We have had an issue with the vehicle not always starting and generating an error code. It first went back to the dealership in Charleston. They did not find a problem and reset it. The problems continued. Grainger service staff were able to identify a defective brake switch and replaced same.

First time buying a car, and Jake has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL in this process....With me not knowing too much about this car he explained everything clearly and thoroughly... Parts and labor costs at this Nissan dealership are more expensive than that of Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head. It cost over $1,000.00 more than that of Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head for a transmission replacement for 2014 Nissan Altima. I can only imagine how much more it would cost to purchase a vehicle here at Grainger Nissan. Prices are outrageous.

Was considering purchasing a car from this dealership. I had to provide my phone number before I could browse the inventory. Before I could even start looking I was contacted immediately. I asked them not to call again so I could continue to shop. I was bombarded with sales call from this dealership in the following days. Phil, the manager doesn’t realize this “sales strategy” is devastating to his business... would never consider this dealer again.

Had brought my 2015 Nissan Titan to have a ABS sensor repaired on left front wheel,I was told it would cost 1350.00.I declined the service and took to a local mechanic where I was told it would cost 300.00to do complete job and that I was getting scammed.Loved going to this dealership because I own 4 nissans and it was convenient,but sad to say never again. In my opinion this dealership is pretty corrupt,to think I took my cars there for 5 years,be careful people....

Usually when I pick my car up from the service department it is clean inside and out. This time it appeared to have been hosed off but not washed at all. There were bugs on the front end and road dirt all down the sides. The inside had not been touched…not even paper mats.

My overall experience at this Nissan Dealership location Service Department surpassed my expectations. The service department technician went out of his way to successfully troubleshoot the reason that my vehicle wasnt operating properly. The Customer Service person at the departments counter was extremely helpful.

My whole experience was very good. I was surprised things went so smoothly.

This place was nothing but great start to finish! We worked with Jamie Finley and she helped us find the perfect car within our budget. There was no wasted time with her trying to sell us cars above our budget, like we’ve had people do in the past. We dreaded going back to a dealership but this place definitely changed our minds. The financial manager Sidney was great as well and got us through his portion quickly. There were no hidden fees for warranties or anything. The price we agreed on had everything included! I had a trade and due to my last name being different on my title (maiden name) and the name on my trade documents, some documents needed to be updated.
