I Love this bike shop they installed a new bottom bracket on bike and replace my front fork best bike repair shop in the area.

Walked into this business on June 15 2021 at 10:53 a.m. I wasnt greeted with a Hello may I help you...zero acknowledgement. One minute later a young white female entered..she was quickly greeted by the young white male employee with a smile while asking can he help her! I lost interest quickly and exited this business! The only difference was our skin color. This was very insulting!!!! Please give all customers the same respect... I was in search for a good cruiser!!!! I will continue my search elsewhere!!!

Really not too sure what these less than 5 star erroneous reviews are even doing on here, but I can certainly attest that the service I experienced at Lowcountry Bicycles was unsurpassable! Thank you so much for everything. I will ABSOLUTELY be back! So excited to ride my bike along your recommended trails this summer!

Been going here (when possible) for 30 years. John is a solid guy and the Beaufort area is lucky to have him. Hes not the most customer friendly guy in the world, but that just goes to how laid back he is. I miss his smaller 90s shop, was a wonderful time and John was the epitome of the love of cycling.

I take all my bike needs to LCB! The owner John is prob the most solid guy I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond and took care of all my custom request for my sons bike. Hands down best customer service around. Younger guy working there doesn’t fall far behind either. He had great recommendations for my current setup that saved me some money!!!!!!!

I purchased a bicycle for my daughter from here a few months ago, she loves it. I just bought a bicycle for my son from somewhere else (not yet assembled), I brought it in to this shop and the kind young man finished putting the bike together (I screwed up, he fixed it haha) and adjusted everything to proper specs and to my son (he did it quick and free of charge, Merry Christmas!).

Just bought a bike yesterday that I love. The guys worked with me over a couple of days to get me exactly what I wanted/needed. Very patient with me. Many thanks.

We stumbled upon this bike shop just minutes before he was set to close for the day. John was great he didn’t turn us away we were able to find a child seat for my daughter. The store has just about everything for bicycles that one could ever need. Definitely recommend if your in the market for anything Bike related.

We have Rad Rover that stripped a pedal shaft while on vacation here. They didn’t have service availability for another week, but the gentleman was able to pull the shaft for me and get me another one to put on and back on the road quickly.. We appreciate him taking a couple minutes to save out bike vacation!!

Rented 2 cruiser bikes from them. Bikes are kept clean and in perfect condition! They quality check the bikes before you get them and make sure your seat is set to the perfect height for you. Great price for the outstanding service and bike you get.👍

We were visiting from out of town, my wife picked up a nail in her tire and my bicycle started free wheeling. The owner was quick to repair the flat tire and cleaned my rear wheel. His price was very reasonable and they quickly got us in and out. Very pleased with our experience and we will go back again. Top notch store!

Very helpful and friendly. I was on vacation and I needed a new brake cable and tube for my bike. They helped me get what I needed and I was on my way. I highly recommend Lowcountry Bicycles.

Way overrated. Took tubeless tires for repair late last year. Been fighting the poor repair job for months. When paying the $100+ repair bill, the technician announced that the owner was stopping all work on tubeless tires because they are so uncommon... really!? Do yourself a favor and head to Lab Cyclery on the 170 in Ridgeland.

Yeah, I know its a small selection, but your in the least bike friendly town in all of this world: BEAUFORT! Its a miracle they dont replace it with a parkers or dollar general. The fact that they carry a mountain bike, and not just beach cruisers is... anyway, if I could rate it any higher, I would.
