I have been to Alterations By Izella a couple of times, but the most recent time really upset me. I need a bridesmaid dress taken in a little on my ribs. I dropped my dress off on a Thursday and was supposed to pick it up the Monday after next (11 days after). I called on Monday to see if the dress was ready and Izella said not yet, please come tomorrow at noon. I showed up at noon on Tuesday, for my dress to still be on the table getting altered. She said it would be ready in 30 minutes. She then calls a hour later to tell me it is ready, but it seemed it wasn’t even steamed. Overall, not happy with my last experience and won’t be going back.

Exceptional seamstress. Her work is flawless and she completes alterations very quickly.
