Got the $25 wash. Went very fast, and didnt get all the bugs off the front. Coating only seemed to last a few days and then no longer repelled water. To me, wash might have been worth maybe $12-15, but certainly not $25

I went through the car wash for the first time this morning and when I got to the area to vacuum my car out I realized that there was still a lot of tar and bugs left on the front of the vehicle. I didn’t say anything or complain, but started wiping the bugs off myself. A fellow (later I found out his name was Josh) from the car wash came up behind me and asked me if I had five minutes. When I told him yes, he told me to go back through the car wash and they spent an extra amount of time scrubbing my vehicle to make sure that it was spotless and clean. Now that is good service and true care for the customer! Really appreciate the people at this car wash and will be back soon!

Be careful with larger vehicles. My husbands bullet antenna got ripped off his truck. Ive personally found multiple fresh scratches on my new truck as well. Kept saying it wasnt their fault so I decided to try one last time today and again Ive got multiple scratches following the pattern that their roller brushes go and a fresh dime sized chip on my passenger side door. Not happy.

Local car wash on Ladys Island, SC. Reasonably priced, soft brush car wash that actually washes the exterior and windows. Do it yourself vacume which has suction to clean any interior, microfiber rags and cleaning solution also provided.

Have a wash club membership for both my vehicles use the wash regular and usually does a good job sometimes the wash doesn’t take the bugs off but nothing a rag and spray won’t fix, only concern I have it I have to tell the person whoever it may be that I need space behind me in the wash tunnel and not to get someone in line right behind me because my vehicle as most new ones are coming as you have to touch the brake pedal for a moment and shift into gear as the newer cars have an interlock on them to shift back into drive but some give me the extra few seconds other just tuck someone in right behind. My suggestion would be to review with the staff about giving a little space between cars in the tunnel but otherwise a good wash. I kind of wish you could use it more than once a day if it was needed but do understand about it being only once a day per vehicle

Service is slipping for the price. Wheels not getting clean, tire shine coming off on paint, comes off but negates getting car clean after few days

This is a great car wash! The whole experience is top notch. Its fun to ride through and watch the colored lights in the wash, then pull into a covered stall where you can take your time to vacuum and use fresh towels to clean your interior. If you have a subscription, you just drive right in - super easy!

The car wash uses plenty of soap but does leave behind a little dirt. But loosens it all up well enough to easily wipe off with their micro fiber towels. I also drive a truck so the little dirt that I speak of can be expected.Its a great car wash

Do not go here! The car wash damaged our car and the manager was just trying to cover themselves and not help us. The owner called and said they couldn’t do anything because our car is half a year over their insurance coverage. Scammers and not professional. Beware!Edit: the owner takes damage to your car as seriously as he does getting the name right of the person to which he is responding..

The best car wash on the planet in my opinion. The staff is amazing, always friendly, they do a great job. Everything you need is provided the car wash is unbelievable. I have never seen a car wash like this. Once you drive through the wash there are large clean bays with excellent vacuum cleaners, Clean cloths, window cleaner and bins for trash. You can take as much or as little effort as you want into touching up your vehicle. The outside will need nothing after going through the car wash just whatever you want to do for the interior. Much better than paying 20 dollars at places that run your car through the wash then have several people throw a towel at it and call it clean.

A really great Car Wash, not only does it have nice workers, it also makes washing a car fun, because they add rainbow lights and it feels like a little car disco when youre in the wash, overall a great Car Wash

Brought my truck there today for a was at approximately 9:30am 4/22/2020 for a wash. After I got my wash, I pulled around to the side parking lot so I could see about upgrading my package. The gentleman there said I would have to see the Manager about that. He looked inside the build and even called out for him, but no answer. He stated that he maybe in the back of the building so I walked around and didnt see him. I waited at the office for approximately 10 minutes when the working spotted him sitting in his car. There was a accident with 2 cars in the wash and thats when he got out to investigate. I could see that the accident was going to take a few minutes so I left. The manager could clearly see me standing there and was in no hurry to assist me.

Good car wash

So let me be the first one to admit that I was wrong. This car wash is an automatic one without a detail option where you pretty much do everything yourself. I was definitely not a fan when it first went up. Not that Im lazy but I have all this equipment at home and when it comes to washing my car if I pay to have it done I dont want to do anything myself. We stopped by to check it out cause there were bugs all over my car and I didnt care how it turned out. BEST auto wash I have ever had. The employees were amazing. Their packages are fairly priced and they offer it all to touch up your car once its done. It only took a min to touch up the windows and that was because the bugs were caked on! They offer towels, cleaners, vacuums, etc. They have it all!!! Im a believer Tidal Wave and am happy to announce I am now a monthly subscriber!

When the Jeep was back at the house after the car wash, I could not believe it was a drive-through wash. It looked like it was hand washed and tires treated to top it off. Very happy!

Incredible staff

We truly like this car wash. It is convenient, we love having the dry down towels, cleaner and vacuums readily available. I did have an issue with my wifes car after running through the car wash many times over the last several months. When I contacted Josh to discuss this we agreed I would bring the car in and we would try the process together. Upon arrival Josh went above and beyond. We stood in the parking lot for an hour, in 95 degree heat, buffing areas of the car I had concerns about before running it through the wash again. Josh followed me through the entire wash and we inspected the vehicle and had NO issues. Josh was not done. He said to please let him know the next few times we bring the car in so we can ensure there are no future issues. I had a business for 16 years and we tried to provide the same level of service that Josh and Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Beaufort provide.

I have already used the car wash numerous times! Great location for a convenient quick wash. Staff are nice and knowledgeable. Purchased a package for three cars for the next three months. Very satisfied about the services offered. I spoke with Tim (from corporate, CEO?) who took the time to explain the companies management philosophy and future state goals. If possible, I would like the chance to speak with him more about the company and its opportunities.

UPDATE: I posted a review with my issues with Tidal Wave Auto Spa and almost immediately I was contacted about the issue. Josh went above and beyond to make things right! I hope they will find a way to communicate that there is a manager with whom one can discuss issues, because he was infinitely fair in making sure I was satisfied. It turns out that Tidal Wave Auto Spa really does deserve every 5-star review they receive.

Best car wash we have ever had. Worth the $$$. Our GMC Sierra has not come out looking so good. The free vacuums and drying towels are great. Michigan needs this there!

Great place ...needed something like this for a long time. My experience with this place has been top shelf... for all the negative reviews of locations and access...i hope one understands that if you gave everybody a gold brick .... someone would say his was the wrong color. Keep up the good work

Great Experience. Every employee was personable and efficient. I appreciated the towels and Windex which were provided.

In addition to the FREE car wash opening offer, it was nice to be greeted by friendly staff who seem to be happy to be at work. Lets hope that lasts beyond opening week. The premium wash was really good too, and I appreciated the possibility to vacuum and polish the car in the shaded area without a time limit. The big bonus was really the kids reaction to going through the wash - great entertainment value (see the video).

Excellent car wash service that was definitely needed to the area. It’s a no brainer to join the car wash club if you love keeping your ride nice like I do. The vacuum is even free and they provide window cleaner and rags. What else could you want. They got my vote hands down.

The carwash does its job but I have a membership and visit at least twice a week. And Ive noticed that certain cars get more of a prewash than others and I pay for the most expensive package and leave with bugs on my grill. Im canceling my membership.

Quick in and out. Clean car. Vacuums suck!

Not worth the money. All they do is run you through a fancy water and light show. Missed the bottom 6 inches of my Camry. Then, if you want to clean the interior you have to vacuum and wash windows yourself. That interior cleaning is what I go to a car wash for! For the price they charge, it should be FULL service.

There needs to be a separate lane for fast pass customers. I always end up waiting for 10 minutes in line while watching other cars go by . Its ridiculous. I will be cancelling my membership after day.
