pleasant, just not thorough. I will not use CHS Clean again. Too much charged for the quality of work provided. Again, both gentlemen were pleasant, I just believe they were not given enough information by the scheduler and/or owner to do a proper job.

This is the second year we have used CHS. They do an actual soft wash with chemical solution unlike some others who overuse pressure to scrub the house. A soft wash is lots easier on all the surfaces and paint. I like dealing with the CHS office staff and the young people in their crews are well trained, well equipped, well supervised, friendly, and responsible.We have used house soft wash, roof treatment, driveway and patio concrete clean and window both inside and outside wash services. All are a good value in our opinion.

The process of arranging these service went smoothly and all the people I dealt with were courteous and accommodating. The price was reasonable for the service provided. The contract was for power washing of exterior and two porches. Everything started well but apparently the service person, whom I liked, got tired as the last part of the job involved significant missed areas on the rear of the house and stairs where there are still very obvious stains and dirt which I inspected and could have been removed.

I needed some extra assistance, and they were understanding and helpful. The coupon I had made it a good value, and I would hire them again.

Hunter, the company’s representative, was cleaning the house and driveway next store, when I approached him about doing a small job for us. He was friendly and responsive, said he’d come by afterwards. Even though it was late afternoon, he followed up as promised. He gave a fair quote for cleaning the curbs along the front of our yard, and then diligently did the work. He was thorough and methodical. Next year we will definitely call them about doing the house, driveway, curbs. High marks to Hunter, and our thanks.

They did a wonderful job! Everything was explained before they started. They were very professional and friendly. We did a final review after everything was done, to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

Staff was very professional all the way around!The 2 men who power washed our house were thorough and careful around our plants and wooden doors, where they could not use soap.I didn’t understand that another team would come and wash the interior windows. That’s fine, I just can’t comment on those results yet! Overall. We are very happy and will call them again in the future.

Men did arrive about 2 hours after schedule time, but within parameters of agreement. Delay due to extra work required beyond estimate at job prior to ours. Both young men were professional, responsive and preformed work at or beyond our expectations.I would rehire both men and recommend CHS and them to anyone in the future. Finding good, conscientious employees is a challenge today. CHS is fortunate to have these two young men serving their customers.

The men arrived within the 2 hour wait time and they did a fabulous job. I will recommend this company to all my friends and call them back again next year. They washed my driveway and walkway, and opened my screened in porch, washing it inside and out. Great company.

Ryan and Roger did a very good job cleaning lanai and windows inside and out. My disappointment comes from them informing me that to clean floor of lanai would be an extra cost. The floor is part of lanai and should be included. I feel that extra cost is taking advantage of customer. I did not pay and cleaned floor myself. It will give me pause to consider another service when needed.

Really noticeable difference for my houseThe good: this place did a GREAT job in cleaning the places they did clean.The bad: I requested to have my deck washed but they only did the floor not the railings which seems rather odd to me. With a plan to have my deck stained the next day, I called as soon as the people left (and I paid) I talked to customer service who said someone would call me back right away which didn’t happen. Now I’m stuck only able to stain half a deck and also I have to find another company (and pay!) to also pressure wash my railings now. So a little disappointed to be put in a bind and to not receive a call back. I would ensure you double check everything really well for any services they perform. I think this may just be an unlucky event as most people say they’re a great company to use-May just have been my unlucky day.

CHS Clean is an excellent company. Everyone is extremely courteous and they do a top notch job. They arrive timely and do a great job of staying in touch prior to the job to let you know when they will be there, and then again to let you know when they are on their way. I have been doing business with them for two years now and I am never disappointed.

Tony did a wonderful job power washing my house, the windows, the garage and the chimney. He also cleaned inside and outside all of my windows. He was scheduled to do the entire job by himself and although he should’ve had at least one if not two other people with him he persevered and hardly ever stop to take a break. The tech, Turner, was great. He was very professional and polite. He was a little late due to a traffic accident that he was stuck behind, but he called to let me know, which I greatly appreciated. Even though he was a little late, he didnt short change the work. He did a very thorough job and the house looks great. I used them last year for the first time and will definitely use them again.

Jason and Hunter did a fantastic job on my house with soft washing, windows inside and out with cleaning tracks and lanai. Also, pressure washed the patio, garage pad and walkways.

While the roof and windows are clean, the dead plants (I was told it was plant friendly), the damaged driveway lights, and the lack of respect for our property, make it impossible to recommend them. I emailed the company before posting this and they did not have the courtesy or professionalism to respond.Still havent heard from anyone in the company.....

They did a great job cleaning, but they did not tell us to move our patio furniture away from the house. Cushions on furniture are stained and ruined due to bleach/cleaning solution splattering on them. Called five times to let them know. Finally they said nothing they can do about it. 20% off next job. Disappointing customer service. Not comfortable recommending them. We will use someone else next time.

They did a fantastic job, very detailed, and spent the time needed to get the house cleaned and pressure washed. I will definitely recommend CHS clean to anyone who needs pressure cleaning.

Hunter Clark and his associate, Jay did an excellent job of cleaning our windows, inside and out, screens included, as well as an outstanding job of cleaning our screen room/lanai. The lanai looks like it did when it was brand new 19 years ago! We would definitely recommend CHS to our friends.

They did great and were quick.

Terrible. Two guys came and only one did whole job. Other one said he was off clock and not working for free. Left other guy with a lot of work. Guy was suppose to arrive between 8:00 & 8:30 and came at10:00. One guy working I finally told to leave at 4:00 because he said he still had another big job to do.

Hunter texted my phone 20 minutes before arrival. He was ahead of the scheduled time to arrive. The service he provided was exceptional and thorough. He did a soft wash on the outside of the house and paid particular attention to some problem areas. He then washed all the windows inside and out, removing screens and replacing everything back to normal. Our 3 year old home looks brand new and the windows are spotless. I have used CHS Clean for three years in a row. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time we have ever had to have someone clean our roof, porches and exterior. But as we get older, it just wasnt possible for us to do it anymore. I am so glad I found this service - out house looks all new. And the two associates who did the work were wonderful. They were very nice, friendly, respectful and boy can they work. There was no sitting around and talking about it - they got straight to work and did a wonderful job.

I used this company to soft wash our roof and they did well. However they destroyed many of our plants around the house by not protecting them against the chemicals. Be warned

We had our windows (inside and out) done by CHS Clean at the recommendation of our next door neighbor who uses them every year. The office staff and owner were very responsive to my questions as a first time customer. The cleaners, Turner and Matthew, were friendly, respectful and efficient. They did an excellent job on our windows. We will never wash our own windows again. Wonderful job at a reasonable price!

I am puzzled in that outer window frames were not cleaned. There are dirty water drips on window and door frames. Windows look good

It was the worst service ever. They clean the gutters by throwing the debris down on the ground and then don’t clean it up. I had leaves all over my lawn, driveway, pool deck and heat pumps. Terrible service!!!

Cleaner did a superb job. My windows/screens and railings never looked cleaner. Took exceptional care in working in and outside of my home and was a personable young man. Due to weather conditions we had to reschedule several times which was done without any problems and according to my schedule.

The guys did a great job cleaning my windows and screens. I was a little freaked out when they came towards me without a face covering. We were at least six feet apart so I just moved back I left the check in my mailbox so we could social distance. The young man who came to give me the estimate wore a face covering the entire visit. I would recommend that during this time of Covid-29 staff wear face coverings while they are near the customer. Other then that, everything was good. Again, they were at least six feet from me, but I am exceedingly cautious.

After a number of reschedules, two gentlemen came and washed windows inside and out. Both men were polite and friendly; however, when I asked about taking our screens down to wash them and the windows underneath, I was told they no longer do that. I was never informed that the service would not be the same as in prior visits. The screens were not removed nor were the tracks cleaned as was told to me in my scheduling email. This is disappointing whereas in the past, all had been completed to our satisfaction.

Responsiveness and communication were outstanding—calls were returned, confirmation emails and texts. I had my whole house windows cleaned and they look amazing. Chris was very professional and careful and did a fantastic job. Very pleased!
